Since WWE teased us with a revival of the Tag Team Division only to run out of Tag Teams and fail to create new ones, I decided to revive the Division for them with 7 Tag Teams the WWE needs to push right now as serious contenders and legitimate Tag Teams.

Also, these teams have to look alike, use tandem moves and absolutely cannot have "Team" in front of their name. No make shift teams and have to stay together for a long time, not a few months and break up. WWE, take note.

Long Island X - Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins
We've seen Midnight Express. Rock N' Roll Express. All Night Express. Ladies and Gentleman.. The Long Island Express. Ryder's a jobber and Hawkins somehow still employed. Both have a history together and it would make sense for them to reunite. They'd be best used as a cocky heal tag team from Long Island. Burn the purple Barney outfit that Ryder wears and give these guys an updated look and we've got ourselves a new team we can love to hate.

New Age Outlaws - Billy Gunn & Road Dogg
One. Last. Run. They've done a few house shows and this is the team to put the Tag Division on the map again. Feuding with Ryder/Hawkins would be perfect way to get them (R&H) over as heals. They still seem to be over with the fans and they'd only win new ones with how entertaining they are. This would be a perfect way to spice up the Tag division with a hot feud between NAO & LIX

The Shield - Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose
I say give them a run as a Tag Team for a while, let them grow into their characters and being a Tag Team would be great for both them and the division. I can see them possibly taking the titles off Hell No in the future
but really who else is there currently right now that could?

The Ascension - Conor O'Brien & Leo Kruger
From what I've seen of Leo Kruger, I'm not a big fan. Personally I'd rather see him in a Tag Team and he just doesn't look like he'd make it on his own. Give him a bit of a makeover and I think he'd make a decent replacement partner. I was excited to see this team debut until Kenneth Cameron f'd it up but this team still be intriguing.

Black Dynamite - R-Truth & Kofi Kingston
I know I know this was MVP & Benjamin's team name in Japan but I couldn't think of another :) Anyhow, obviously they were as team before but never should have split them up. Kofi and Truth are not going to be
winning at singles or World titles anytime soon. I honestly don't believe WWE is gonna go with these two guys again as far as winning championships and pushing as big singles stars, then again I might be way off. With that said, they're two over babyfaces who can contribute big to the Tag Team Division and still remain relevant without going to jobber status. Please just don't name them Truth In Paradise, Air Jimmy or anything stupid.

Planet Funk - Brodus Clay & Tensai
I know they're already teaming together but like the blog says, WWE needs to push and stick with these two for a while. I like these two teaming together. It's exactly what both men needed, especially Tensai. Brodus is young and has a bright future ahead. Having him paired up with an experience vet will help him in other aspects of his career. I'd really like to see them be two big goofy guys who turn into MONSTERS in the ring. Even
an eventual heal turn for them would be great down the road, but for right now I hope they stay together for a while. The Ascension might be a nice team for them to feud with.

The Usos - Jimmy & Jay Uso
Why WWE has them sitting on the sidelines I'll never know. Push these guys. Invest in them because they could be over huge by now if they had story lines, TV time, etc. They seem to get a pop when they come out
and get the crowd involved in their matches so why the hell not? Two more wasted talents by WWE. I'd try and bring Rikishi back for another run and manage these two. Might help get them over more
and wouldn't hurt them at all.

Well there you have it. 7 Solid Legit Tag Teams we could be seeing on TV every week but for some reason get completely passed over. I'd like to throat punch whoever's responsible for wasting some of these talents and paying themto sit on the sidelines. Hope you all enjoyed this blog.

Now Internet Wrestling Community.. rip it apart... lol

Survivor Series Prediction: Miz Face Turn?

As we've seen on RAW this past Monday it has been officially confirmed: No one backstage has any idea what the hell they're doing.

I've never seen a Main Event for a PPV, let alone one of the big four, be announced one week then completely change the next. Why is it so hard for them to book and plan things in advance?

