I dunno if this thread exists already but lets roll with it.

Basically. Post a picture or video of something that makes you personally get that feel of Nostalgia (and maybe getting you saying "Christ i'm old" at least)

I realise that not everyone is from the same generation or culture but it'll be interesting to see what we all have in common or can get other members to feel this ;D

Also try giving an explanation of why it makes you feel Nostalgic.

Live & Kicking - The whole of the 90's
I'm assuming for most of you there was a time to get up on a Saturday morning and watch cartoons. This was the UKs version. It had Mr. Blobby. An awesome song for its call number (0181 811 8181!) and 2 very fucked up Leprechaun puppets after Otis the Aardvark was stopped. We also had SM:TV as well for a time when Pokemon first came out. Shit was so awesome and simple back then.

Wanna know what makes me feel nostalgic? When I see friends from HS on Facebook with kids in college. Or they're celebrating their 40th or higher birthday. I didn't follow the same path of life as they did, and my first child will be born in February so I can't say that I feel old at all. My goal was always 'Married @30, kids @40' and I got the first done, second enough close @38. I made it my goal to enjoy my life first and do all the crazy shit I wanted to, so I didn't live a life of regret. They stayed home at night when I got drunk with friends and we drove to the almighty ECW arena and went bonkers during it's heyday.

It really depends on how you live. I've got friends who married, had a pile of kids, and have been getting bald and fat ever since. They gave up on themselves, they don't know anything new or topical, and they still think it's the late 80s / early 90s as far as just about everything in their life. It's TRAGIC. They don't know the power of Steel Panther and the Shocker, they drive minivans instead of muscle cars, etc.. They must feel old all the time. Probably not nostalgic, cause they're living that same junk STILL!!

I knew a guy named Nostalgia Man once. He was a Dunkin Donuts regular at 3-5am and used to ride in on a moped, but that's a story for another day.
