Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to another sphincter tightening adventure on your computer from me the breezey butting, Ric Flair strutting...

Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to another sphincter tightening adventure on your computer from me the breezey butting, Ric Flair strutting (sagging tits and old goat balls included), child scaring, mullet wearing Poot-Hair. Yessss that's right, my blogs are more entertaining than a whore in church; errr no that's how sweaty I am. My blogs are more entertaining than seeing Mae Young naked; errr no that's how scarey I am. My blogs are more entertaining than a pedophile watching kiddies play in a Mcdonald's playpen; err no wait that's how creepy they are. Damnit, my blogs are more entertaining than watching Eugene whack off in Daniel Bryan's wrestling trunks before he puts them on. Why do you think he screams YESSS!! YESSS!! YESSSS!!!?

Okay now that the grand introductions are out of the way, it's time for the golden doodoo nugget of goodness that is this blog's subject matter is to get under way; which is grabbin' 'em by the booboos. What is grabbin' 'em by the booboo's you ask? It's a redneckanese way of saying "making wrestling entertaining again". Let me preach on it.

We here in the IWC have been witnessing something we hoped we would never see. No no I'm not talking about another Katie Vick or Pujabi Prison Match, I'm talking about the slow decline of professional wrestling. Wrestling in general is seemingly becoming less "cool" to watch or less popular, and people have been abandoning the product in droves. We've saw wrestling programs that used to get 5's and 6's in ratings (back in the day) now barely get a 3 if they're lucky. We've saw people who used to be open and admitting wrestling fans dwindle to a select few "closet" fans who watch the show, but refuse to talk to anyone about it unless it's from the safety of their computers.

So the questions are, how do wrestling companies make people want to watch again? How do they make the product more mainstream? How do they make wrestling "cool" again? Maybe I can shine a light on this a little, and start a friendly debate and banter amongst all of you.

How do wrestling companies make people want to watch again? This question is a tough one but for starters, have a little DIVERSITY in storylines! For too long, we've saw rehash after rehash of the same old storylines and it's really starting to show with the mass "tune out" of people recently. Take for example The Shield; When they first debuted I was happy because the WWE finally did something right by having three of the best new guys debut that I've seen. I held out hope that something different was about to happen, but what have we really seen? A rehash of the NWO, Nexus, Corre, BWO, LWO, Evolution, or any other group you want to throw in there. It's all been done too many times before.

Now before you get your panties knotted up let me explain something here. I am a fan of this storyline, but not in it's current form. It's too generic; Heel group comes in, attacks faces, spews whatever b.s. they spew to get heel heat, have a match against faces and lose. CHANGE IT UP! Have The Shield start attacking heels to really prove their point that they are unbiased unit of men who are here to cleanse injustices. It could be any heel, Ziggler, Antonio Cesaro, hell even CM Punk to prove a point but it would definitely change it up things. The Shield wouldn't give up anything in terms of their standing; they could still be an all heel group and still garner heel heat but what I'm saying is just this little change in storylines could lead to an entire freshening of the current product.

How do they make the product more Mainstream? This is something that the WWE is starting to do as of late with the over-whoring of Twitter but it should be more than that. You NEED that sort of celebrity appeal that will bring back old fans as well as bring in new. How else will a company expand? No I'm not talking about a "Celebrity Guest Host" every week but how about this? How about a working partnership with the UFC? How about a working partnership with AAA, CMLL, Lucha Libre USA, RoH? This is for TNA or WWE, the more fans you have watching the better it is for everyone.

Now I understand Dana White isn't much up for working with WWE but what if he was? What if you saw Junior Dos Santos on WWE or TNA television? How many more fans would tune in just to see what happens? What if El Generico appeared for a match on TNA? How many people would tune in? What if, I don't know, Gerard Butler challenge Daniel Bryan and face him and look convincing? As I said it's something that the WWE has started to do lately but could drastically improve on. Dana White, like Vince McMahon, is all about the dollar and I'm sure that if the money was right he'd jump right in.

