2012 was a very good year of wrestling, and it all comes to an end next month with a slew of events. Events no one care about (I'm looking at you WWE), events people are indifferent about (Sorry TNA) and events people are truly buzzing about (ROH, Chikara, Extreme Rising). The Chikara card for "Under the Hood" looks pretty awesome and will be ending their year with a bang. Extreme Rising ...

These will be in no particular order but TNA has certainly let people walk or fired people who should have been kept. The argument can be made for beyond 5 guys, but we'll keep the list simple.

1. Christian (or Christian Cage): If this list were in order, he would be at the top of the list. WWE held Christian back and once he made his way to TNA, he became a bigger star than WWE could ...

5. Michael Elgin: After posting a very strong 2011, Elgin seems destined to really break out in 2012. The 245 pound, strong, agile, monster won the Survival of the Fittest tournament in 2011, guaranteeing himself a World Title shot sometime this year. I'd be surprised if he gets the World Title this year, but I could certainly see him winning the TV title this year.