Well enough complaining. I won't be ordering the PPV but I'll throw a prediction out there..

Rybacks been taken out of Team Foley and put in a title match instead, so now Foley's short a member. Barrett replaced Miz on RAW on Team Punk. My prediction is this, and I'm probably going way out on a fragile limb but here it is: Miz is the 5th member of Team Foley.

They can either go two ways with this:

#1. The mark of Miz's face turn. He is revealed as the 5th member of Team Foley, but no one on the team trusts to tag him in. Orton is the only member of his team left besides Miz, and when Orton is attacked by all the members of the other team Miz is there to help fight them off and gain Orton's trust

#2. Typical WWE Booking. Miz is revealed as the 5th team member, but not as a face. Instead he brags that Foley wanted him and needed him, etc then winds up eating an RKO in the end. Yawn.

I'm not a huge fan of the Miz, but I would like to see WWE do something to start freshening things up a bit. Miz as a face has been discussed and it might work. It'd be something different anyway, and there are way too many heals like him on the roster.

Either way whether he's a face or heal, I'm calling for the Miz to be the 5th member.

Thanks for reading. I'll leave you with my Survivor Series 2012 Some-what-realistic-Fantasy Card Below. Take note WWE.

Survivor Series 2012
WWE Heavyweight Championship
Big Show def. Sheamus
Dolph Ziggler cashes in and is crowned new World Heavyweight Champion.. Big Show is never seen agan!
Intercontinental Championship - Best Of 7
Kofi Kingston vs. The Miz

Team Punk
CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, Antonio Cesaro, Kassius Ohno, Dean Ambrose
vs.
Team Foley
Ryback, The Undertaker, Hell No, Justin Gabriel

Team Cena

I always thought you shouldn't book your biggest show of the year based off the other PPVs, but book the other PPVs based off your big show of the year. WrestleMania is about putting together the best possible card you can have with your current roster. Dream matches, surprises, returns, this is the show to pull out all the stops. I've been pretty disappointed in the last few WrestleManias. While they were OK, they weren't anything compared to previous years. WWE needs to step it up this WM, so here are 8 matches that realistically should be booked for the Superbowl of Wrestling.

WrestleMania 29
WWE Championship: CM Punk vs. The Rock vs. John Cena
I'm predicting this is what will end up happening, but it should anyway. While I'm not a fan of triple threats, no one would care to see Cena vs. Rock II. Most likely we'll see that at RR. Punk vs. Rock would be okay but where does that leave Cena? All three have had encounters and this would make the most sense storyline wise.

The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar
Since their confrontation @ UFC PPV a few years ago, we really haven't heard anything about their little feud since, and that's a good thing. Somewhere in the near future, they need to have an encounter to help build this up. Since Brock has limited dates and Taker rarely appears they could have one in ring confrontation and film a bunch of promos outside the ring to help build. These two already have a story, soon it'll be time to reintroduce it.

Randy Orton vs. Sheamus
Orton needs to turn heal soon, and the WHC seems to be over enough to lead SD as the lead babyface. I'd start this feud before Survivor Series, having each man lead his team to face each other, have them eliminate each other from the RR setting up a match @ Mania. But in the end, Ziggler cashes in and becomes the new Heavyweight Champion.

Intercontinental Champion The Miz vs. Ryback
Miz should hold on the the IC for a while and have a solid run with it. While this match looks like it'll happen very soon before Mania, it shouldn't. They could make huge money off this if they did it right. How bout this storyline: Miz files a suit against Ryback for ruining Miz TV, hiring David Otunga who files a restraining order against Ryback. Finally, before WM, the restraining order is broken allowing Ryback to finally face the Miz for the IC Title. Let it build, have Ryback feud with Miz's associates until he's finally able to get his hands on him.

Rey Mysterio vs. Sin Cara
I read they're thinking about turning one of the two heal but I think that's a mistake. Both men are really over with the kids, and if they want to get Sin Cara over to take Mysterio's place when he retires one day, having baby face Mysterio put him over and endorse him at the end will do wonders for Sin Cara rather than a heal Mysterio, which I don't think could even work. This would be a great entertaining dream match for many.

