It's been a while since I felt this excited to be a wrestling fan. Lots of things are going on, particularly in the WWE. We got a white hot CM Punk dishing out compelling TV moments and freshening up the main event scene. Since Punk made that shoot promo on RAW Roulette in June, a wave just seemed to take over the product as a whole. We've gotten breakout heel performances from R-Truth as the stereotypical

SummerSlam is billed as the biggest party of the summer, and last night that is exactly what the WWE gave us. For a PPV that I was skeptical about due to the fact that only four matches were announced by the end of Monday Night Raw last week, I walked away very impressed. We the fans got treated to three big returns (one really big one) and three title changes. Let's take a look at why I'm on the
May I just say first of all I am not a TNA hater. I watch TNA and from the period 2005-early 2011 I prefered TNA over WWE. I am a firm believer that TNA succeeding will benefit the overall business of wrestling. I also understand that having Hulk Hogan and RVD in TNA no doubt increases the profile of TNA. However after watching the last two weeks, all I can say is ugh.
TNA is being

Believe it or not, I didn't know who the Intercontinental Champion was until
In a little more than forty eight hours the biggest party of the summer is set to kick off. SummerSlam comes to us live from The Staples Center in Los Angeles. Yet will it really the biggest party of the summer? While Raw ratings continue to disappoint from a business standpoint, there has to be some concern over how successful SummerSlam will be. I myself am intrigued enough from the Cena/Punk

This is my subjective ranking, thus there is no right or wrong answers. For each wrestler I'll explain why I would see them return, and outline a possible plothook for them. And lastly the likelihood of a return, ranket from * ("No chance in hell") to ***** ("The stars are right")
I have not ranked any wrestlers where injuries or similar circumstances make it
OK then, first one of these...errm....yes....right. A lot of you may not know of this show and may have only just heard of the company from their USA branch but Dragon gate also likes to claim that they have a UK branch, which mean that every now and then, they remember when they visited that dreary bankarupt rock next to Europe and it actually went quite well, so they wander over for a couple of
This is possible going to be my shortest blog, but also my simplest. To say this in the most simplest of ways, "give them a taste, and keep them wanting more".
Let me explain, I'm relatively new to the IWC, but in my short time, I have seen a lot of HATE about what the WWE is currently doing. Now I'm a long time supporter and avid watcher of wrestling mainly the WWE, but I
First blog so bare with me, It has really depressed me in the past few years of the amount of talent that has been leaving, wether it be fired or quit, first hear is a list of every person to wrestle in a PPV match since WM 25, that has either left the WWE or is no longer part of the active roster, who were also part of the full time active roster during appearance, (ie. Not Jerry Lawler, Ricky Steamboat...)
Hello again. This next blog is all about a man who I think should be inducted into next years hall of fame.
Look, he wasn't exactly graceful in the ring and cut a pretty awful promo. He relied on strong heel managers and gifted tag team partners to carry him through sometimes, and people may regard him as a bit of a freak show. But that said, he did make a HUGE impression in the WWF
