“Brooock Lesnarrrrr!” Famously said by Paul Heyman when cutting a promo for “The Beast (Incarnate)” is once again coming back for his WrestleMania season run. He comes in, lays someone out then leaves and Paul Heyman does the rest. The formula is simple. Yet to the point.
“The Next Big Thing” is one the special attractions that WWE has right now.
Brock Lesnar can go toe to toe with anyone. I am not saying he can out wrestle anybody his gimmick or better said. His personality is a beast is perfect.
Lesnar is an “Ass Kicker” while Paul Heyman can talk his way in or out of any situation. Since returning back in 2012, Brock Lesnar has done wonders for WWE. With great promo’s by Heyman and the site of the big man in Lesnar, becomes a scene that WWE does not have all the time.
You have seen it before, the best example is The Rock. He came in and did some spots. Anyone remember when at Survivor Series in 2011 he tagged up with John Cena to defeat The Miz and R Truth or he Defeated John Cena at WrestleMania 28 in a once in a lifetime match. Of course at The Royal Rumble where he became WWE champion (Defeating CM Punk) and then going onto versus Cena for the second time where he defended that championship.
WWE has proven that they will give a “part time” superstar a chance at holding the gold for the company. Brock Lesnar cannot be at every TV or live event that WWE holds due to his contract. Certain amount of days he is required to appear and WWE will let him appear when he needs to be.
Brock has been champion before as he was titled “The Next Big Thing” back in 2002. He had runs with guys like: The Undertaker, Kurt Angle, Big Show and the late, great. Eddie Guerrero.
There is several ways WWE could give Lesnar the belt. He could win the Royal Rumble or most likely. Surprise everyone and destroy the champion. I believe it will happen sooner than later, his contract ends in 2015.
Think about it, If Brock Lesnar becomes the WWE champion then he will rise to power leading into a WrestleMania or Summerslam. A young superstar who was previous champion or just a challenger, Knocks off the “The Beast”.
It gives someone a good rub but also gives the “WWE Universe” a different star at the head of the company. Either way you look at this, it is in the cards at WWE.
