It's probably someone totally unassuming, It could be Todd Grisham for all we know, just waiting for their chance to put whatever idea they have in motion. @VKM I think it will happen within your lifetime - unless you have some kind of terminal disease, in which case, sorry to hear that bro you seen like a really cool guy. Jk, but I think it will happen sooner than you think, probably not tomorrow or even next year but I don't think its a stretch to believe that within five to ten years. It probably wont be a McMahon or a Levesque tho, I think that well may be dry. They may still be the people to run the company but not the visionary's the industry needs.
It's likley in the future, and somebody already in our eyes.
You make great points. I wonder who it will be. The way the sports entertainment industry is going, I won't be alive to see who it is that will revolutionize the biz
I really enjoyed this post. I was a great way to explain the expansion of the business and the award in between stages that happen with what I guess would be best described as generational gaps. Our generation of fans have had our run and I guess the business is just gearing up for the next pop culture explosion. It still sucks though that we have to have this boring period of what I guess you hinted at as re-growth. O and by the way. Matt Hardy and other lesser names are leaving but they are just joining TNA. The cancer is not yet cured lol.

I totally agree, Y2J will be back after his tour with Fozzy, but that actually does mean that he won't be back until after Mania, so he'll miss the Rumble. I think he'll be back as a face, or at least I'm hoping he will be!! He's amazing as a face and heel, but he's been heel for a while now, and i think he needs another face run before he's done with wrestling.
Thanks for the comments, I also think that the WWE is in a transitional phase and believe that if given enough time they will return to the type of programming we grew up with. When you essentially press the reset button on a product it will take time for the fans to accept it, but its something I believe should be done. I spent a few minutes today watching old promo's on youtube and sighed because I miss those intense rivalry's, but I keep faith that one day soon we'll have that again.
Great post, i agree with cubco, am i the only one who thinks its a great thing that HHH and HBK are not on tv anymore? dont get me wrong they were great and are very good at what they do But i was getting sick of watching HHH come out n putting younger talents down For the first time in a few years im actually enjoying RAW, it coming out with something new and refreshing, I'm glad VKM has finally realized that its time to bring about new stars. I see guy like the Miz/ Barret/ Morrison getting a great push My money is on the Mis, this guy is gonna be huge if he's used the way he is right now
