You sound like an angry John Cena fan. It was hard to take your crappy writing skills serious but looking past all that, still thought it was a terrible blog. Yes it had it's points but blah. You say Punk's promos would have been overlooked. Well Austin's entire character probably would have never been born in this age. (Don't get me wrong I love Austin.) Then you pick on his lack of 5 star matches. With who? Who's the Randy Savage, Bret Hart, Austin, in this era? He had some fantastic matches with Orton. But who else has creative put him with to have these legendary matches? And I personally liked his coughing segment, can we relive the 'What' era... That was horrible. For what he's done with what surrounds him, he is comparable. The people you suggest, had the who puzzle, all the pieces, Punk is working with nothing.

How is he a better technical wrestler then Stone Cold? There are a lot of Stone Cold matches where he out-wrestles the best technical wrestlers in the business. Hes even out-wrestled Chris Benoit on a match on Raw and CM Punk is nowhere near Chris Benoit in terms of being a better technical wrestler. stone Cold has had plenty more classic matches then CM Punk.

I do agree that CM Punk is more exciting then Bret Hart.

I am a massive punk fan but to say some of the things that you said in this blog are ridiculous. Nobody is saying he,s better than austin, just that in this current era he is as good because nobody can cut a decent promo and he can and is the guy who stands up to his boss. Much like austin did with mcmahon. Punk is a great wrestler and the future of the company. And i totally agree with mrbluto. Tell me a wrestler who hasnt stole a move from another guy. Crossface....hhh!

His face character makes no sense, he claims he wants change, yet the burial Triple H gave him on a promo where H stated that Punk only came back for more money, and pointed out that he is paid well, and gets to use his Living Colour theme, actually made Triple H sound like he was completely right.; this only would have worked if Punk was heel.. the thing with punk is that he has been the iwc's flavour of the month for about 3 or 4 years now. whatever his difficulties of getting truly over in the real world there have been, he has been getting mega over almost unanimously on the internet that his real abilities have been amplified so so much. In short, he has been over in a fantasy land kind of way for about 4 years. i have liked him, but people have been calling him god for about 4 years???

i like punk, i wouldn't call him a poor man's stone cold as he has simply been the most noteworthy thing in wrestling this year (like it or not) but at the same time i completely have to say that all the people that say he is the superior to hart , michaels and austin need to understand what I mieant from the paragraph above.
