A good youth system does make a difference, Manchester United didn't buy all their talent. A good youth system and good scouting can be essential for a club. If Ajax played in the premier league we wouldn't lose all our talent to big clubs in big competitions.

Yeah, on one hand we've missed out on one of the hottest young prospects going right now, but I'm glad that we've held on to £30+ million pounds. Didn't Eriksen play for Odense before joining Ajax? I'm sure he did.

Also really didn't expect us too get Moura, was always very skeptical of the price, just hope this ain't another one we regret missing out on.. I hope we have a backup plan, someone like Eriksen would do well.

No of course not he isn't as good as Janssen. and he's 32 years old:p he goes back to Vitesse because he's born in Arnhem and played for Vitesse for like 10 years. And because he talked with our manager he he hadn't a guaranteed spot in our midfield (Because we De Jong is our captain now so he has a spot, Anita is an excellent defensive midfielder so he has his spot, and Eriksen is a good talent so he always plays)

I wouldn't like to send Hernandez on loan. If we were to send Welbeck on loan, then I'd want it to be to a Premier League club. So Welbeck can get MORE confidence. Same for Hernandez as well, but he's too good to be put on loan.
