After my abysmal performance predicting Summerslam, I'm hoping to do better at NOC. The format: I will list the matches, in no particular order, and give what I think the result will be, and what I think the WWE bookers will do. I will explain my reasoning for both. Respond with your own opinions, agree or disagree, say something.

Pre-Show and Singles Match
Battle Royal for #1 Contendership For the United States Title and Singles Match for The United States Championship
Participants TBA and Antonio Cesaro vs Winner
WWE and My Winner: Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro

I feel that WWE has no reason to take the title from Cesaro. He hasn't had anything notable so far in his reign, and quite frankly, a medium to long run for Cesaro will be good for both Cesaro and the WWE. It will give the title more prestige and it will help push Cesaro up to upper mid card (main event?) The winner of the battle royal doesn't exactly matter, but I would like to see Tyson Kidd win it. I think Kidd needs a boost, and while I don't think it's his time just yet, I think he can be something very special in the WWE. If he and WWE play their cards right, we could be looking at the next Daniel Bryan. Neutralizer and win for Cesaro

Sheamus Vs Alberto Del Rio
Singles Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
WWE Winner: Alberto Del Rio
My Winner: Sheamus

My pick is purely out of spite. I just cannot stand Alberto Del Rio. I've tried, for over a year, and i cannot do it. And I know that as much as ii don't want it to happen, it will. WWE has given ADR about five chances, so he will win. Sheamus brogues and gets the DQ or ricardo is "miraculously cured" of his neck injury and help out a struggling ADR. Joy

Kofi Kingston and R-Truth vs Kane and Daniel Bryan
Tag Team Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship
MY and WWE Winner: Kane and Daniel Bryan

ad-hoc teams have always done well in WWE. Matt Hardy and MVP, Miz and Morrison (pre-dirt sheet era), Miz and Cena, and Rhodes and Mcintyre are all good examples. I see the teamwork of two former main eventers being superior to that of a couple of mid-card stalwarts (where's Little Jimmy at?) K and DB get the victory, the titles, and will be dubbed team Schizo.

Randy Orton vs Dolph Ziggler
Singles Match
WWE Winner: Randy Orton
My Winner: Dolph Ziggler

As i've mentioned, I am a zigglite. However, I know better, and I know that Orton is too big for this one. It would be a good way to write out Orton for a while so he can film, but i see him leaving on a triumphant note, at least by WWE standards. sigh. An RKO, a win, and hopefully something of a heel turn for Orton.

The Miz vs Sin Cara vs Rey Mysterio vs Cody Rhodes
Fatal-Four-Way Match for the Intercontinental Championship
WWE and MY Winner: The Miz

I see, in the near future, a tag team of Rey and Cara, so I don't see either of them winning. And since Heels rarely give titles to other heels, I figured this choice, despite my many options, was somewhat obvious. I feel like the Miz needs this more than the other guys, and that Rhodes, coming off a rather lengthy and boring IC title reign, shouldn't get another one. I'd like to see a united REYCARA team beat a bickering K AND DB in the near future. Miz plays opportunist and gets the W

Layla vs Kaitlyn
Singles Match For the WWE Divas Championship
WWE and My Winner: Layla

Little to no build, little to no story, and little to no interest from anyone, especially me. I don't care about the divas division anymore. It's gone to hell since Mickie James and Michelle McCool left, and I don't see this match causing anything of intrigue. Lay-Out for the win and the lowest pop on record for a wwe event.

CM Punk vs John Cena
Singles Match for the WWE Championship
WWE Winner: John Cena
My Winner: CM Punk

Super Cena to the rescue, CHARGE! IT won't be a super cena night, but I don't see Punk leaving with the title. I'd like to, but i dont. The only rationale I would have to see Punk hold on is that one of the World Champions almost always retains, and since ADR is on chance 10, it seems more likely that Sheamus would lose. Nevertheless, I for whatever reason think WWE will skip protocol and give Cena the title. It's been a while since Cena has won a title, what with his involvement in other feuds. My best to Punk, who is starting to piss me off in his heel persona. He sounds to me like steve austin when he was in Mcmahon's pocket, always bitching about respect. AA for the win and NO NO NO chant from me.

That's all i got. Comment and do all the things that people do. Have fun. Be safe. Goodbye

Hello all, Edgor95 here. After being pleased with the responses (or the fact that there was one at all) from my last blog, Booking MITB, I thought I would try to do a consistent one about the Booking of all the PPVs.

The format is match, likely WWE pick, and what I would do, follow by an explanation of both. They are in no particular order, just from the list of official matches I've heard about.
Pre-Show: Santino Marella (c) vs Antonia Cesaro: United States Championship Match
WWE Winner: Santino Marella
My Winner: Antonio Cesaro

I don't really think this match is one that's going to get more people to tune into the pre-show. While I detest the idea that Santino is going to remain the champion, I think that WWE, with their emphasis on family entertainment (especially with the new TV show), will keep the title on one of the most loved characters by the WWE's younger audience. Most Likely, Santino will get owned, with varying spurts of offense here and there, pull out the Cobra (which is, to me, a terrible rehash of Mr. Socko), and you know the rest. Cesaro has only been around for four months, and while I feel that he's reasonably talented and could definitely be in the upper mid-card by December, I don't see the US title in his hands just yet.

