View Full Version : Fuck! Kaval lost again! I am sick of this!

Is anyone else tired of seeing Kaval lose on Smackdown??? Fuck. You'd think he would have lost enough on NXT. But NOW he is losing to people on smackdown! Damn it. Enough. How many times does he have to lose, or 'pay his dues' before WWE starts letting him shine and get some wins? I'm starting to get really sick of him losing. He lost to almost every rookie on NXT, he lost his spot to Tyler Rex (WTF???) and now he is losing to everyone on Smackdown.
If this is WWE's way of making him look strong, it is not working. Actually, it is starting to piss me off more than anything else. By the time they start building him, people would have probably stopped caring about him. Kaval is a great athlete! Everyone knows it. Even the kids know it!!! Damn. Push him. For christ sake.
Does anybody see where I'm coming from?

You can virtually hear the WWE dropping the ball on Kaval. They will inevitably blame Kaval for something that is their fault in the end. Probably another case of Michael Hayes not liking someone and burying them until Vince notices that the winner of the 2nd season of their failed show is still hanging around to remind him of the show's failure and insists his contract be terminated.

Put Kaval, Byran and Punk in a Stable and call it something on the line of 'Independant' and maybe get one or 2 more Independant guys.
They could go around the WWE with the aim to 'make wrestling better' where they think the WWE home grown men arn't pulling there weight and putting on decent matches, so they SHOW them. Would be pretty sweet huh?

I actually would like that idea, alexrules01.
I mean, damn. I'm not asking WWE to give him the world championship. I just want WWE to let Kaval shine and win matches. Who gives a rats ass about Tyler Rex or all these other people WWE is having Kaval job to? He has paid enough dues. They wonder why smackdown has low ratings. Because they refuse to let wrestlers like Kaval shine. At least TNA treated Kaval with some actual respect.
When he was losing in NXT, I was not bothered by it so much because I figured they were going to give him the Daniel Bryan treatment. Lose to the rookies to make them look strong, but then go on one of the main shows and dominate. That happened with Daniel Bryan but it is not happening with Kaval. He is still jobbing! I just wanna know why.

Did you guys know that wins and losses don't actually mean anything in wrestling?

Wins and losses mean a lot. Losing usually means inferiority. Winning means superiority. That is how it usually is, IMO. You may not see it that way, but I do.
Look. All I say saying it, enough is enough. Hopefully, this leads to something and they are not just having him lose for no good reason.

That's generally the case, bu Jericho is the exception. The man can lose every match for a year, and not lose a single ounce of heat.
Kavals been looking strong in his matches. Let's just wait and see

Yeah, but it kinda does. To us sophisticated fans who approve mainly on athletic abilty and pure wrestling talent, it doesn't. But to the kids (who clearly control the industry right now) it does matter. Their not gonna want to cheer for someone who can't win a match. If the kids don't cheer you, then you won't get a decent push, it's that simple. I still wouldn't panic on the Kaval situation though, they still have time on him. Him and Daniel Bryan have the same gimmick right now although obviously both are getting different levels of success. It's what I like to call the "Rey Mysterio," gimmick with the added twist of being Indy stars. Think about it, all three guys don't have the particular "look," all our small in stature, but with great skillsets unique to the WWE's style, and all have the "ultimate underdog," side to them. It really is a great gimmick that can both can work all the way to the main event picture if worked out properly. Remember, it's still EXTREMELY early in these guys careers, and while I agree that they probably should have Kaval start winning soon, I think we are being a little impatient with the WWE. If worked out properly, in two years time I could legitimatly see Kaval and Daniel Bryan getting the Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit treatment, where they both co-headline Wrestlemania and win World Titles on the same day, culminating in the celebration simular to that of Wrestlemania 20. Think about how cool it would be if it's champion Alberto Del Rio getting upset by Kaval in the first main event, and Daniel Bryan (as the winner of the Royal Rumble) winning the main event at Wrestlemania 28 over John Cena (face) and either Sheamus, Triple H, or Wade Barrett (all heels). Now THAT would be a rehashed storyline that I think we can all get behind!!

It's an angle! WWE have dropped the ball on many an occasion but have faith in kaval he's not going anywhere. He will be somebody. Remember kids patience is a virtue.
Don't get me wrong it's frustrating me to no end seeing him job every week like this. Believe me!
The losing streak could be leading to a heel turn.

