3 Good & Bad Things Going Into The Go-Home Show For Money In The Bank

WWE invades Washington, DC at the Verizon center for Monday Night Raw tonight. Down below are three interesting things that you can look forward going into tonight’s go-home show for Money in the Bank PPV, which is this Sunday night.

There will be a contract signing for the WWE Championship ladder match

It seems that WWE is going to shake things up this year leading into the Money In The Bank PPV. You know that every year they have all of the competitors come out to the ring and give a reason why they are going to win the match. Yawn… We get this every year and even last week on Smackdown. (Does anyone watch SD?) It would not surprise me if we got the exact same opening segment from Smackdown on tonight’s Raw. It is a nice change to see WWE have a different segment that involves all the Superstars in the match and get some TV time as well. You can bet that they will end the show with a big brawl. Selling point!

Will Roman Reigns be taken out of the WWE Championship ladder match?

The creative thinking and really common sense is making this hole angle a huge hole in reality thinking. You have Triple H, who is the guy that runs the show. He is the man who has all the power. He tells Reigns that he will not be the Battle Royal which the winner will be add as the final member into the WWE title MITB match, yet a semi active GM (Vickie) gives authority over the Authority to put Reigns into the match. Yet, Triple H who has the power can’t take the guy that he writes a check too out of the match because of what? Logic is none and this is a great example of that. Expect Vickie Guerrero to be fired and Reigns to stay in the match.

Will Cody Rhodes stay Stardust for good?

Fans online have been complaining about Cody Rhodes AKA Stardust trying to be the mini Goldust. Is the gimmick stupid? To a degree. Here’s why, you have Cody Rhodes who could be a really good heel if need be. However, Cody and Goldust were and still are a really good tag team. They won the tag titles and went downhill (really fast) ever since. Lately, even when they were winning matches they felt like an afterthought. So you have two choices, either break them up and have them feud, Cody will turn into a jobber and Goldust will be off of TV. Or you can take a risk, change the direction of the team and have what we have now. I do not agree with it, I just think that at least WWE is giving these guys a chance to continue as a tag team in a division that are desperate for tag team.