Kane Vs Daniel Bryan: Standard Singles Match
WWE Winner: Kane
My Winner: Kane

Boy, has Daniel Bryan had a bad month. He was left at the alter, lost a plethora of matches, and now has to face the psychotic (isn't that what he's supposed to be nowadays) Kane at Summerslam. I don't see Mr. NO NO NO breaking out of his slump at this event. I feel bad for Daniel Bryan, but am I alone in thinking that there was no story behind this match? Was this an excuse for calling AJ crazy, or just something creative threw in? It bugs me, but whatever. Kane will win and the Yeses will be loud and plentiful.

R-Truth and Kofi Kingston vs the Prime Time Players (Titus O'Neil and Darren Young): Tag Team Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships
WWE Winner: PTP
My Winner: PTP

Here's a shock, but for once, I think WWE will listen to their fans and give the titles to an actual tag team. R Truth and Kofi, entertaining and fun for the little guys, are annoying me. Kofi, as has been stated in countless blogs and forum posts, desperately needs a gimmick change, and Little Jimmy is a terrible way of keeping R Truth's mental insanity gimmick relevant. Here's the worst part: Little Jimmy will, inevitably, become a factor in the match, and hopefully betray his erstwhile companion Truth and give the WWE and excuse to revitalize the tag team division. Maybe the days of old, When RVD and Kane, Los Guerreros, Edge and Rey, Booker and Goldust, and Evolution have passed, but that doesn't mean the tag team division had to go to hell. Maybe this win by PTP will be a win for the Usos, Primo and Epico, and the fans

The Miz vs Rey Mysterio: Singles Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship
WWE Winner: Rey Mysterio
My Winner: The Miz

This match just irritates me, for several reasons. I get that Rey Mysterio is a talent that they probably want back on TV and in the title hunt, but why schedule a match that has had no build, no pretext for a feud, and just out of the blue. Why isn't Christian in this match?? At least he would have reason to be. I'm somewhat iffy on my decision to have Rey win in the WWE's mind, but for whatever reason, I don't see Miz winning, which is a shame. I'm a big Miz fan, and I want to see him challenging the in main event picture. Who knows, a loss here may be a blessing in disguise. Probably not, but I can dream right?

Triple H (with Shawn Michaels) vs Brock Lesnar (With Paul Heyman): Standard Singles Match
WWE Winner: Triple H
My Winner: Triple H

As much as I would like to see Brock win, with the booking that WWE has done, I wouldn't be able to give Brock the win. In my opinion, WWE has horribly screwed the pooch on this one. Having Cena win at Extreme Rules has robbed Brock Lesnar of any and all of his credibility, and has lead to the ultimate failure of the entire resigning of Lesnar. This match is more of a "you're on contract and you should probably be in a PPV so why not" match. The WWE universe is bored of the Lesnar angle, and hopefully a win by the ever aging Game will end this horrid excuse for a storyline. The same shtick as Extreme Rules, Lesnar bloodies Game, Shawny (whose arm will be quite healed) hits Sweet Chin Music, Game gets the Pedigree, and the win, and Heyman and Lesnar go back home, hopefully to a more successful business endeavour.

Chris Jericho vs Dolph Ziggler: Standard Singles Match
WWE Winner: Dolph Ziggler
My Winner: Dolph Ziggler

I'm a Zigglite. A big Zigglite. And I was really happy to see him win the MITB. His push continues with a convincing, but not dominating, win over Jericho, who is leaving to tour with Fozzy. It wouldn't make much sense to have Jericho win to me, because why push him as he's leaving? Besides, Dolph is on his way up, and all there's left is to get rid of Vickie the Bitch and cash that briefcase in and win the WHC from Sheamus. Zig Zag and pinfall for the win.

Cm Punk vs Big Show vs John Cena: Triple Threat Match for the WWE Championship
WWE Winner: John Cena or CM Punk
My Winner: Cm Punk

Since WWE has added a new wrinkle to the champion, a heel turn, i don't see why he should lose it now. WWE has planned for punk to either retain or lose to Cena, and it seems like Big Show is just kinda there. After a great match at last year's Summerslam (though not as good as MITB 2011), Big Show's addition is stupid to me. Show will factor in at the end, delivering what will most likely be the final WMD to someone before the other hoist's him on their shoulders. And AA or A GTS will give us a winner.

Other Possible Matches

Sheamus vs Does It Really Matter
WWE Winner: Sheamus
My Winner: Sheamus

Unless Smackdown changes something, ADR will, thankfully, not be in Summerslam. Sheamus therefore, will continue his reign of dominance, which I feel has been poorly booked, and retain. I don't really understand why Sheamus hasn't lost anything since turning face, but alas, it matters not. Brouge for the winner.