Wade Barrett vs. Daniel Bryan
Bryan and Kane's run won't last forever. These two could put on a great match and maybe even do a Nexus storyline here building up the match. I AM NEXUS! NO I AM NEXUS! I've always enjoyed the chemistry these two have, but pretty much any match with Bryan is money.

Cody Rhodes vs. Mick Foley - NO DQ
Pretty much this match would do 2 things: Legitimize Rhodes & put him over the hump. Granted Foley may not be the man RIGHT NOW to do it, if he got in shape, made a return and built a story with Cody, it could happen. Look what Foley did for Orton and Edge's career. He made them look like a legitimate tough guys who could hang with the Hardcore legend. Cody's career needs this more than anything else right now.

#1 Contender Battle Royal for the IC Title
You need something to throw in that take get a lot of superstars on the show. Damien Sandow wins, moving on to feud with the newly crowned IC Champion Ryback.

Tag Team Championship
Primetime Players vs. Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins
Ryder's singles career is floundering. Hawkins is rarely to be seen. The Tag Division needs help. The answer? Reform Ryder & Hawkins, dub them the Long Island Express, and showcase the Tag Team Titles on the biggest PPV of the year. Primetime Players WILL win the titles from Kane & Bryan, just a matter of time.

There you have it. You might like it, you might hate it, but with the proper build I believe it could be an awesome card and one of the better WrestleMania's we've seen in a while. No Ziggler except cashing would be my own concern, but as long as he gets his WrestleMania moment than he should be okay.

Why NXT should replace SmackDown

SmackDown and RAW... you can't really tell them apart. Everyones pretty much on both shows yet there's still two World titles. What they should do,...

SmackDown and RAW... you can't really tell them apart. Everyones pretty much on both shows yet there's still two World titles. What they should do, and won't, is trim down the roster and cancel SD. Put everyone on one show and introduce NXT to Friday Nights.

Looking at the roster in FCW right now, it's stacked with talent and potential. I don't remember seeing a roster this good since OVW had Cena, Orton, Lesnar, Benjamin, & Batista. A lot of these guys have experience working on the indy scene already, which is a smart move by WWE to be signing guys who have that experience and passion as opposed to going after body builders, football players, etc that will come and go. They have a solid core of talent right now featuring:

NXT Champion Seth Rollins, Richie Steamboat as the top two babyfaces, Dean Ambrose & Kassius Ohno as the top two villains.

Now I wouldn't put everyone from FCW on NXT, so to beef up the roster WWE should send seldom used Drew McIntyre, Justin Gabriel, Camacho, Alex Riley, Michael McGillicuty, Tyson Kidd, Yoshi Tatsu, Trent Baretta, & Mason Ryan over to the NXT roster to add some depth and get featured more.

Add in Bo Dallas, Bray Wyatt, The Ascension, Xavier Woods, Leakee, CJ Parker, Big E Langston & Corey Graves you have a decent talent roster for a two hour show to replace SmackDown. It's a taped show anyway which would be good for some of the green guys.

It'd be smart to give the impression that NXT is not even associated with WWE. Make it an entirely different brand with shows from smaller venues (In a bar ala Shotgun Saturday Night would be sweet, the ECW arena) have different logos, announcers, fresh new faces. Don't even mention WWE or RAW. Don't have soap opera storylines but make it realistic aimed @ the 18-24 demo.

Eventually down the road you could also down some interesting storylines involving NXT vs. WWE, but for at least a year NXT should be on TV without ever mentioning WWE or RAW. Give the impression that its an entirely different promotion.

SmackDown features guys already ppearing on RAW and really doesn't have too many exclusive superstars anymore. They seem to constantly shuffle them back and forth, so let's just throw them all onto the three hour show and release some talent to make a little extra room. I'd cut The Great Khali, Hornswoggle, Santino, Ezekial Jackson for just starters.

