Who the hell is "Ronin of Chuck Taylor"? Is that just the name Chuck Taylor uses in DGUSA?

Iv yet to see a DGUSA event and I've been wanting to, so I'll definetly be watching this. Probably tonight. Much appreciated.

Ronin is the name of their stable.

I've only seen three DGUSA events myself, including this one. Their very first show (Enter The Dragon) really blew my mind... Talents like BxB Hulk, CIMA and SHINGO have to be seen to be believed really.

Allow me to be the third (and probably final) person to comment!

I love DGUSA and, like The Yetti, I was also blown away by their 1st show. I've seen 3 of their other shows and will be watching this one when I get home from work.
The only bad thing I could say about them is, the action is just too damn fast! A regular wrestling fan's brain would probably go into hyperdrive if they were to watch a Masato Yoshino match, who has to be the fastest guy in wrestling!
But apart from that, this promotion is fucking phenomenal! Gabe Sapolsky is the man, and RoH's loss is Dragon Gates gain. He's also doing a brilliant job over in EVOLVE, which could very well be slightly better than DGUSA!

I watched the whole show earlir today. Man, that was some show! Main Event's 1 & 2 were absolutely fricking fabulous! The rest of the card was great as well! Ronin v Warriors was what one would expect from a DGUSA six-man tag, body's flying everywhere. Rich Swan continues to get better, This guy is going places on the indies. The interaction with Homicide and Moxley was brutal, and proves that, when the situation nessessitates, hardcore wrestling can still be effective!
BXB Hulk has to get a mention just for being BXB Hulk! He really is great choice to be Open the Freedom Gate champion!

Oh wow, they're having not one but TWO live i-PPVs this weekend! Never knew until I saw it on the main page here (http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/Dragon_Gate_USA_Officially_Announces_Weekend_.php) .

I'll be buying them, 30usd for two events seems like a steal.

Thank you for the links. I have really been wanting to see one of their shows. I think you could really just change the name of this thread too "Free thinkers of Wrestling". I don't see how people don't care about anything but WWE and TNA. I went to the ROH TV tapings in Louisville KY and had a way better time then any other show I have been too.

Can't decide whether to buy those two PPVs this weekend or just go out and get drunk instead. It kinda sucks they aren't offering Sunday's event on PPV as well, because that'll mean we won't see the final round of the United Gate Championship round robin.

You convinced me! I'm officially watching my first ever iPPV!. I'm watching it on a 50 inch plasma (sorry, for showing off) so it's a little grainy, to say the least!!! Hope the replays a bit clearer!

BXB Hulk Vs YAMATO has been great thus far!

GOD, I FOOOOKING LOVE DRAGON GATE USA!!!!

Can't wait for the best highflyer in the world (pac) to wrestle. If he hasn't already that is, I started the stream late!

Edit. Wow, shocking finish to the Hulk Vs YAMATO match!

This iPPV is incredibly fast-paced. BxB Hulk and Yamato was goddamn fantastic! They're pretty much incapable of having a match less than four stars.
Brodie Lee vs. Jimmy Jacobs was much better than I expected!

Shame about the poor sound quality. I have to max out my volume and wear headphones to hear anything clearly.

Naruki Doi and Ricochet Vs Chuck Taylor and Jonny Gargano was fantastic! Ricochet's Reverse Ranna was perfect! Ronin to win this thing! Loved how Rich Swan BeatBoxes on the way to the ring.

DAYUMMMM that was great show, like 8/10 or something. The tag-team matches alone made that event worth the money IMO, and there wasn't a terrible match to be found on the card.

My only major problem with it, (apart from GFL's fuck ups) is that it maybe was a little *too* fast paced at times for a live show. I mean, when you've got a 2hr+ event crammed full of fairly intensive wrestling that requires a lot of attention to detail to appreciate, a little breathing space between matches would be nice - more promos, some pre-taped interviews, video packages, a short intermission or something. It's never really bothered me with before because, being mostly pretaped events, I always assumed the brevity was due to clever editing - and I could always pause it.

(You just know a wrestling promotion is AWESOME once you start criticising it for having too much wrestling, lol)

Looking forward to tomorrow... I wonder if there will be any major changes to the card now.

It was a bit overkill at times, but but that just enhances the replay viewing for me. Match of the night? For me it was Doi and Ricochet Vs Gargano and Taylor. Move of the night? The Awful Waffle, everytime!

