The WWE is burning through everything. THe Rock vs Cena will be the only match on the Mania card.

this does feel quite rushed. I can't help but think this isn't as cut and dry as it seems( I know a swerve in a wrestling show, whoda thunk it) I was actually looking forward to Nash vs Punk. Would have been nice to see Nash put a guy over for a change.

Nash will still be involved somehow, whether it be a triple threat match, or whatever but he will be a part of it.

A Wise man (Shawn Michaels) once said, if it says it on the internet, it's gotta be true
Definitely too soon. This is one of those feuds that could easily go on for about a year and it'll probably be over and done with by Survivor Series. Way to go, WWE, *slow clap*

Nash injured himself again in that, lil' 1 minute, run-in on Punk. So they had to completely change it in the same fucking night. LOLIPOPS

Unless Nash is Injured, see no reason why they did this so quick, it's WAY to rushed IMO. I mean WTF was all this Nash vs Punk build up for just to do this, Nash just signed a contract (supposedly in the angle anyway) and what Triple H is just gonna let him sit his ass around and bitch about how he wants to fight CM Punk forever while he fights him instead?
This was a perfect match for Survivor Series, but no they have instead made and promoted another match all night only to have it changed randomly in the back less then a minute before the show goes off the air? WTF is that?
I actually like the idea of this angle more then I think many others do, but it should start with CM Punk beating Nash, then feuding with HHH then winning the WWE title in a feud with either Cena or ADR then Feuding with Jericho leading into and through WM28.
Instead the execution of this angle has been horribly sloppy and rushed like crazy! I really hope they can get this storyline back on track cause right now it's a mess.

Let's look at this storyline wise. Why would Triple H cancel the Punk v. Nash match? Obviously, kayfabe, there is some sort of agenda. Did Stephanie make him? Is Vince living vicariously through her? Or is Triple H keeping a whole lot more from us than what meets the eye? I think this is great and doesn't kill the story at all. If anything, it just adds a new layer to it.

Rushed or not, they are really trying to make this event attractive and with this so early on the storyline, you can expect even more things about lying ahead.
Like Spear-O-Matic, it just add a new layer to it and it also gives a really nice match to look for at Night of Champions.
@Spear-O-Matic: That sign of yours is really cool and funny man.

I have not given up on this angle yet, but they better have a damn good reason for the last second match change. This whole angle is starting to have an "Anonymous Raw GM" angle feel where we keep getting more questions and never any real answers, and that it the most annoying type of angle IMO cause in the end it means nothing.

Don't have much of choice do we? I'm really trying to remain optimistic about this one. Taken in the right direction this could a storyline for the ages.

I know right? It's like i want to love this angle but it's being played out so sloppy that I can't, but if they can just get it back on track it could be amazing.
This angle is like a QB throwing a deep ball to a wide open receiver in football, you stand up ready to cheer, then the receiver bobbles the catch and you are wait to see what happens, if he catches the ball it will be awesome, but if he drops it it sucks. Don't drop the ball WWE, don't freaking drop it!

Would it be insane of me to predict a triple threat for NOC between Punk, Nash, and HHH?

They aren't rushing anything. It's going to lead to bigger and better, there's gotta be some sort of swerve in this whole picture. We still don't know exactly what Stephanie is involved in and Jericho hates her too so that would be cool if he comes along. People were praising Nash's mic skills before this thing even started too and I just don't see it in his recent promos. It's just really confusing what they will do with Nash now.

I like how they announced the Punk vs Triple H match while Cena's music was playing and you could barely hear what the fuck they were saying. And it got no reaction from the live crowd because they probably didn't even notice it or it wasn't even shown on the Tron. Sorta buried the lead on that one WWE.

You know think that this match is going to set something up. I mean obviously WWE is planning something big...so I expect this story line to continue. So I hope.

Does anyone else think part of the problem with CM Punk's momentum at the moment is he isn't being violent enough? The reason Austin was so popular was because (I only bring him up because Austin has been mentioned a lot in regards to Punk's current push) he said whatever and kicked whoever's ass that was in his way. Sneak attacks, chair shots, SOMETHING at this point would help Punk be more respected by the DEAD crowds that still seem on the fence about the guy. Yes, he was MEGA OVER in Chicago against Cena but that was when he had steam. It's running out by the week. Make Punk a hybrid of the "voice of the voiceless" and a badass.