How can they make wrestling "cool" again? This is the hardest out of all the questions I've asked so far. The answer may be a little depressing because I honestly feel that wrestling's heyday on top is over. However, if either of the "Big Two" wrestling companies were to incorporate either of the things that I have suggested it may extend the livelihood of the business, bring in new viewers, and may prolong what may be the inevitable; which is they dying off of the product.

Am I right? Wrong? Full of PooPoo? Delicious melt in your mouth fudge brownie recipes? Pictures of you pulling a Eugene and whacking off in Daniel Bryan's wrestling gear? All comments are welcome below! Take care guys and until next time, peace!

Hey guys it's the Breezey butting, Ric Flair strutting (receding hairline included), child scaring, mullet wearing Poot-Hair here with yet another sphincter tightening adventure on your computer. Yessss My blogs are more exciting that watching Zach Gowen with one arm tied behind his back climb a ladder to reach his fake leg on a rope. Now that the grand introductions are out of the way, it's time for me to lay another doodoo nugget of knowledge on your heads.

There once was a man that wrestled in the 1990's-early 2000's. This man was trained by the Fabulous Moolah and Afa the Wild Somoan. Throughout his career, which included WCW, WWE, PWG, and TNA, he had managed to hold the tag team belts with with 3 reigns and a U.S. Title Reign. Known as the "Innovator of Offense" he could fly with the Cruiserweights, bang with the Heavyweights, and pretty much out-talk anyone on the roster at any given time. I'm talking about Chris "Kanyon" Klucsarits. I'm also talking about one of the business' first openly homosexual competitor.

Kanyon was on record as saying that he felt that him being homosexual was one of the things that kept him from being a bigger star than he was. He even had a gig on the Indies where he was saying that the reason he was fired from the WWE was because of his sexuality (albeit Kayfabe). It is even speculated by some that one of the reasons Kanyon commited suicide (of many reasons including being bipolar and manic depressive) was because TNA's embrace of Orlando Jordan's sexual preferences, a role he felt that should have been given to him in his prime. I'm not saying this is the reason behind his untimely death, but I am saying it would make sense.

The purpose of this blog today is simple; I want to know if a major Professional Wrestling company will ever allow an openly homosexual male to be in it's organization without backlash and if an openly gay man will ever be allowed to be the Heavyweight Champion. Let me preach on it.

Will a Major Wrestling Company ever allow an openly gay wrestler on its roster without backlash? My answer to this question is yes.....eventually. We all saw what happened with Orlando Jordan in TNA. TNA gave Jordan(an openly bisexual man) a Bisexual gimmick where he would descend from the rafters wrapped in caution tape, and rub all over his competitors in the ring, and suck face with both men and women in between. After a few weeks of this, TNA quickly backtracked on the character and stuck Jordan in a tag team with Eric Young. TNA was catching flak from a TON of people in how they were portraying him, and having a gay character on T.V. in general so it was better for them to just write him off and eventually release him in their minds. This is why is put "without backlash" in the question.

What I'm getting to is nowadays people have become more accepting to gay people, with several states even adopting legislation allowing marriage between two men or two women. Even moreso now than in 2010, when OJ had his time in TNA. Now, in my opinion, would be the perfect time for a major company like WWE to begin to use an openly gay character and push him to the moon. I mean they're already so "socially active" so why not add "gay friendly" to that list as well?

Will a Major Company ever allow an openly gay man as Champion? That answer is a little tricky. I honestly feel that IF WWE, TNA, or RoH were to ever allow a gay man as champion it would be in the very very distant future. Especially given how "politically correct" the WWE has become recently, if they ever did allow a competitor to be their hood-ornament gay marriage would have to be universally accepted enough that there wouldn't be a huge backlash for them doing so. I feel that they'd be a little more open to allowing an openly gay man compete moreso than be "the next John Cena" at this moment in time.

