So I know I was probably 1 out of the 300 people that watched NXT on wwe.com last night but I cant help myself. It is a complete joke and it makes me laugh out loud for real. I just hope NBC/ABC/CBS are taking notes because this has comedy written all over it. This match between Kaitlyn and Maxine is short and sweet and i think it makes my point loud and clear.

Just plain sad. Im glad I dont watch NXT on DotCom as Coleslaw said. Its a disgrace. The challenges, the matches, everything about this season. One of the episodes that were on TV, #2 I believe, finish of a match saw one of the rookie divas going for a pin again right after ref counted 3 and called for bell. Ref had to tell her it was already over. I was like WTF is that?? R u serious? To quote you, I was MAD

Its truely trash TV at tis finest. What is truely 'sad', though, is that Sky Sports in the UK are still broadcasting it on TV. Painful!

No what they should do is send all the divas that cant wrestle back to fcw until they are good enough. while they are at it fire the eye candy whores that are there for show like the bellas and kelly kelly

What they need to get back on track are stars like The Undertaker and Triple H to come out and dance with the divas. Maybe they could even have team Taker vs team HHH in a dance off.
I mean, it totally worked for Lance Storm and the ratings went through the roof and now with Daniel Bryan turning into a ladies man character and dancing it looks like wrestling is going to new heights!
Yeah, I'm being sarcastic.

Oh wow, Shane. That would completely kill 'Taker an HHH as top-performers. The only superstars that would even be able to get away with that would be Edge an Christian an most recently Daniel Bryan. As for NXT I haven't really watched it since the first season. Everything just seemed to be in a repetitive cycle, and they go to little lengths to make it entertaining. It was like a poor sequel to Tough Enough. An that match between Kaitlyn an Maxine shows you why nobody respects the divas division anymore. These are just failed actors that turned to the WWE in a desperate attempt to be noticed, and they expect movie deals to be handed to them right off the bat. They need to realize that actually TRYING can get you some where. Just look at RAW from 1999-2004. Absolutely amazing womens wrestlers! Even Vince loved the divas even going as far as to get involved with a lot of them. Most notably his stint with SD! as the GM with Sable by his side.

You ask whether its Comedy or Sad? I think its depressing. If I were suicidal I think this might be the final nail in the coffin. Send those "Divas" to the carnival or have them interact with JWOWW!

Infinite wisdom as always.
But, allow me to give my infinite wisdom on this matter.
I believe Kaitlyn has potential. She should not have been thrust into the spotlight after just 2 months experience. She should have been sent to FCW and trained for a good year before being considered for tv.
REAL infinite wisdom!
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

It's funny and sad at the same time. Naomi is more botchy than melina but I like watching just to see Cole and Mattews sarcastically say "This is the best thing ever!"

Definitely! It seems WWE's idea of a wrestler having "charisma" is someone who acts like a fool, but some of the most talented wrestlers (i.e. Perry Saturn, Lance Storm, Nick Dinsmore) had their careers ruined by silly gimmicks and dancing segments like that. I can only imagine how The Rock, Hitman, Austin and Brock Lesnar would've turned out if they'd done a dancing segment like Daniel Bryan. It would be hard to recover from that.
If they really want someone to dance, they should save it for one of the comedy characters like Santino, Scotty Too Hotty or Norman Smiley.
Anyway, I'm kinda off topic here, but I just feel WWE isn't respecting their stars and it's stunts like dancing, musical chairs and the other crap we see on NXT that gives wrestling a bad name and prevents wrestlers from being taken seriously as athletes.
