I loved that belt too. It kind of looks like the Attitude era belt, but sharper.

I've also always liked AJPW's Triple Crown. Comprised of the PWF Heavyweight title, the NWA United National title and the NWA International title, the Triple Crown is a collection of three very old looking belts that have definitely seen better days, but, for me, that just adds to their authenticity and makes them seem all that more prestigious.

Side note: Tajiri is not a former Triple Crown champion, and this is a photo of him after he stole the belts from Minoru Suzuki during a feud the two awesome competitors had.
Still, he does look good with them!

Agree 100% fucking percent! I don't know what you think about this, but I'd say that the FTW belt looked better than even the original ECW belt.

The winged Eagle had much prestige and it looked like a legit World title. The other WWE belts looked/looks to gimmickish for me.

How bad were those 85/86/87 belts? So generic! I used to love the big green belt. But that was back in the day.

The winged eagle was the classic though wasn't it? Then using it for the Hardcore belt was cool too. I don't remember the big eagle belt at all. Then they started moving into the specially designed belts, like the smoking skull all the way through to the spinner belt.

The original World title, the design still being used, was always a bit garish to me originally. That NWA/WCW belt design, as well as the AWA belt always seemed too huge and a bit crappy looking with the fake gems in them. But the World title belt has grown on me now.

I thought the Undisputed title lacked obvious features. But it was probably people who felt this way that created the awful spinner belt! ;)

My favorite belt is the I.C. Belt that HBK wore with the white leather... I absolutly hate all WWEs current belts, they all look like generic toys. (except the World title)

But I also love the wcw US belt and the wcw Tv and cruiserweight titles.
but I think that McDonalds title is my new favorite.

I wouldn't mind seeing a completely new design..but not something stupid like turning the W upside down, or an Immortal-like belt. And they better not try to cut down on costs by making it bronze or silver -.- I want a gold belt.

Of course. I think that's probably what will happen. If that's what they'll do, then I hope it's a belt in the same style as the WHC. A big gold belt. Rather than a gimmick belt like the WWE championship or the TNA Jeff Hardy belt.

I think TNA has the best looking tag belts out of all of them though. I don't know why WWE is trying to make their titles look so cartoony with weird non-traditional colors and whatnot.

I've always liked the intercontinental title, but i also like the old TNA world title and the current x division title. the ROH title with the flags round the edge is also cool. but the best belt of all has to be the divas title. you gotta love the butterfly :)