Now with all this said, let me say I am a completely heterosexual male. I have a wonderful wife of 5 years and I have a child on the way due January 20, 2013. I've had this blog in my head for a long while to do, and I have debated doing it due to fear of all the flaming that would occur. I decided of course (as you're reading this) to go ahead and post this blog because I am genuinely interested in hearing your opinions on this subject.

Am I right? Wrong? Full of shit? Pictures of you humping your favorite teddy? Melt in your mouth cookie recipes? Leave all comments below, and please guys, keep it respectful. You can disagree with my opinions and call me an idiot or moron but please don't flame. Let's have a good ol' debate on this! Until next time, peace guys!!

Hey guys the breezey butting, Ric Flair strutting (receding hair line included), child scaring, mullet wearing Poot-Hair here with another sphincter tightening adventure on your computer. Yesss that's right my blogs are more entertaining than watching a Big Show vs. Khali Ultimate X match with a twinkie hanging in the middle.

Now that the grand introductions are out of the way, let's get right into this blog's subject matter which is Method to the Madness. Let me preach on it.

For the past two weeks we in the IWC have been wracking our brains trying to figure out the whole "Who attacked Sting" storyline in TNA. I've heard people bellyache about how they've let the story grow cold, how they've "ruined" it by barely mentioning it the past two weeks etc and it has really frustrated me as a fan to hear such insistant whining. I'd like to present to you another view on the subject if I can.

What if TNA is purposely letting this story grow cold, and not in the "storyline abortion" sort of way that TNA had been known for but moreso in that they are gearing up to really rock us for the rest of the summer. We've all said that TNA needs to do something big this summer while they are live and I believe that this storyline is just that.

They have unknown attackers beat down Sting, then they aren't heard from for a few weeks. Then just when you least expect it BOOM they attack someone else, then someone else, then someone else. It's a ploy to keep you guessing, to keep you wanting to tune in next week and see what's going to happen. It's basic storylining here folks.

Now I've read on the main board here that the reason TNA has ran the story and not finished it is 1.) They don't know who they are going to use as the attackers and 2.) They wanted to get Sting off of TV and out of the BFG series. If that's the case then it's still cool because they have a little bit of time to figure out all the details. Could it be some AAA talent? CZW? NJPW? The possibilities are endless here folks and it's only going to get better in my opinion.

In closing, just roll with the punches on this one. Be a fan of the product and don't overly analyze it because it truly ruins the fun in wrestling. I'm a fan first and a "smark" second. When I see a storyline on T.V. I try to envision where it's going and give it a chance. I don't talk about how bad it sucks before it gets off the ground. If you do this, you never know, TNA may just suprise you this summer. I mean they have been on one helluva roll here the past several weeks.

Questions? Comments? Pictures of you doing the dirty with a washcloth? All welcome here! Also, if you guys like my blogs post some suggestions on what you would like for me to blog on and I'll give it my best go! Until next time this is the Poot-Hair and I'm out. Peace!

Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another sphincter tightening adventure on your computer from I the breezy butting, Ric Flair strutting (sagging balls of doom included), child scaring, mullet wearing, lovable, huggable, redneck Poot-Hair. Yes that's right, my blogs are more exciting than a Pujabi Prison match combined with a Viagra on a Pole match between Larry Zbysko and Mr. Ric Flair himself with the loser having to eat the whole bottle and wait to see if they have to consult a physician after 4 hours when "something" doesn't go down.

Now that my grand introductions are out of the way, let me start this golden doodoo nugget of knowledge laid on your heads by saying holy crap; It's been 6 freaking months since my last blog. Life gets in the way sometimes, but anyhoo, it won't be as long next time. Pwomise :D.

