Hi there everyone, welcome to The Last Stand of Ring The Bell (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/community/tags.php?tag=ring+the+bell). My little Forum-sode that I decided to end a while ago after 8 long episodes, but never really made it official. So, to all those cool dudes that kindly keeped on asking me about RTB, this is the last one, ok?
The reason I wanna finish it, its because it is a very hard show to put on (just like all the rest) :) It depends pretty much on the guests, and I couldn't continue on asking people "Hey, do you wanna be on the show?"...sometimes people dont even answer. Then their final response is kinda late (I understand,we're all busy), then I would have to PM again with "Hey, you're still in (...) Do you need more time?".
Never really wanted to bother anyone. So, to all you uys who participated and those who couldnt due free time or other problems...THANK YOU ALL. Yes, I just got emotional :(
On Topic: Today I wanna talk about the 2 newest monsters in the WWE, Ryback and Lord Tensai. And all I wanna know is, are these guys going to be something big, win championship(s), or sooner or later they gonna become COMEDY figures, just like Khali...Brodus Clay...and Kozlov? To answer that, I invited Mr. magglis (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/community/member.php?10271-magglis) and Mr. Asherdelampyr (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/community/member.php?597-Asherdelampyr).

magglis (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/community/member.php?10271-magglis): From the one side we have Ryback, a guy with RVD’s attire, and in the other side we have the new Japaneese Kozlov.
Ryback is the first guy that I remember getting a squash match in a PPV….awfull btw. WWE really believes that Ryback is the new Goldberg. NO HELL NO. Who said that we want a new Goldberg? This guy is going to win a series of squash matches, then (after 140 squash matches) WWE is gonna put him in a fued vs a big name (maybe Seamus) he will suck in promos and then end up being Boooring. He already is. He sucks! These squash matches are to hide it.
People will never like him. He is a bad use of a talent. And all that is WWE’s fault.
Tensai, they will push him down our throats, squash matches, and now a feud with Cena. They will even push him for a world title. He is boring. Not like Ryback That guy is talented, they're just using him wrong. He will never be scary like Kane or Henry. He can't cut a promo and his he's as clumsy as he Is stupid. Before wrestlemania 29 he will back down to lower mid card, and go back to Japan after 18 months.

Asherdelampyr (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/community/member.php?597-Asherdelampyr): Tensai is an interesting guy, even when he was Albert he almost had a trademark of doing everything just decent. Not terrible, by any means, not even bad, just not great either. He has the perfect level of ability to put over the midcard, so I think when the hype dies down (sometime by the end of this month, imo) If he still has a job, it will be as the midcard monster. I am interested to see him work with C.M. Punk, in my opinion that wil be the true test of his in-ring abilities, and really spell out just how often he gets to step out and be the little fish in the big pond that is the Main Event scene. Hopefully he will do this while toning down the gimmick, or at least the face--paint (and I love gimmicks)
Maybe, if he sticks around this time, he can be the Kane of the next generation, the old monster showing the kids how it's done.
Of course, that leaves Ryback without anywhere to play, as that is his current spot and I don't see him rising past it for anything other than a one-off program, or maybe if the stars are aligned, a transitional championship. If the NXT into WWEECW works out, I see Ryback being the monster over there, ala Ezekial Jackson in the WWEECW, which would be a good fit for him for quite some time. Honestly I don't see what a lot of other people I have talked to see in Ryback. To me he is just another generic big guy, same big guy move-set, same charisma level (Cardboard box) same technical flaws. Hell, if you got him in a good stretching machine and gave him a sense of humor, he could be Big Show 2.0
Slices of cheese have gotten me more interested in television programming, than this guy has is what I am trying to get across here.
Brodus is going to end up like Santino's big (pun totally intended) brother, comedy scene or fired, though I don't see them having Big Brodus as a ref for the diva's house show matches. However he seems to genuinely enjoy the comedy route, so all the best for him there.
Well Done! Now we move to the Give-A-Finger spot (aka Honorable Mention), where basically you point out something positive, negative, stupid, uncalled for (it's up to you guys) about wrestling from recently...
Asherdelampyr: (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/community/member.php?597-Asherdelampyr) Is it just me or has TNA been seriously improving lately? I mean from pushing the young guys and homegrown talent (just about every title) to signing guys like Austin Aries and Zema Ion (I see a lot of improvement coming from Zema in the next few years) to actually telling good wrestling stories. Sure some of the stories are just horribly bad, but who didn't laugh at the wedding between ODB and EY? And how great has the Bobby Roode story been?
The biggest complaint that I have is Where the hell is The Pope? Seriously, Pope is too good to not have gunning for a major title at every chance. I still can't understand how he gets buried, did he hit on Hulk's daughter? (Strictly HH's property) How is he not being built as one of the top guys?

Lesnar lost but he didn't get beat, and Cena just couldn't take another loss Sheamus/Bryan was really good, and Punk vs Jericho also really good. Great PPV, maybe the PPV of the year.