Create more Tag Teams and you'd be able to feature the majority in a three hour show without worrying about introducing a whole new brand with a 2 hour time slot.

While it's never likely to happen, I'd love to see it done someday.

Thanks for reading.

Whats up guys, just wanted to share some ideas I had for current story lines going on in the 'Universe'. Not too sure where they'll go with the CM Punk story, but here's my idea..

"I'm a Paul Heyman guy." - CM Punk

After being WWE Champion and not headlining a PPV for the last few months, Punk aligns himself with Paul Heyman & Brock Lesnar to eliminate John Cena, Rock & HHH from the top. Daniel Bryan eventually joins the alliance of Punk & Lesnar. Heyman brings in Antonio Cesaro & Kassius Ohno as his bodyguards.

Kofi Kingston heal turn on R-Truth and align himself with Heyman. Punk goes around recruiting guys in a nWo style take over (just not 20 members)

WWE could also really revive the Tag division with a few simple steps.

1. Kofi turns heal on R-Truth, leaving the titles vacated. A tournament is announced to crown new champions (with the old school titles, get rid of those pennies)

2. New Age Outlaws enter their name in the tournament. Hawkins dumps Reks and reunites with the struggeling Ryder to form Long Island X. After a few weeks of trouble with the Primetime Players, Booker T announces Harlem Heat will enter the Title Tournament. When it comes time to face the PTP, Booker introduces the new Harlem Heat - Ezekiel Jackson & Percy Watson. Top it off with The Usos, Cesaro/Ohno, debut of Ascension, & a surprise return of Too Cool to put over Primo/Epico, you have a solid division. The older teams could cut promos saying they wanted to comeback for one last chance at winning the Tag Team Championship, adding value the current worthless titles.

3. Finish it off with an epic showdown for the Tag Team Titles with a storyline behind it . The veterns New Age Outlaws fight their way to the finals to take on the young Long island X, who defeat the Outlaws and are put over as the new legit Tag Team Champions in a hard fought battle.

Also floating around in my head... Cody Rhodes really isn't doing anything. He's on the brink of going to the next level. He'll get there soon but he still needs more time. A few more feuds to get here. Mick Foley wants to do something and isn't be used.. It could be a simple storyline. Cody Rhodes is wrestling a match when suddenly Cactus Jack hits the ring with a chain and attacks Rhodes. The attacks on Rhodes keep happening backstage and in the ring with no explaination. It'll build up to a match between the two, no DQ Street Fight. Cody Rhodes digs deep and pulls out the win over the hardcore legend. In the end Foley breaks character and says he sees something in Rhodes but needed to know if he was tough enough to make it to the top.

Heath Slater has turned into someone I enjoy seeing and hearing on the mic. The guy makes me laugh in the he's so stupid he's good type of way. I'd like to see him get a push though. The guy can go, has a unique look, decent on the mic, and has paid his dues jobbing. Give him a chance to shine. A little feud and US Title win over Santino would be good.. maybe too comical though.

Ted DiBiase is back. Where does he fit in? I'm still not sure if I like him or not. I just don't know if he has "it." He's too bland for me. Maybe put him in a Tag Team? Can he revive his career or is he the next 2nd Generation bust?

And Dolph Ziggler... I actually like everything they're doing with him. They're taking it slow, and this feud with Jericho will be great for him. He didn't need to win MITB but oh well, he's got a great future ahead. A long rivalry with Sheamus would would me of Flair/Sting from back in the day.

I know none of this is all unlikely to happen, just my wishful thinking. Thanks for reading.

Its known by now that John Morrison is on his way back to the WWE at some point in the future. Taking time off to heal and work on his promos was a smart move. But if he's going to return later down the road, I think this would be the perfect time to do it. Still 6 months away...

