I stay up to watch raw for the 1st time since Bret returned 2 years ago to the day and get no surprise or shocking return because WWE and Y2J doesn't know how to the work the internet crowd. I mean seriously with Jericho constantly drawing attention to himself about this big mystery saying its not him but continuing tweeting about. After awhile people will see through you and realize that it is YOU.

If WWE had a clue they would've got some other old stars in the act trolling twitter and whatnot to keep us guessing but they didn't. They don't have a clue how to work the internet fans. Flying was the easiest option for him, it's not his fault that some stalker fans caught him in the airport. What's he supposed to do, wear a mask? Yeah, that'd work out well at Memphis International.

I think Chris did the best job that he could have done in covering up the photos that ended up spreading very quickly, and even started a little joke about it with the photos. There were photos of the Undertaker too, so Chris' photo could have very easily been shopped.

I started watching even before pre school, I liked wrestling more then cartoons, back then vince hadn't even went national yet and all we got the Dick the Bruisers WWA promotion that covered indiana and IL, these guys bitch about the old guard holding the young guys now, hell the average age of wrestlers in the bruisers fed was 123 years old I think..
back on topic I think they actually did a good job sewing the seeds of doubt, we weren't 100% sure it was going to be chris..

Of course i admit it. and like you say WWE doesn't care about us internet people so why would they care if we watch streams. You seem to not grasp the concept, years ago when they WERE putting a decent product they got my money from ppv's, t-shirts, dvd's, games, etc.. and my view on raw, sd, etc week after week like clockwork but now they like to insult our intelligence with the crap they churn out. fair enough they do some good stuff every now and then but its always a short term fix then they go back to crap.

Now i do however watch TNA on TV because 1: it is somewhat decent and 2: i want them to do well because wrestling in general needs a another big company to rival WWE to make them step up their game. Even though i live in the UK and TNA is on a 3 day tape delay here i wait out those 3 days when i could easily watch a stream of it within that time. So yeah i don't watch streams because i don't like paying for anything i watch them when I don't believe it is worth MY money to watch legally. is that OK with you? i could just as well read the spoilers and not watch it but end of the day those streams will still run without me.

I was lucky enough to have parents and grandparents that loved wrestling as well and woukd take me. I've met a lot of wrestlers that way, and still have friends in the wrestling business today. Also, no matter what the promo for a return is, there is always going to be speculation and not everyone is going to agree who the promo was for.

Yeah I was the same way.... World Championship Wrestling on Saturday mornings I believe at 10:05 it was, then WWF Superstars and Challenge( use to come on after the news at 11:30), NWA World Wide and and Pro, World Championship Wrestling Sat Night.
USA network on sunday mornings with cartoon Express and WWF All American then NWA wrestling that evening then AWA would come on ESPN Sunday nights as well... Then WWF Prime Time on Mondays would sneak and stay up every once in while...

I agree that it makes us tune in next week but Jericho at least hinting towards the promos would have made things even better and more explainable. I wasn't expecting him to cut a 10 minute promo giving us a reason but he could have said "Its the begining of the end for WWE." or something along those lines to build up more anticipation to see exactly what hes talking about.
