Not really. True this is a wrestling forum but chat room is nearly always dead excluding PPVs and Raw/Smackdown shows are on. I'm sure people wouldn't mind, besides people talk about sports in chat sometimes anyway.

Also there are a great vast amount of discussed sports, teams and events every day, i've had some great discussions in it.

That's saying something too when McFadden is twice as good as somebody, because he's not that good either. Even Ike Taylor is only decent. I mean he's not bad, but I don't think he's a number one corner in this league. I've said for years that the only two weak spots on your team are the O-line and the secondary in pass coverage. If you guys ever get those positions straightened out, you'll be the best team in the game by far. But right now though, you guys can be beaten, and I think those positions are exactly why.

Oh and don't get me wrong, The Raven's aren't without their problems either. They have secondary issues, and the one guy who we hoped could solve them hasn't even played this year.

Plus our O-line is inconsistant and so is our WR's and play-calling. If we can be aggressive with the play-calling and have good
o-line play, I don't honestly think there is a team that's legit better than us.

I honstly think Ike taylor is elite he is a very good lockdown corner he might not be able to catch worth shit but he still is good with coverage which is what a corner is assigned to do. and yes our O line is just terrible it really makes me sick inside watching our o line play (other than Pouncey) and our secondary is almost as bad and with out troy it would likely be worse but our overall defense a lot of the time makes up for it

Hmmm...I don't know about all that. Regarding McFadden that is, not the other stuff.

McFadden is no more than a nickle corner imo, and not a very good one at that. At a certain point you just can't blame it all on injury. I mean, I'm not blaming Dominque Foxworth's bad play on his bum knee, he's just not a very good player. I know the whole Steeler Nation is high on Ike Taylor, but legitimately, he's a number two. I've seen him get beat regularly by team'stop WRs, and I just think he's better suited to guard the team's number 2 guy.

The Steelers need an Asante Samuel type of player who can make plays in the secondary other than Troy. You need a number one so teams like the Pats, Packers, and Saints don't throw the ball up and down the field on you guys on a consistent basis. That way Ike can guard the number 2 guy, Mcfadden can guard the slot guy, and Gay can guard the Gatorade while he's sitting on the bench. You do that and you're D will be something that teams fear again.

It actually wasn't a heartbreaker. I mean it was a tough loss, but the rest of our schedule is pretty easy, up until we play the Ravens and Patriots back to back. I think we're going to split those two games, and as much as I hate loosing to the Patriots, I'd much rather have the Steelers win the one against your Ravens. Steelers need to win that game.

But I wasn't really that torn apart with today's loss...I mean I was emotionally distraught after the opening day game's loss, but this one not so much. Not sure why...I'm just not feeling like being depressed about it. Hopefully the O-line can get their shit together, and start easing through the rest of the schedule. The way I see it, we have a 13-3 record this year...12-4 possibly after yesterday's loss, but we should come out pretty good, especially if we can beat the Ravens come November.

Then again, there's always those easy teams that find a way to catch us off guard, hopefully we don't let that happen.

I've seen some potential in McGee but not better than Romo what about Kitna he did good last year why not him?