The Royal Rumble
Keep it quiet, don't let anyone know Morrison is even returning. Hush Hush. The first entrant in the 2013 Royal Rumble.. Dolph Ziggler. The second participant, JoMo himself. Ziggler is shocked, the fans go wild. An early #2 surprise entrant. The two square off. 60 minutes later it's down to Morrison, Ziggler, Orton, Cena & Brock Lesnar as the final five. It looks like Orton is about to eliminate Morrison when he does some crazy ass move back into the ring (IE Rumble '11) Orton doesn't even realize it Morrison eliminates him from behind

Cena goes for a double clothesline but Morrison/Zig duck and clothesline Cena over the top rope to eliminate him. Ortons still hanging around the ring aruging with a ref pissed off when Cena KOs him out of frustration of losing. Ziggler & Morrison are left with the beast of Brock Lesnar when the lights go out. They come back on Undertaker is standing behind Lesnar & proceeds to chokeslam him out the ring. There you set up Taker vs. Lesnar for WM 29. We're down to the first two men who started it. Both are exhausted and get tangled up, losing their balance and both falling over the top rope eliminating each other.

We have co-winners. Yes its WM 10 all over again! Morrison vs. Ziggler at WM 29 with the winner against the WWE Champion CM Punk in the Main Event.

Now, I would be happy as a Wrestling fan watching either Punk vs. Morrison or Punk vs. Ziggler headline a WWE Championship WM match. How would you end it? Which man do you think would deserve the title shot? Personally, I'd love see Ziggler defeat Morrison and go on to win the WWE Championship from Punk, the showoff pullin double duty.

I'd love to see Ziggler, Punk & Morrison in the WWE Championship picture fighting over the title. Throw Daniel Bryan in there and you'd have some crazy good matches between the four.

WM 29 - Punk vs. Ziggler, Taker vs. Lesnar, Cena vs. Orton, Morrison vs. Ziggler

I love WWE, but there's so much that needs to be changed I don't know how they ended up such a mess. From an entertainment stand point, they're great. From a TV show/storyline stand point, it's horrible. Too many loose ends, bad booking, poor job creating stars (has gotten a little better) and too damn talking.

PG or not, WWE can be cool without having to be x-rated, it's just needs to quit doing stupid shit like having pointless backstage skids, anything involving Hornswoggle and horrible guest hosts. Here's what I'd do...

1. Cut out 15-20 minute interviews, cut them down to a quick couple minutes and get to the point. If they want to give Wrestlers mic time, have them tape a backstage segment that airs sometime during the show. When I pay to see Raw, I don't want to sit there hearing John Laurenitus ramble about nothing. Get to the point.

2. Gimmick Updates: Kofi Kingston, Zack Ryder, Brodus Clay, R-Truth.. all guys who could update their characters and not be as geared towards kids and still be themselves. Give them an edge, a mean streak. I don't remember the last time I've seen Kofi get angry or R-Truth be serious. Evolve their charterers.

3. Dangerous Heals. I don't feel like there's any "dangerous" charterer heals, maybe besides Kane. If they gave Alberto Del Rio a psychopathic side to his character I think he'd benefit tremendously. Heals need to be taken more seriously and be more intimidating then the present ones we have (Del Rio, Miz, Christian, Swagger)

4. Intense feuds. Not since Brock/Cena did I feel two guys really wanted to go at it. You don't really see fights spilling out to the stands, backstage, backstage brawls, refs separating guys, etc as much as you use to. Turn up the heat. Make the feuds intense.

5. Storylines. I'm sick of soap opera story lines. How about story lines that revolve around wrestling. For the most part it's been good. No Katie Vicks, no limo explosions lately. Please stop contract signings. Save it for youtube. Too predictable and waste of time.

6. Smarter Booking. I touched on this in my other blog. WWE is giving us great PPV matches for free. Almost any match can make money if they build it properly. Use your TV shows to build characters, get them over, enhance your storylines, and use the PPVs for the big matches you HAVE to see.
Just a few things I'd change, comments are always welcome
