CM Punk during 'that promo' didn't mention the writers directly, but he 'attacked' them indirectly through Vince McMahon and John Cena, so my best suggestion would be for you to replace 'The Writers' with Nathan Staples or 'The Management'.

Time- Running an e-fed is beyond time consuming, you need to be ready for that
Patience- You need to be ready to deal with egos, and people being late with promos.
Organization- You are going to be getting a lot of info, from character info to links for entrance vids, to storyline ideas and plans. You need to have a place to store it all. EWNCW had The Batcave and now The Mansion(?) I have The Fortress.
I would add Help: If you know someone who can help, use them.