I know what you were thinking when you opened this blog; "Poot, why aren't you wearing pants?!?" I'll...get to that later but for now onto this blog's subject matter which is bringing back the Cruiserweight Division.
(thought this was going to be a blog on midget wrestling didn't ya?).

We all remember WCW's heyday in the 90's with WCW's own Cruiserweight Division. You had all these smaller guys who were lightning quick doing some of the most impressive aerial maneuvers we had ever seen. Rey Mysterio Jr, Juventud Guerrera, Psychosis, La Parka (though he was a bigger guy), Billy Kidman, and a whole lot of others were on display week in and week out, and were often times the highlight of Monday Nitro and Thunder as well. The question is, what happened?

One of the answers simply put is WCW was bought out of business by the WWE. After Ted Turner bellied up to Vince McMahon, things started going downhill quickly for the wrestling world but I'll save that rant for a different day. At that time, most of the "Attitude" from the Attitude Era was starting to fizzle, but most of the concern was still on the the Heavyweights not the "Little Guys". So of course before too long, the Cruiserweight division and all of its talent was sent packing.

The obvious questions are, is it finally time for the "Little Dudes" to come back to the WWE and shine? Is there a place now for this type of wrestling? Do they have enough talent to do such a thing? YES, YES, AND YES! <insert Daniel Bryan chant here>

Is it finally time for the Cruiserweight Division to come back? In my my opinion this is the PERFECT time for the CD to come back in full force. We've all been bitching forever about how "stale" the wrestling business has gotten and this would be the perfect chance to freshen things up a bit. Instead of having another typical John Cena monologue promo or a Tensai squash match, could you imagine throwing a couple of CD guys in there and letting them rock it? I personally think it would be great.

Is there a place in today's age for this type of wrestling? ABSOLUTELY! The WWE has two weekly shows, that's four hours of programming a week and more than enough time to have a couple well placed high flyers come in and steal the show. Not to mention the WWE has the WWE Network coming out soon, and they could do a WHOLE SHOW of nothing but Cruiserweight talent.

Is there currently enough talent on the roster to re-establish a Cruiserweight Division? The answer to that one is yes...and no. The WWE has several good guys that would be great for the division. Rey Mysterio(before his next knee surgery...or 4-6 months from now at the current rate) Sin Cara(see the Rey example), Tyson Kidd, Curt Hawkins, Trent Beretta, Primo, Epico, Hunico, and a whole slew of others are all good examples of current superstars that could very easily go right into the Cruiserweight Division. On top of that, as deep as Vinnie Mac's pockets are he could basically bring in any Lucha star he wanted.

Going back to the Sin Cara example from earlier. The main problem with Sin is there is a lack of current talent that can wrestle Mistico's Lucha Libre style of wrestling. This is where the fun starts. Imagine Cara vs. Juventud, Cara vs. Psychosis, Cara vs. La Parka. Anyone of these guys could step right in and have one helluva match simply because they all wrestle a similar style. Notice I didn't say Rey vs. Cara because that one is a given in the very near future. The possibilities could be endless!

Okay guys I'll leave it there as this blog is getting way longer than I wanted it to be. I hope maybe I've touched on some good points and got you thinking.

Am I right? Wrong? Full of shit? Any comments are appreciated below and until next time.....PEACE!

Hey guys the breazey butting, Ric Flair strutting (jiggling nipples included), Mullet wearing, child scaring, lovable, huggable, redneck Poot-Hair here with another sphincter tightening adventure on your computer. Yes my blogs are more exciting than a dirty depends diaper on a pole match between Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair (with Scott Hall as special guest ref......too soon?). It's been awhile since I laid a little golden doodoo nugget of pure goodness on your heads so I figured it was about time.

Now that I have my grand introduction out of the way, it's time to get down to this blog's subject matter which is Austin Aries being TNA's CM Punk. Let me preach on it.

