I know Capitol Punishment is up next, but MITB is my favourite match so I was just wondering what people think will happen in the actual ladder matches. If they have 8 competitors for each brand who do you think they will be and who will win? My predictions are:

Raw: The Miz, Alberto Del Rio (Winner), CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, Big Show, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, and Kofi Kingston
Smackdown: Sheamus, Mark Henry, Ezekiel Jackson, Wade Barrett, Cody Rhodes (Winner), Daniel Bryan, Sin Cara, and a returning Chris Jericho

I also wouldn't mind seeing a MITB match for the tag titles to hep the tag division. This could have Ryder and Hawkins, Kozlov and Santino, Gabriel and Slater, and The Usos. A divas ladder match would be cool too, but that will never happen.

Thoughts?

For me I would do the following:

Raw: Ziggler, Bourne, Del Rio, Swagger, Kingston, Ryder, Riley and Morrison.

Winner: Ziggler or Del Rio

Smackdown: Kidd, Bryan, Gabriel, DiBiase, Rhodes, Christian, Sin Cara and Barrett

Winner: Christian or Rhodes.

I like the tag team ladder match idea. It could be the slingshot needed to make the tag team division relevant again.

Raw is essentially a wild card; Ziggler could have his push renewed on Raw by winning, which WWE has done before in these kind of situations, as well as the factor that CM Punk could just as easily become a three time Money in the Bank winner as his utilization in the company in the company is being questioned, and a way to keep him happy. Also look for Rey Mysterio in the match as well as Kingston to keep it high flying and entertaining, as is the tradition. Alot of RAW midcarders are on the verge of Main Event status and could be tipped over with a win in this MiTB. Keep an eye on this match.

Now Smackdown is much more easier. Considering that WWE is exploring more options for the Christian Orton fued, I expect Christian to be told no to a title match by Teddy or someone of authority over at SD and to find a way into and to win this match, Although this is just a theory. Now that is not to say that Rhodes doesn't have a decent chance as well. Creative has to have taken notice of his above average skill working with his sub par gimmick, so I wouldn't dismiss him from contention either.

Whatever the result is, I actually think both are going to be entertaining matches as usually, especially the Raw one.

I know it would never be done, but I liked the idea of a Diva's ladder match. It would totally suck but without the ladder it would suck even more.