May I just thank you for the links to these. I never realised I could watch iPPV's on replay after purchasing them. I'll be purchasing all Dragon Gate and RoH events from now on.

As for tomorrow's event. The sixway freestyle match looks great (I've always liked those kind of matches), as does PAC and Yoshino Vs Doi and Ricochet. Obviously, I can't see YAMATO Vs Brody Lee (who, for the record is fucking awesome) being a title match. Any predictions on who's gonna win this tournament?

P.S it's pretty shitty that night three won't be shown.... Pretty shitty indeed!

The best thing about the replays: what we watched was probably a 1mbps stream, but the replay streams are often available in 2mbps and sometimes 4mbps after a few days. Presumably the sound issues will be fixed too.

MOTN: I'm torn between BxB Hulk vs. YAMATO and CIMA/Kid vs. PAC/Yoshino... Gargano/Taylor vs. Doi/Ricochet most likely would've been a strong contender if I hadn't missed several minutes of the climax.

I would place my money on Gargano and Taylor winning the round robin. I don't really have any much deep reasoning behind that choice, just because they're Americans in an American promotion, and that promo they cut after the Aries match about proving themselves worthy of Japan.

I pretty much feel the same way about Ronin winning, and possibly defending DGUSA's United Gate Titles in Dragon Gate!

The finish to the PAC match was awesome, that suplex was fucking sick! Topped off a great night of wrestling that 99% of the EWN will never see lol.

Less than two hours 'til the Philly iPPV! (perhaps three - poster says 7EST but the website says 8.. I'm guessing it starts at 7) I guess with it being held in the old ECW arena, the crowd will be much hotter than yesterday's.

Main site says BxB Hulk vs. Jon Moxley is now a no-DQ match. I'm more than okay with that! Now, I wonder is YAMATO vs. Lee will now be a title match...

Jigsaw vs. Frightmare vs. Sami Callihan vs. Cheech vs. AR Fox vs. Rexx Reed - this should be off the hook! (Not really sure who Rexx Reed is though)

I know it's an awful cliche, but the sky's the limit for this little guy! Jimmy Jacobs road to the title isn't going too well is it!
The six-way was a match that Gabe specialises in booking, I can imagine him screaming at all six "Just go out there and do the most high flying, insane, innovative shit that you can think of!"

Side note's; Watching Moxley on this grainy picture, he looks a bit like Tracy Smothers!

This is money well spent, but I couldn't imagine paying $35 for a TNA PPV!

Jimmy Jacobs road to the title isn't going too well is it!
For some reason I'm not particularly high on Jimmy Jacobs. I mean, he's a solid worker and has decent enough matches, but I just don't care too much about him or get overly excited about his matches at all. I like to call it Christopher Daniels syndrome  (I guess most people would consider that blasphemy)

This is money well spent, but I couldn't imagine paying $35 for a TNA PPV!
Damn, TNA PPVs are $35? If I ever had to pay for one, I don't think I'd pay any more than a fiver, because that's how much they're worth nowadays.(Maximum!)

Turns out the six-man thing was nowhere near match of the night, lol.

Aries vs. Tozawa was really fuckin' good, both men really upped their game since their matches on yesterday's iPPV. ROH really made a major blunder letting Aries go! Before intermission, I thought this could've been the surprise MOTN. (even though the Reby Sky stuff came off as a tad stupid)

Intermission was much appreciated by me. In general it seems like they learned a lot from their mistakes on yesterday's iPPV in terms of pacing - Here's hoping they can work out the kinks with the sound issues and general technical difficulties by their next live iPPV.

BxB Hulk vs. Jon Moxley - two of my favourite wrestlers of the moment, and predictably they had a fantastic showing. (YOU KILLED BXB!!!) Wasn't really much point in it being a No-DQ match though, and it was far too short for my liking.

Taylor/Gargano vs. CIMA/Kid - I'll tell ya, even though most of DGUSA's tag matches generally follow a "10 mins slow, 10 mins breakneck" formula, it really never gets old - It's tried and tested! Anyway, again, I think everyone involved really upped their game since last night's show and put on a fantastic, fluid match. In fact, I was ready to declare this match the current Match of the Year holder....

...until Doi/Ricochet vs. Yoshino/PAC finished. Holy cockballs what an epic match. I just kept marking harder and harder as it went on, PAC and Ricochet especially were putting on a clinic of high-flying maneuvers. Maybe I'm overrating it because I just watched it, but I think it might've been better than the legendary Blood Generation vs. Do-Fixer match from Supercard of Honor. Match of the year so far for me (it's still early though!)