Ryback vs JTG

JTG, seeking revenge for Monday night, challenges Ryback again. Please WWE feed him more. I don't feel the need to post results for this one.

Heath Slater vs Wade Barrett

Does The Barrett Barage return at Summerslam. Most likely Heath will issue one of his ever tiring challenges from the ONE MAN BAND BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Considering he hasn't won one (discounting Doink), I don't get why they keep doing this. Easy way to get wade back on TV and keep Heath losing. Again, results seem fairly obvious.

Alright, that's all from me. Please comment up and rip me to shreds if you wish. Edgor out

Hello all, Edgor95 here. I've seen a lot of people giving their opinions on MITB, and the consensus is that the results are going to be rather obvious. With the way WWE is booking, we may be in for another Super Cena sighting and some more mid-card burying (regarding the Smackdown MITB). In the hopes that this may somehow come true, I've given some thought to how i would plan and book MITB. These are just my ideal results. I won't really go into hold for hold match detail, but I will give my reasoning. Most of these matches are confirmed for the event, and I will (*) the ones that aren't
Pre-Show: Kofi Kingston and R-Truth vs Hunico and Camacho
WWE Winner: Kofi and Truth
My Winner: Kofi and Truth
I don't really see any reason why the champs will lose this match. The opening is purely to make the tag teams in the WWE seem relavent. While we have seen more tag team action on Raw these past couple weeks, it's still clear that we're not close enough to the redefined Tag division of my youth (i.e. RVD and Kane, Los Guerreros, Booker T and Goldust etc.) Besides, Hunico and Camacho are not, at least in my memory, championship contenders. Hopefully they'll at least make a show of Kofi and Truth high-flying ability. Kofi seals it will a Trouble in Paradise for the win.

WWE Championship Money In The Bank Match: John Cena vs Kane vs Chris Jericho vs Big Show
WWE Winner: John Cena
My Winner: Chris Jericho or Kane
While WWE is giving every indication that super cena will make his triumphant return to the main event picture, instead of taking on random opponents whose seem impossible to overcome, I would really like to see Chris Jericho win this match. Based on the build, there really hasn't been as much emphasis on Jericho as the other competitors, and since Kane has already won a MITB and Big Show and Cena are recent bitter enemies, I think that having Jericho win would be a great shock value and a quality finish for the match. Have Jericho slither in and take down a ladder holding Cena, and then climb and take the gold away from him. My other scenario is having Kane win. I think this will add something to Kane's Big Red Monster image, as he has softened a bit since his ambulance match loss to Super Cena. An Epic ladder battle between the Big men ending in a chokeslam by Kane and the win would be awesome. Plus, it would add a little something extra to the next match as well.

Cm Punk vs Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship w/ AJ as the Special referee
WWE Winner: Daniel Bryan
My Winner: Cm Punk and Then Kane?
How's that for a turn. He's not really a part of the angle anymore, but AJ and Kane did have a little thing going before the triple threat match. The WWE's resident crazy chick would set up a perfect turn by having punk win, having Bryan leave brokenhearted, and then having kane come out and cash in his briefcase. Then Kane hits a chokeslam and AJ counts the pin despite Punk's shoulders being off the mat. kane gets the title and the girl.

(*)Brodus Clay vs Jack Swagger
WWE Winner: Brodus Clay
My Winner: Brodus Clay

As much as the Funkasaurus gets on every harcore fan's nerves, and reasonably so, let's be realistic with this one. WWE will force us to sit through this one, so let' get this over with. Clay Splashes, Wins, and Dances, blah blah blah

World Heavyweight Championship Money in the Bank: Dolph Ziggler vs Tensai vs Tyson Kidd vs Damien Sandow vs Cody Rhodes vs Christian Vs Santino Marella vs Sin Cara
WWE Winner: Dolph Ziggler
My Winner: Dolph Ziggler

I'm a huge Dolph fan. He's really stepped up his game and made himself entertaining to watch. In my opinion his the future of WWE. I expect a good effort from the usuals, Rhodes, Christian, but I really think Tyson Kidd will make his long overdue jump into the upper mid-card and we may even see a IC or US title run in the future. Ziggler keeps pushing, and hopefully he'll push Vickie out and make his big step up to legit main eventer.

(*) Ryback vs Trent Barretta
WWE Winner: Ryback
My Winner: Ryback
This will be another example of "Let's just get this over with" We all know its coming, so we're going to have to deal with it. Ryback destroys again, THE END

Sheamus vs Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship
WWE Winner: Sheamus
My Winner: Sheamus

I'm done with ADR. I'm sorry, but i really can't stand the guy. I never liked him from the onset. He sucks on mike, his moveset is versatile but boring, and the only thing i like about his is Ricardo, who is probably more popular to fans than ADR is. Besides, I don't believe his concussion bullcrap at the last PPV, and when i heard he might be leaving WWE, i was happy. I doubt WWE will reward his efforts (I hope you caught the sarcasm) with a title. Sheamus brogues his way to another month of titleship.

That's all I've got for now. Comment all you like. Till next time all this is Edgor95
