Well that was Smackdown Vs. Raw and that was the 1 they changed to right stick grapples and I couldn't do it. Really glad its old school controls.

I really quite like this roster. As someone said, Kevin Fuckin' Nash! Also LOD and Demolition together is pretty cool. I wonder if they'll have a non-botch, slightly plumper Sin Cara DLC! Seriously though, I'm currently re-addicted to last years game. I love it, but it has some big problems. First, the road to wrestlemanias were kind of weak, apart from time travelling Edge and Christian! The WWE universe was a great idea, but kind of repetitive, and the whole title scheme in that didn't work as well as it could have. Also, stretching a bit, but I'd like an improved create a finisher, as I've never really been able to make a finisher that doesnt already exist.
As long as the CAW section is at least as good as last years, and the controls are like the good old Smackdown games, then I'll be happy. Heck, I know Im buying this game regardless of whether its any good. I'd also like to see how long it takes before the first sting CAW ends up online.

I made the mistake of creating a Superstar in SVR2006 and couldnt defeat him, he was the tallest and heaviest. I made him win the IC and Cruiserweight title and couldnt beat him lmao. Did the same with the Womens Championship but beat her with Lita :D

It's because there are more categories that determine how high their overall is. Also, there was a curve applied to give them a higher rating. For example: Wade Barrett had an overall of 90 last year but he had 80's for all areas except for one. Anyone knows that has to have a curve applied. I just wish Maryse wasn't so low.

I honestly didnt play this years storyline wasnt a fan all i played was Dolph Zigglers i had no interest in the others.

Yeah I liked the Nexus DLC and Taker American Badass DLC. It would be cool, but I doubt it would happen, if they updated all year instead of just the first few months after.

I was a massive achievement whore when I got svr11, so once the 1000 points were gained in as short amount of time as possible, I was done with it. This was at the time I was just starting to get back into wrestling again though, so now when wwe12 drops, I will be treating it like FIFA, and making it last me a year. Definately!! :cool:

Probably not, sinc the changed the entrance for Punk probably The Nexus might not be there even as a group or had only Otunga, McGullicuty, Ryan and Husky but with out Punk. The Core disbanded before the Nexus (which didn't disbanded in reality) so probably won't be there either.

I for one want to get the obvious one's out of the way:

Del Rio Vs Guerrero: I think this would be a lot of fun. I grew up a huge fan of Guerrero through his tenure in WCW and I've liked Del Rio till now. I think if these two were to have ever tied up; it would have been something special considering they both have deep lineage in luchara.

Austin vs Punk: This would probably be my favorite of the dream matches. I grew up a huge fan of Austin's and I started to follow punk in 05 while I was still in high school. This was also a pick in the fantasy warfare on WWE All-Stars.
Punk's resurgence and total break out this summer has shown exactly why people dubbed him "king of the indies" and now "The Best in the World". He really is at the top of his game and can go down as one of the best talkers in history.
Austin's career was what people could only dream of. Who else in the 90's could you think of that was that big of a game changer? The man had very few peers in his prime. You could count them all on one hand. The man personified the "IDGAF" Lifestyle. I could probably play this match over and over.

Vader vs Cena:
Why? Because it's Vader time.
I think this would actually be pretty cool match up.
Disregard everything about the two and just strip it down to in ring action.
I'd really like to play as Vader taking on Cena.
But to be honest; I would have preferred Bam Bam Bigelo and if they could have gotten him in Taz.

I think its a safe buy alot of the annual games have made some drastic improvements this year. And with this roster of legends that are different from most years it looks worth a buy.

Although i would love to see more Legends that havent been in games and atleast 2 more Legendary tag teams.

Hopefully no Jimmy Snuka or Jake Roberts or Terry Funk they have been in WAY to many over the recent years.

Looking at the list now. 13/49 are secret. None of the ones listed are Road to Wrestlemania.
So I think it's safe to asume that a few of them will be RTWM based. I really hope none of them are online though.

CM Punk is another one, I don't think they ever had one based around Punk, and now that he's one of the biggest things out there, he'd be a good one. From the looks of teh comments I've seen in the WWE 12 thread everyone is really excited to see him back in the game but I started wondering about his character. You can see him doing some suplexs and the f5 but do you think they'll give his more of a brawler style to fit his ufc career or are they just gonna rehash the character from here comes the pain?

For those of you who haven't seen it yet that is the WWE 12 trailer for Brock Lesnar. From the looks of teh comments I've seen in the WWE 12 thread everyone is really excited to see him back in the game but I started wondering about his character. You can see him doing some suplexs and the f5 but do you think they'll give his more of a brawler style to fit his ufc career or are they just gonna rehash the character from here comes the pain?
I read somewhere that Dana White has given his approval for a "WWE Brock" which would indicate rehash of Moves and attire. Only his tattoos are going to be different i'd assume. You can't really compare a UFC fighter's style to WWE anyways - he will probably just have more punches/kicks/beat down moves.

I hate the fact that it is damn near impossible to slam someone through the announce table and make it look believable in the new games. But I love the fact that they showed it in his video.

For some reason, I miss GM Mode. I would like to see GM Mode replace WWE Universe Mode but I doubt it would happen.

I wish I could turn Universe Mode off in '11. I'm tired of being jumped from behind by faces. I really hate how my tag partner is always trying to turn heel on me, we are both heels so I become defacto face and my awesome team gets deleted.

To me, WWE Universe Mode is pointless. Its pretty much based on the current randomness of the matches you play and is exactly similar to WWE Story Designer Mode but the only difference is you are not control of how the feuds or WWE Title matches occur. It would be cool to bring back GM Mode and replace WWE Universe Mode. Although GM Mode was as annoying as WWE Universe Mode, it was still fun to play since you your actually running the shows and competing with the other WWE brands.

The thing I disliked about Universe mode was that you spent time making a tag team, The Corre for example, you put the name, picked the members, did the entrance etc. Then all of a sudden theyre disbanded, you have to make the group again and the tag champs are JTG and Luke Gallows??

I hated trying to push someone. Beating the living crap out of someone like Triple H with Morrison (or someone like that, can't remember exactly who) for him to move down 3 places because Sheamus and Barrett lost a tag team match vs Primo and JTG.

I miss General Manager mode from SVR 2007. I did actually enjoy that :)