So it looks like it's between Ronin and World-1 for the United Gate titles. Awesome! I really wish tomorrow's show was iPPV too :( (It's obvious as to why it isn't... but I would seriously watch that instead of the Rumble if it was) Probably won't turn up on DVD/the internet for months, making it pretty impossible to dodge spoilers.

If I had to put an arbitrary number on this even, I'd say maybe an 8, possibly a 9.

Kashdinero
01-29-2011, 10:24 PM
And thats why the rest of the EWN missed out!

Ronin should take it tommorow but its anyones match really, DGUSA'S a hard company to predict. What ever the outcome, I think were gonna miss out on the best match of all three shows, Ronin Vs World 1 is WrestleWood at it's stiffest!

As for Jimmiy, I'm surprised that Gabe is using him so prominently in DGUSA, and EVOLVE, as I know he was ready to phase him out of ROH before he was let go (worst RoH move ever, why not just give the man an extended holiday!). I feel Jimmy works best with a group (or a pair of furry boots), and this serious "no gimmicks needed" Jimmy is as boring as the day is long!

I know it's not what you asked, but RoH Final Battle pulled around 2000 buys, which is, apparently a good number. I imagine DGUSA pulled around half, but wouldn't be surprised if it was actually less.

As for EVOLVE, I've only seen the first three shows, but I'm blown away by what I've seen so far! Adopting an almost MMA style, they employ a submission based, strong style puro feel to their matches, as opposed to DGUSA's High speed, multi car pile ups! Focusing on guys like Chuck Taylor, Jon Moxley, TJP and Bobby Fish they have the cream of the indies on their shows. Wins and losses mean much more than they do in any other fed out there, and the point system really controls the direction of the company. Of the three events I've seen, Kota Ibushi Vs Davey Richards (E1) is marginally better than the Ikuto Hidaka Vs Chris Hero stunner (E2). I'll be ordering the other shows soon, as I really need to see Danielson Vs Fish at E4! Seriously, I honestly prefer EVOLVE over DGUSA! there's less to take in in per match, and it really makes a difference! I genuinley believe starting at the first show is the way to go!
Honestly, all three are worth hunting down.

Yeah, I've heard that story. It seems a lot of people (myself included) reckoned that ROH must have going to put their world championship on him quite sharpish, because he seemed to be pretty much the most over/pushed guy at DGUSA and EVOLVE at the time. Which certainly made Davey losing to both Black and Strong seem all the more shocking to me.

Might have just been a falling out, I don't really know the whole story. The heat between Cary Silkin and Gabe Sapolsky just seems... silly.

I agree now, but going into DBD8 and Final Battle I thought for sure he was gonna take the belt. In retrospect, that was just me being a Richards mark more than anything. I do think Roderick Strong deserves at least a few more title defenses before dropping it, possibly to Richards... I think his current "House of Truth" gimmick is weak as hell, but he still deserves a decent run for being underrated as hell.

Y'know, it's more than possible that he could take the IWGP Jr belt, I didn't even think of that. I know he had a shot at it a couple months ago (pretty sure you posted it in the puro/lucha thread, or I might've stumbled across it on youtube)

I know this conversation should be in the RoH thread, but seeing as we're here now, Roderick should have been dethroned at Final Battle. As much of a fan of his as I am (ever since the Generation Next era in RoH), his personality is devastatingly dull! In ring he's world class though, and he definitely deserves a long title run based on that, but I personally feel that Davey should have lifted the title at FB. In fact it's kind of made him look a bit weak! I'm sure when he does lift the belt though, it'll be his for a long time!

How do you feel about this?

I was never really a Jimmy fan, I know he had some good matches in RoH (amongst other places), but he's never really done it for me. There has always been something that made me look the other way when he was wrestling, I dont know wether it was his stupid attire or his stupid haircut, or just the way he wrestled. But. I know he's improved an awful lot from the first time I saw him, and his act has been quite entertaining at times (bog-rolls!!!), so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say I'm kinda looking forward to his debut.

Also, Gabe pushed him quite hard back in RoH, so, I wonder if he'll get the same preferential treatment in DGUSA?

