McMahon is Authority

It has been just about a year that Stephanie McMahon & Paul Levesque became
on-screen characters known as The Authority on WWE programming, slowly
growing it’s circle with the use of Randy Orton, Kane going corporate,
and eventually breaking up The Shield taking Seth Rollins from the trio
and making him Mr. Money in the Bank while John Cena became the new WWE
World Champion though it was looked to be Randy Orton was to become the
crowned champion instead.

And
lately, WWE has been looking for more and more ways to benefit the $20
million budget cuts this year. However, there’s 1 major way they aren’t
exactly benefiting it where they should be. Where? Within the actual
Authority storyline! How? Keep reading.

If
you want The Authority angle to be stronger than what it is being shown
and made out to be right now, they should be doing it with the entire
McMahon Family (excluding Shane McMahon for obvious reasons), but having
John Cena’s character finally make that heel turn that every mature fan
seeks in him. Why? A heel John Cena would do a lot of favor to help
sink the actuality of dominance of the company.

No,
it’s not me complaining about John’s character, its really the truth
that if they make the long awaited decision to turn him heel, the roster
would fear making the wrong steps going forward. Here’s how each
character would wok:

John Cena: Slowly
turning against the fans by coming out during his entrance for the
first week of the turn by looking down at his neon “Never Give Up”
graphic tee, ripping it off (which ladies would think its for them) and
angrily throwing it off the stage but not into the crowd, along with the
hat and armbands.

Kinda
like Chris Jericho did last year, attempting to cut a promo explaining
his actions….but not speaking a word and walking off. Instead of the
return of “Dr. Thuganomics”, he’d return the next week wearing a full on
suit.

Vince McMahon: With
John Cena returning with a full suit and black sunglasses, it would
lead to Vince making his return with an angry look on his face, marching
down to the ring. Just when you think he’s about to blow a gasket on
Cena on the mic, he drops the mic and gives a proper handshake to the
golden boy.

Stephanie & Triple H: During
the handshake, both Paul and Stephanie make their respective entrance
clapping the entire way down the ramp and into the ring, both shaking
John’s hand.

Linda McMahon: For
the first time ever since Steve Austin stunned the family, Linda
returns, slowly walking down the ramp cutting a fake babyface promo,
explaining how John has betrayed the fans and turning his back on them.
But, by the time she gets in the ring, she stops herself midway in her
promo…..only to hug John and her family, thus leading into a pose in
the middle of the ring while “No Chance in Hell” plays throughout the
arena and fans throwing trash at them.

If
you have a good imagination, following the sudden turn of the McMahon’s
and John Cena, they threaten the locker room that if any of them
attempt to touch John at all…they’ll be fired on the spot no matter if
they’re a champion or not.

How
long would this go on? For as long as the ratings are spiking. To make
things more interesting, we all know how Vince loves control and
money….he’d have Monday Night RAW’s name changed to the McMahon Show
with their pose seen in the main graphic produced at the start of the
show.

I
can almost guarantee if this were to ever happen, it would draw a
larger audience due to how incredibly dominant things would get. Now,
where’s Randy Orton, Ric Flair and Batista? What about them? It would be
about the McMahon’s showing their true colors and dominance of the
company and sport. But who knows, maybe Flair, Orton, and Batista would
be the trio attempting to breaking the force up….or joining them?
