Well. Basically the Main Event Mafia were supposed to be 'they' but of course that couldnt happen. So they had to come up with a different plan and they decided on fortune to be revealed as they. So now immortal are the heels and fortune are the faces.

The whole Immortal/Fourtune crew came down to issue a beat down on Mr Anderson.... Hardy's, Terry, those 2 security people who i cant remeber there names were taking it in turns to smash Anderson then AJ went to do it and help up the Fourtune hand thingy and AJ, BeerMoney and Kaz cleared the ring leaving AJ to styles clash Jeff Hardy. this left the Immortal guys in the ramp with Fourtune and also Steiner, Crimson and Angle coming to the ring..... AJ cutting the most epic Promo/Shoot on Bischoff, my fave bit calling Bish a "stupid Bastard" and there we have it..... quick explanation!

Fortune being "They" is even better that the Main Event Mafia! Now, AJ Styles can stop taking a back seat to former WWE Stars like RVD, Jeff Hardy and Mr. Anderson. Plus, it's about time Beer Money became faces. I see these guys as the "Stone Cold Steve Austin" of tag teams. After their epic and soon-to-be-stuff-of-legend matches with Motor City Machine Guns, fans cheer for them anyway. These guys act like heels anyway, but I see them as two bad-ass "anti-heros" if you will, of TNA. As for Kaz, I've always liked him. He always puts on great X-Division matches, and I think he can get over with fans no problem.

The good thing is, is that Sting - as I just read on this webside - is in talks to return to TNA. If he does, the possibility of the Main Event Mafia reforming is NOT out of the cards yet. TNA signed Scott Steiner back (which I think they may have regreted since they hired him when they really thought the MEM was going to be "They"), and he is now re-aligned himself with Kurt Angle. If Sting comes back to TNA, Angle, Steiner and Sting (along with Crimson, I guess...although, personally, I don't like his character involved in this storyline) could be the Main Event Mafia, and allies of Fourtune!

Although, I do believe Ric Flair will return and turn babyface by staying with Fourtune!

Hell, a possible Fourtune/Main Event Mafia alliance could work, couldn't it?

The First They were Immortal, which consists of Jarret, Hardy, Abyss, Bishoff and Hogan. And this only makes sense if you ignore the fact Hardy and Abyss were the #1 and #2 contenders when they had the World Championship listings, that they didn't help Hardy make it to the finals, that Bishoff helped Angle more then Hardy, and that Sting and Nash, despite knowing it was going to happen, never told anyone.

The Second They were Fortune, and that only makes sense if you ignore the fact they were with Immortal for Five months, that they were part of the numerous beat downs on the various anti-Immortal people, that Angle and Steiner beat them last week, that Morgan left the group before this reveal, that the remaining Fortune Members beat up Morgan for leaving them after he did that, and the fact this should of been done the night after Immortal was revealed instead of five months later!