To tell the truth, while I haven't enjoyed every One-Eight-Seven match since his Indy comeback, I've enjoyed every match I've seen of his when he's facing Moxley. KAMIKAZE USA's leader is the perfect foe for 'Cide, and I'm loving the fact that they are basically feuding all over the Indy circuit. When that happens it just adds that element of realism to things.

Still think it sucks that we have had to wait so long to see the last installment of the tourney, and I'm not really in a rush to see it now, although I'll definitely watch it at some point.

Strange Side Note: Just read a review of the NYC show and was planning on giving this thread a DragonBump! So, ninja'd.. I guess lol

I realised they were in a bar of some kind, but I never knew the place was an actual restaurant called BB Kings! I read that one fan in attendance said "it's kinda hard to go crazy for a match, when your sitting at a table eating a porterhouse"....

Can you imagine!

"Mmmmm porter house... Oh shit, I missed that move... Mmmmm onion rings.... What!! YAMATO's the new champ!... Mmmmm..."

Lol, the place probably turned into a nightclub once they had taken down the ring!

TBH, I haven't enjoyed ANY 'cide match since he came back from TNA... except maybe his match against Claudio on HDNet, but that was just average.

BxB vs. Tozawa from this show is also getting some positive press and MOTYC votes.... if the tag matches are anything like the NYC and Philly shows, this could turn out to be one of the best events of the year so far!

But yeah, DGUSA really need to sort some shit out in regards to advertising their shows. I literally only came across those iPPVs by chance, and completely forgot about this show until it turned up on PWTorrents today.

Off-topic, but the next few months is gonna be absolutely SHITHOT for indy events yo, with some big tournaments heading our way too :D:
Two ROH iPPVs on wrestlemania weekend
More ROH DVDS (Socal Showdown II and Manhattan Mayhem IV look like great cards)
Best of the Best X- it's BACK
16 Carat Gold 2011
King of Trios 2011
Kurt Russellreuinion DVD, DDT4 etc

Nothing better than seeing the cream of the indies going at it in multiple matches. BOTB is the one I'm looking forward to the most, as last year I really missed it! In fact, I never saw much CZW last year (about 3 shows) as following multiple Indy Feds show by show is hard fucking work!!! I'm hoping to see A.R Fox in this years BOTB as he kinda impressed me with his high flying at the great card that was KOD XI. But it looks like they're gonna be pushing for an Akuma win/final.

PWG
Chikara
RoH
ICW
CZW
DGUSA
EVOLVE
IWA-MS (haven't followed since it restarted)

(any more?)

Edit: JAPW anniversary shows are always a hoot!

(plus)

NJPW
NOAH
Dragon Gate
AJPW (minimal)

(following Puro is almost as hard as following Indy)

(and of course)
Raw

TNA

(the reasons I have Sky)

That is a he'll of a lot of Feds to follow, so I tend to just pick out the best looking shows from each of them. Otherwise, I'd never get anything done. Although, I will try to follow them all as much as possible.

Anyway, this looks worth watching, I'll prob give it a shot. Zero Gravity and Irish Airbourne are great tag teams, Jimmy Jacobs and Davey Richards are awesome, and Juice Robinson is an underrated indy worker.

Oh, Bods, that event is "On Demand" for free, not live.

1. Zero Gravity vs. Juice & O'Reilly was pretty mediocre, mostly because Juice seemed totally out of place and sluggish compared to O'Reilly and Zero Gravity. You'd probably be best to skip this one, unless you've never seen a match by any of these guys before and want to check 'em out. (3/10)

2. Davey Richards vs. Shane Hollister. (starts at the 16 minute mark)
Shane is still very green, but Davey carries him to a great match - because he's in control for like 80% of it. It's not really as super stiff or as reckless as most Davey matches are, (a good thing) but the gratituous FIGHTINGU~ SPIRITU~ no-selling is still there, from both guys. (bad thing)
Last five minutes or so contains some excellent sequences though - It's definitely worth watching if you're into DR. (6/10)

3. Silas Young vs. Raven starts at around 36 minutes into the video. I didn't watch it because it doesn't interest me, but it looks like it takes place in a steel cage.

I definitely suggest it. It's a slow D/L though. (I got it from PWT as well.) Apparently the members there don't like a lot of Japanese stuff or Mexican stuff as well... WWE/WCW/ECW shit has a ton of people on its dick. (I got the "Monday Night Wars" DVDRip in less than 20 mins. --- 6 hours for DG: DOA 2011)

And like what was said earlier in the thread... 90% of people out there have no freaking clue what this company is or for that matter how damn good it is either. Its a shame. =(

Taken from the main page... Let the speculation begin!!!