I would like to know how this is being rushed, this has been built up for over a month now, and now with the brand extension being erased for 'the forseeable future' which means at bare minimum, past Night of Champions, that gives Punk/Nash/HHH FIVE more broadcasts to keep building this around, before today, That was 5 weeks, or a full cycle between ppv's. so when Night of Champions actually happens, they will have spent close to a dozen episodes building up this feud

I think this is a good idea CM punk vs HHH im just hoping for HHH to win. Maybe it was just be but that promo punk did was kind of annoying and childish i wasn't really into it. But anyways hopefully @NOC wwe dont drop the ball by letting punk win cause punk winning will be pointless when they can have him lose in a much bigger way which could keep the feud with cm punk & hhh/nash/steph going
Ok now every1 knows that cm punk vs HHH will be at NOC and kevin nash will interfere helping hhh win right? Or so they want you to believe, Honestly nash will interfere but it will be to help cm punk! and hey it might not happen at NOC but i think it will either way i honestly think HHH will be the face and punk and nash will be the heels. What do you guy's think about this idea? Remember you heard it here first!

Well it's an idea, but I think the writing's on the wall. WWE have managed to turn Punk back face after a pretty heating heel run, so I don't see why they'd back-track on that. Punk's very over with the fans, so I think what we're seeing is what we got.

It crossed my mind that why have punk turn heel again but then again HHH is supposed to be face and punk kinda trash's on him so he is more of a tweener just the most of the crowd chants his name lol and also why would punk LOSE the WWE championship on purpose but im sure if it happened they would have a good reason lol. Just my opinion, not to high on it myself but i could see this happening, b/c the way they have been talking about HHH in on it, kinda makes me lead to they going to go a whole different direction than what they want you to believe.

Well it's an interesting idea for sure, and it certainly would be unpredictable for fans.

Also the money it could create with this, i mean you build punk all high and mighty and then have him turn heel, it would almost be like turning cena heel at this point, with as much support punk has

unfortunately imo I am sure its a lonely one, but this match doesn't need a "suprise interference or ending" the match its epic on its own and should be able sell and produce without the got your nose type whats next stuff
again just my opinion

yea but their needs to be interference or a controversial ending so it can keep going. if punk or hhh wins clean then idk how u could go on and this needs to be dragged out for a while b/c it could be epic and could lead up to Wrestlemania i doubt it will go that long but it possibly could... and like i said don't be surprised when nash help's punk win

They were always building up to this because Punk kept pushing the whole "you're not going to do anything because you've got to ask your wife." Nash then accused HHH of bottling it and he was always going to lace up the boots 'one more time.' I stupidly turned off after the Nash announcement because I didn't want to see Cena and fucking Sheamus becuase I presumed Del Rio would rock up in his plastic car. I thought it might come in the form of a beatdown but we could have a random scenario which results in a Nash/HHH fued. You can picture Nash running (well staggering) down and nailing Punk as the ref gets knocked out. Only for Punk to duck and he cracks HHH over the skull and Punk gets the win. This could then lead to Nash alligning himself with Punk (massive twist) or a ploy to fox Punk all along.

Yeah and this, in reality had to give about this time, I mean how many shows can HHH, King of Kings, The Cerebral assassin, tolerates so many insults and not fight back, I mena, he was semi-retired but he still is a man, something had to give sooner or later and if he held until Survivor Series it would have gotten old and he would have looked like a push over.
Personally I don't thing it will have aclear finish, since ti seems the feud will last a few months.

Nobody knows how this is going to play out. Is that not good enough? Isn't that what the fans wanted, unpredictability? How on earth is it being rushed as well? This storyline has been going on for about two months and its getting even more twisted and unpredictable!

It's not been going on that long. I can see why people are thrown anyway. I was at first, but it was more of the way WWE decided to do it. Announcing Nash vs Punk, and then seemingly changing their minds at the end of the show. I'm interested to see how they're going to explain it all. If they even do. As far as I'm concerned, it needs to happen, to clear up what's become a pretty muddled storyline. But everyone knows the WWE - they're not exactly the best at continuity. Either way, it won't end at NOC. Nash needs to be involved, otherwise his whole return was completely pointless.

Personally i really don't care. The things have been going on really nice since after Over The limit with the storyline of Punk leaving, They have had 2 very nice PPV back to back and NOC maybe will be another, if this is needed for it to happen, then kudos to the WWE.
They are doing a good job there and we don't know what is going to happen there so, just wait for it, it will be nice.
