Caps on!!!

I don't know what it is, but I'll sometimes put something in all caps and it won't appear so. Awhile back I thought it only did it if I caps locked and would be fine if I just used the Shift button, but it just did it it to me in another thread.

WHAT GIVES?

Edit edit: Well, now both shift and caps lock worked. So really. What gives?

It only does that if your whole post is in all caps. I wrote this in all caps and i bet it won't come out in all caps

EDIT: something written in small caps is a way around it, if you absolutely, positively have to have your post in all caps... but remember netiquette!

It's the programming of the Forum. When setting up a forum, the installer has an option that eliminates "All Caps" as a way to eliminate "shouting".