WWE has expressed interest in several talents currently signed to deals with Dragon Gate USA. DGUSA has stated that they will release talents from contracts if it means they get a WWE deal. At this time, they have declined to identify any talents WWE may be interested in.

Sami Callihan, PAC and AR Fox would probably be at the top of my wishlist of DGUSA guys in WWE.

I highly doubt the talent scouts are going for Japanese guys, unfortunately, and even if they are they certainly wouldn't get pushed in WWE. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

I actually agree with you. I was teetering on the existence of RAW and then blam... headshot from down stream. I do however still dedicate some time to the indies. Nowhere near as much as I'd like to though. And PAC in THE 'E... I'd lose my damn mind.... BxB Hulk would be awesome as well... too many to think of man.

A buddy of mine with source's within the DGUSA camp has told me that none of the guys have talked about anything involving WWE.

Not saying there isn't a chance WWE has possibly contacted some of the talent, but none of them have talked to Gabe about anything recently. I'm also highly doubtful any of the Japanese talent would be interested in going to the WWE at this moment as Dragon Gate is doing very well in Japan though CIMA did go to a WWE tryout in the past and nothing came of it obviously.

EVOLVE will still be based on win/loss records and its leader board. You can follow these in the About EVOLVE section at DGUSA.tv. However, there will be some changes made in the structure of these as well as the rules and regulations. We'll have more info next week at DGUSA.tv. EVOLVE will still maintain its unique identity and presentation.

Here are Dragon Gate USA: Open the Ultimate Gate '12 iPPV Results from Miami, FL (Deauville Beach Resort) from March 30, 3012

Rich Swann makes his way down to the ring as "Open the Ultimate Gate" kicks off rapping his entrance music.

Lenny Leonard is handling the announcing duties alone for this one

Rich Swann vs. AR Fox

It is believed this was supposed to be Swann vs. Yoshino but Fox is replacing him for some reason. Fox and Swann start the match off with some back and forth wrestling trading armdrags and holds. Swann catches Fox with a gorgeous dropkick and Fox answers with a wild Fisherman Buster but Swann comes back with an Asai Moonsault as the action spills out to the floor. Fox with an insane Running Shooting Star Press onto Swann IN THE CORNER (that's the only way it can be best described, just think running somersault cannonball in the corner but a Shooting Star instead). Fox decides to ground Swann with a headlock now and then starts to beat on him in the corner. Swann hits a Split Legged Moonsault off the top and gets a nearfall. Fox takes it back to the ground with a chinlock but the fans get behind Swann only to have Fox take him out with a Sliding Cross Body to the back of a seated Swann for yet another nearfall. Swann attempts to fight back but Swann catches him with a Flatliner! 1...2...NO Swann kicks out! Swan comes back with an Enziguri to a perched Fox on the top and then he hits a Hurricanrana as he leaped off the mat snapping Fox off the top! Fox and Swann exchange punches and kicks in the center of the ring with Swann getting the advantage with a Scissors Kick and then Rolling Thunder for a nearfall of his own! Swann goes for a float over in the corner but eats a DVD from Fox and then a Somersault Senton Splash off the top! 1...2...NO Swann kicks out! Swann rolls out to the floor but he is NOT safe! Fox its an IMPLODING SPRINGBOARD SOMERSAULT PLANCHA off the top onto Swann on the floor! Fox puts Swann on the apron and then dives off the top with a Guillotine Leg Drop but Swann rolls out of the way and Fox eats every bit of the apron! Swann hits the Springboard Swann Cutter! 1...2...NO Fox kicks out! Swann climbs up top, Frog Splash! 1...2...NO Fox kicks out again! They exchange rollups and nearfalls with countless nearfalls here but neither can get the pin! Swann with a Superkick staggers Swann and then he climbs up top. Fox answers with a Bicycle Kick to Swann and then he springs to the top and hits the Lo-Mein Pain (Springboard Spanish Fly)! 1...2...3!

Winner: AR Fox via pinfall (Lo-Mein Pain) and after the match Fox and Swann shake hands.

The Open The United Gate Champions CIMA & Ricochet make their way down to the ring. CIMA says hello to everyone and says he loves the United States and Miami, but he can't wrestle tonight because of a neck injury. He apologizes to the fans and then a "CIMA" chant erupts. CIMA says because of this he and Ricochet must vacate the belts and then he apologizes to Ricochet. Johnny Gargano & Chuck Taylor of Ronin make their way down now, they were scheduled to face the champs tonight.

