I refuse to cheer for a poor example of sportsmanship in Serena Williams. Sharapova screams class as far as that goes. Than, I'm not rooting for Team USA Men's Basketball either. Love the back and forth between the announcers, it feels authentic, love how instead of just hating along alignment you have announcers hating people for actual reasons as well. Also love the show against show vibe that they create.

Videos:

Love all the video choices, and thanks for including videos of things like the double moonsault and the like (Though that one kept me distracted for like an hour, sending it to my coworkers) Really helped to visualize the moves I was not as familiar with.

Promos:
Better men than me will try and fail to rank these, all I can really say here is that I loved all of them, and the Panzer/Hanz one reminded me of the old ECW team promos, and a bit of Edge, Mick and Lita's style on One Night Stand.

Debuts:
There were a few of them, and yet each one had a different feel to it, Malcom Cage coming out and showing up Van was my 2nd favorite. (Bit biased toward's Victor)

With Rich and Herb I try to get into their mindset when writing for them. Rich is me at my most bitchy and tired, who really can't give a fuck what people think of him and likes to go against the trend just to get a reaction. Herb is me at my best, often when I'm with a girl I like, always saying the "right" thing, supporting things that are "good" and being politically correct.

I'm glad you enjoyed the videos. When B-Mac put down the double moonsault as a finisher, I searched it and saw that video. I must have watched it atleast 50 times now, and it still amazes me. How the hell does he get that many rotations in? It's unreal!

I agree, we had some really great promos for this show. I was a big fan of the Black Blooded- Mixed Emotions work, as well as all stuff involving Artemis Eclipse as well as several others

We did have a fair few debuts at this show, and we tried to not make them repetitive. I'm glad it came off that way.

I'm glad you're a fan of Croft's Limited. I've had that one in the works since I took over EWA eight months ago, but we've had soooo many delays it's only come about now. I was worried it would just look like we were copying the Clique in HWA, but it's a different sort of Takeover. Like you said, more Hennan Family/The Corporation than Nexus/Fortune/nWo. I'm really excited to develop this here, as EWA finally has a major storyline instead of lots of just one on one fueds. We've finally got some direction lol

i am going to have to re read it all in one sitting to pick my fav promo. I do think Artemis' Croft promo and my Hanz, Panzer Croft bit fit together well- with Art talking about signing with Croft and Hanz praisning Croft. Arts promo for that was not posted in HQ when I wrote mine.. As far as the Panzer bit, Barbie is now full on heel, and i figure what better way to show how bad ass she is now was to viscously attack her sister. The Barbie heel turn was Roba's idea, and well, i was more than happy to go along with it. Heels are fun to write for.

Finding some of the matches to use was hard- had to look back to go back to some pretty old matches. Commentary- Roba, Ben(sniff sniff), Shinning, Pau and myself pretty much keep things similar it seems- like you said- serious at times and fun/goofy at times.

Artemis Eclipse is shown in the back, Gerald Croft is leaving his locker room smiling as we focus on Artemis looking at the EWA TV Championship. Artemis looks up at the cameraman and jumps up. He runs towards him and gives a high knee to his face, pushing the camera inward. The lens breaks and we see the fall backwards by the cameraman's viewpoint.

Artemis grabs the fallen cameraman by the collar as we see the camera laying on the ground facing them sideways.

Basically... Everything's all good. For a time we had to think about shutting down EWA due to having nobody to write shows, but I think we're all fine now. We've scrapped ex creative members and current creative members together and we should just about be able to cover it all between us.
