View Full Version : My little issue with TNA "fans"

SilverGhost

Well....looking at iMPACT!

My attention was picked up by the "sign" guys. The same signs that I saw (I think).

I don't know....My issue is that they keep chasing around the camera to let their signs seen on TV.

Have you noticed that?

Bodom
10-28-2010, 09:15 PM
Impact Zone fans are pathetic excuses of redundant protoplasm. Pretty sure we've made that clear on several occasions.

That right there should answer any issue towards them

SilverGhost
10-28-2010, 09:19 PM
I just found it funny that the sign guy "fans" were chasing around the camera.

Bodom
10-28-2010, 09:22 PM
And most of the signs suck

SilverGhost
10-28-2010, 09:51 PM
I noticed! Wow....5 year olds can make better signs than TNA sign guys.

Robstar

SG your doing it again! You know someone is gonna take issue with this, probably fans from the Impact Zone, presuming their trailer still has power to run their computer or they aren't spending court mandated time with one of their 11 kids. And that's just the 15-24year old bracket! ;)

You see what I did there?

What am I doing again? I am not provoking them. Just stating an issue on certain individuals that want camera time on their signs. Unless that is good for TNA.

Or....they are paid by TNA to chase the camera around with signs.

Bodom

Bet they get paid more than the Knockouts

As crazy as it sounds.....I'll believe that. I actually felt my IQ go down reading those signs.

But on topic, TNA is trying too hard with the signs.

Robstar

I think signs are a little pointless nowadays anyway. This isn't 1996 and it's not the ECW arena ffs. Your stupid sign with a "witty" remark makes you look like a homeless person begging for change. I don't even notice them anymore

Its like half and half on that. Half being on the WWE's part, just fans showing support to the wrestlers. The other half is those three individuals being the sign guys in TNA with crappy signs chasing the camera during the match to give their signs some airtime.

Planned? I think so.

I really think this thread should be re-titled My Little Issue With Impact Zone Fans. We don't want to come off as anti-everything-TNA. Well I don't. We can't afford to lose the 6 TNA fans visiting this site. ;)

Good because, as we all seem to know here there's plenty to bash when it comes to tna (unfortunately).

Making a sign = more expensive than entry to the impact zone! Maybe if they charged they could afford to pay the knockouts a bit more!

Then again if they charged no-one would turn up! (except the sign guy plants)

Its hilarious at the Impact Zone.

They have an old woman with a megaphone just BEGGING people to come. I almost keeled over from laughing so hard.

They seriously need to get that material on the road like WWE but knowing TNA, it have to be in smaller arenas.

Rich Cranium

It does suck that they are stationary but the wrestlers love having no road schedule, especially the old guys and that old lady Bodom was referring to.

Attempting to broaden your fanbase by simply relying on tv? Sounds like a roadmap to obscurity to me. But you know what would happen if they did take it on the road - those 'loyal' Impact Zone fans would take offense to 'their' product being whored out to fans from *gasp!* out of state and quickly rebel against TNA.

I bet Dixie is banking on the ratings uptick of having talent actually die of natural causes on an episode of Impact. It's the only way her decisions make any kind of acute business sense. Russo and her have an angle tucked away for when Rick finally does his last "Wooooooooooo!" in the Impact Zone (it involves Hogan throwing his back out trying to be a pallbearer, and a eulogy from the mouth of Mr. Socko).

There's no shame in wanting WWE's only "competior" to be better than they are. The shame would be in thinking it will happen.

I can't believe theres actually people out there that don't mind these guys running the show. I know there were a lot of factors but bisch and Russo effectively killed a far more mighty company than TNA.