Chuck Taylor says they're real sad about CIMA's neck but since they were supposed to wrestle them tonight they should just give the belts to Ronin. Johnny Gargano (the Open the Freedom Gate Champion) says as much as he would love to take the belts and go to the beach right now he doesn't want to win the belts like that. Gargano talks about the night he won the Freedom Gate belt and says that night was so good because he EARNED it, but if they just take those belts they wouldn't have earned it and they will cheat themselves and the fans. Gargano says if they are going to win the belts they will do it by showing that they are the best tag team in the world. Masato Yoshino comes out now!

Yoshino says he will be Ricochet's partner to defend the belts! Ricochet says he knows Yoshino has a shot at Gargano's belt tomorrow so if CIMA is okay with it and if the fans are okay with it then he's okay with it. CIMA says he's cool and shakes Ricochet's hands. Ricochet places the belts in the middle of the ring and the two teams stare each other down. Gargano offers a handshake but Yoshino walks away.

The Scene (Scott Reed & Caleb Konley) w/Larry Dallas vs. Bobby Fish & Tommy Dreamer

The Scene make their way down to the ring with a slew of gorgeous females. As one of the chicks grinds on Reed the announcer says "The Scene may catch something before this weekend's over" and he calls this the most disgusting entrance ever. Bobby Fish comes out alone and Larry says if he hasn't noticed he's alone and The Scene is the hottest new tag team "on the scene." He suggests Fish save himself a beating and go to the back, but Fish says he does have a partner. TOMMY DREAMER walks out! Dreamer & Fish hit the ring but The Scene attacks them! Fish & Dreamer hit a pair of Hip Tosses and then Dreamer hits Conley with a Pump Handle Slam and locks in a Crippler Crossface and then Fish kicks Conley in the face! They drag Reed into the ring and then Fish lifts Reed up in a Sidewalk Slam and Dreamer dives off the top with an Elbow Drop as well! Fish and Dreamer take turns beating on Reed in the face corner and then Fish connects with a Dropkick before knocking Konley off the apron. Reed rolls out as well and then Fish fakes a dive only to see Dreamer dive off the apron onto The Scene! Conley comes back and crotches Dreamer on the guardrail much to Tommy's dismay. One of the chicks hits Dreamer with the guardrail but then Fish chases her away. Back in the ring Reed covers Dreamer and gets a nearfall. The heels beat on Dreamer in the corner now and then whip him into the opposite corner. Konley puts the boots to Dreamer and then Catapults him into the bottom rope throat first. Reed tags back in and the heels hit a Double Elbow Drop on Dreamer. Reed hits a Brainbuster on Dreamer for a nearfall. The heels continue the beat down on Dreamer as a "stupid hair cut" chant starts aimed at Reed. Conley charges at Dreamer in the corner only to eat a boot and then a Flatliner into the corner! Fish tags in and Reed tags in as well! Fish hits Reed with a nasty series of kicks and then does the same to Conley. Fish now with knee strikes to Reed and then a Cartwheel Back Elbow before locking in a Kneelock! Conley breaks it up but then Dreamer locks him in a Texas Cloverleaf! Larry Dallas gets on the apron and Dreamer drags him in but then one of the chicks jumps on Dreamers back! Dreamer grabs her but another one of the girls comes in and attempts to slap her. He grabs her as well and makes out with both of them and then Piledrives the first chick! A big "ECW" chant starts. Konley comes back in and nails Dreamer with a Backstabber but then Fish locks him in the Fish Hook out of nowhere! Konley taps!

Winners: Fish & Dreamer via submission (Fish Hook). Post match The Scene's chicks try to wake them up and Dreamer ends up slapping one of them on the ass. She gets offended but then jumps on him and makes out with him. Dreamer puts her over his knee and spanks her ass.