Well unless you are not paying any attention to the storyline he is in, you will undersatnd why he is losing. They are pushing the "rookie" character for him. He will lose for a little while longer, then eventually he will start winning more and more.
They have a name for wrestlers that don't win. It's called "jobber". As long as they keep Kaval jobbing, he's not going to gather the popularity he should, and WWE will use that as the excuse as to why they don't push him later. Instead, they'll push another heavyweight type with muscles on top of muscles, who probably doesn't actually have the skill to deserve the push, but they *look* like what WWE thinks a wrestler should look like.
Keeping him jobbing is a bad idea, but it's consistent with WWE thinking. For one, they believe that new wrestlers need to "earn" their place. Unless, of course, they're championed by Vince or someone else, in which case they get a huge push they don't deserve. Secondly, WWE just doesn't appreciate "smaller" wrestlers. They don't have their own belt, they don't generally get pushes, and I'm amazed that they even allowed any onto NXT in the first place.

In Japan wrestling promotion rookie/newcomer lose alot and most of the time wrestle in the opening matches, eventually they rake some wins after that which take a year or so.
I think the same goes for Kaval,I hope WWE push him one day.

If WWE are making him lose to build the "rookie character" and then get him to start winning slowly I'll still be pissed off, That story is so old and boring now, just let him win matches or turn heel or somthing, please, no more squashes.
While WWE do this, they hurt the credibility of NXT. (If theres any left of that) What happened after Barrett won NXT was great, couldnt have gone better for him. Now it couldnt have gone worse for Kaval, He's got nothing for it, Riley, Husky and Henning have all got bigger pushes and if that "OH YEAH" guy was on TV, I assure you he'll be getting more over than Kaval. Hell, Tyler Reks has got further than Kaval and he wasnt even on NXT.
Kaval will be jobbing to Alberto Del Rio's ring announcer in no time.
Or even Swaggers mascot...oh wait.

Your Violent Icon is sweet if thats a shirt where can i buy it? Also I can understand how maddening it is to see him win spot on PPV and lose it to a no one. The only thing I can see is making him more of underdog like Ray and showcaseing his moves and when people see him more and get behind him more they can start to toss some wins his way. Lets hope so for the Love of G-d. If not I welcome him back to ROH and hope to see him in a real wrestling match.

Not sure why everyone is complaining, sure Kaval is losing matches but hes not gettin dominated hes gettin solid offense its not a 2 min jobbing. So in a few weeks/months the wins will come and maybe a chance for the IC title.

Same thing with Undertaker really, if you look at it Undertaker has only won what like one or two matches this year? Beat Rey Mysterio at the Rumble and HBK at Wrestlemania.....he has lost the last 3 PPV's straight......yet whenever he comes out it's like new years day lol

Jack Swagger is a former World Champion AND he is TWICE the size of Kaval. So yeah, Swagger was the right person to go over. Kaval, to many of us, is just some guy from NXT. I don't watch the indies or TNA, just WWE. So whatever Kaval has done before is irrelevant to fans like me that only watch the major promotion.

It was reported on this website not too long ago that WWE were contemplating turning Kaval heel. Getting him to rack up losses could be a way for them to do his. He could one day explode and say he's fed up of loosing all the time and blaming the fans or something.
I don't think turning him heel is the way forward with him as he's so over with the fans. And anyway, as others have said, it's far too early to be making a judgment on Kaval at this point, he's only had a few matches on the main roster. Give the guy a chance.
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

Yes, and your point is?
Barrett wasn't given his title shot straight away. It can be used whenever, just because he hasn't been given it yet doesn't mean he doesn't have it!

There are always going to be fans that complain one way or the other. The only way they could ever satisfy everyone would be by no longer having winners and losers, and that would be retarded.
Considering that the wins and losses aren't actually real, I'm not really sure why people get upset about such silly things. Just as long as the talent are kept on television, that's all that should really matter. Not everyone can win a title, and not everyone should. Quality story-lines are what we need to be focusing on and hoping for, not golden trinkets that don't even have any value anymore.

Well some of you have very positive aspects of this losing streak and HOPEFULLY it turns out like you say it does. I really do hope this leads to something, like a Heel turn, and Kaval just comes out beasting everyone he faces.
