Looks like they did it because at Labor Day Weekend their ratings would be low that Friday. Sounds like a good move, don't see why they don't just air it live on Tuesdays. I'm probably missing a detail to that reason though.

the only reason I can think of is that they want to space it out. I'd prefer it be live on Tuesday though anyway

its more expesive to do a show live then taped and with them having raw live everyweek its not cost effective