Sami Callihan (D.U.F.) vs. BxB Hulk

BxB Hulk has a much darker look. He spits a red liquid in the air like Gangrel back in the day. The stream goes out right as Hulk made his entrance and when it came back on Callihan hits a series of scoop slams onto the ropes on Hulk and then he slams Hulk's leg into the ring post. Callihan going after Hulk's leg to take away his kicks. Callihan spits on his hand and then starts chopping Hulk before hanging him up in the ropes. Callihan puts the boots to Hulk and then starts chopping at Hulk's knee. Callihan climbs up top and dives off with a stomp onto Hulk's knee. Hulk comes back with a back kick and then a Bicycle Kick on Callihan! Hulk stomps Callihan down in the corner and then stands on his head. Callihan spits at Hulk so Hulk hits a dropkick to the back of his head. Hulk hits a Arm & Legs Trapped T-Bone Suplex for a nearfall! Hulk then hits a series of elbows on Sami's elbow as we see a shot of Christina Von Errie standing in the entrance way. Hulk hits a series of round kicks and then a front kick to the face of Callihan. Callihan gets fired up so Hulk kicks him in the head again. Hulk hits him in the face a third time and then again. Callihan flips Hulk off but then eats a back kick followed by Backflip Kick. Callihan answers back with an Enziguri on a charging Hulk and then a DVD! Callihan hits the Shotgun Splash off the ropes on Hulk for a nearfall. Callihan hits a Roundhouse Kick and then a springboard Lariat on Hulk! Hulk falls out to the floor and Callihan follows with a Tope Suicida through the ropes! Callihan then hits a running chop that sends Hulk over the guardrail into the front row. Callihan goes to grab Hulk over the guardrail but eats a Roundhouse Kick from Hulk. Hulk rolls Callihan into the ring and then hits a Springboard Spinning Heel Kick! 1...2...NO Callihan kicks out! Hulk puts Callihan up on the top rope and climbs up with him but Callihan headbutts him repeatedly and then goes for a Sunset Bomb, but Hulk blocks it! Callihan then Superkicks Hulk's knee causing Hulk to crash to the mat! Callihan blows a kiss to Christina and then locks in the Half Crab! Hulk gets to the ropes and then Callihan goes for a Brainbuster but Hulk blocks it. He goes for it again but Hulk blocks it but then his leg buckles and Callihan hits the ropes only to eat Mouse from Hulk! Hulk sweeps his legs and then hits a round kick followed by a Standing Moonsault! 1...2...NO Callihan kicks out! Hulk goes for a springboard move but his leg gives out and Hulk crashes to the mat. Callihan climbs up top and hits a Splash onto Hulk's knee and then locks in the Stretch Muffler! Hulk counters into a rollup! 1...2...NO Callihan kicks out and then eats a kick from Hulk! Hulk goes for Flash but Callihan kicks his knee and then sets up for Stretch Muffler again! Christina gets up on the apron and spits something into Callihan's face! Hulk hits a suplex and then First Flash! 1...2...3!

Winner: Hulk via pinfall (First Flash). After the match Christina raises Hulk's arm revealing she's the new member of Mad Blankey. Callihan says he shouldn't have ever trusted a woman because D.U.F. (Dirty Ugly F*cks) don't trust women. Callihan says what happened with Hulk and that "slut" is past him but what he really cares about is tomorrow and his Street Fight with Sabu at Mercury Rising '12. He says that's all he can think about and tomorrow he will end Sabu's career. He calls Sabu an "extreme loser" and old but then the lights go out! They come back on and Sabu attacks Callihan! Sabu locks in the Camel Clutch but Arik Cannon runs out and blasts Sabu! Pinkie Sanchez out as well and the D.U.F. beat on him until Jon Davis & AR Fox run out to even things up! The brawl is on now. Sabu hits a clothesline on Cannon in the ring and then locks in a Camel Clutch! The announcer announces the Street Fight between Pinkie Sanchez & Arik Cannon against Sabu & on Davis is on now!

Next was a Street Fight between Sabu & Jon Davis vs. Arik Cannon & Pinkie Sanchez

Davis Press Slams Pinkie onto the apron! Davis hits a Snapmare Takeover using his shirt to choke Pinkie as Sabu and Cannon fight on the floor. Davis chops the hell out of Pinkie and then goes for a Buckle Bomb but Pinkie blocks it and then dropkicks Davis' knee. Pinkie hits a sliding dropkick but then eats a Leg Lariat from Davis! Sabu and Cannon back in the ring and Sabu stabs Cannon with a spike repeatedly! Cannon is busted open now. Sabu sets up a chair and then stabs Cannon again before diving off the chair with Air Sabu in the corner! Sabu actually throws the spike into the crowd and then dives off the chair for Air Sabu again, but Cannon catches him in midair and hits Total Anarchy!