Backround. Both Aries and Punk have a Ring Of Honor backround. This is basically where both of these guys made their respective name's in the business. Granted Punk has moved up the ladder more in the wrestling business but the point still remains. Ring Of Honor is where both of these guys learned to talk and refined their wrestling skills and both have been the RoH champion.

Character. Am I the only one that sees the so many similarities between Aries' and Punk's character? The brash, cocky, "better than you" attitude just oozes from both guys. Either man can play either a face or heel, and do so with extreme efficiency. Of course I think both Aries and Punk do a better job playing heel, especially Punk's "Straight Edge Savior" gimmick from last year. It was absolute gold in terms of he could sell the hell out of it. Now with A Double, he now has this "greatest man alive" gimmick in TNA and he's absolutely KILLING it (in a good way of course lol).

Moveset. Both Aries and Punk have similar movesets. Both guys have a unique mix of Ariel, Mat base, Submission, and High Impact moves. Also both guys can go between weight divisions with ease. If the WWE had a Cruiserweight division there is no doubt that Punk could absolutely rock it with the high fliers. I personally think that the 'E should have a Cruiserweight division for all of their low/mid card talent but I'll save that for a rant on a different day. As far as AA is concerned right now he's in the X-Division right now and within just a few months has became one of the faces of the XD. There is no doubt that it'll only be a matter of time before A-Dub gets the call to the heavyweight division, and I see him as TNA champ sooner rather than later.

Okay guys I could go on and on about this but I figure I'll go ahead and end it here. As you can see Austin Aries and CM Punk have alot of similarities in their respective companies. I just hope A-Dub gets rid of that Hot ass pink MooMoo vest he's wearing....gah it totally molests the eyeballs. I also hope that TNA sees what they have in Aries and turns him loose. The guys could do so much good for the company if used right. Alright Preach over :D

Am I right, wrong, full of shit? Any and all comments are welcome! Until next time take it easy guys and PEACE!!

Hey guys The Poot-Hair here with yet another sphincter clenching adventure on your computer. My last blog had the "Was That A Poot" title taken out of it(and not by me) so let's see if this one does as well *shrugs*. Anyway onto this blog's subject matter which is Los Guerrero's The Family Of Warriors.

This blog may end up being shorter than some of my others but I wanted to take a little bit and talk about one of the greatest wrestling families of all time; The Guerrero family. The Guerrero family has dominated the wrestling industry for 3 generations, and has produced some of the greatest talents that the wrestling world has ever seen. Let me preach on it.

Gory Guerrero. The patriarch of the Guerrero family and one of the pioneers of Mexican Style Lucha Libre Wrestling. The man was an innovator as he is credited for the creation of the Camel Clutch (and you thought ol' Iron Sheiky created it huh?). He also had several moves named after him or greatly influenced by him; The Gory Stretch, Gory Bomb, and The Gory Special. He also had 4 sons that all wrestled.

Chavo Sr, Mando, Hector. Most of the success of Mando and Hector came in the 1980's with the American Wrestling Association as tag team competitors. Hector is still in the wrestling busines as a member of the Spanish announce team for Total Nonstop Action wrestling on iMPACT! Wrestling Thursday nights on Spike TV. Chavo Sr or "Chavo Classic" as he has been known as in recent years enjoyed a little bit more of success as he worked for WWE up until 2004. He even held the Cruiserweight Championship (though it was a fluke) on one occasion. He is now signed to a Legend's contract with the WWE and makes sporadic appearances.

Eddie. I had to keep Eddie separate from the other Guerrero brothers because of the ENORMOUS amount of success he achieved while he was living. Eddie passed away in 2005 after becoming a one time Heavyweight Champion, and as a result becoming one of the WWE's few "grand slam champions" (having won the European, Intercontinental, Tag, and WWE Heavyweight title). R.I.P. Eddie; Lie, Cheat, and Steal in heaven....the best frog splash the world has ever seen.

Chavo Jr and Shaul Guerrero. The third generation of the Guerrero wrestling family is both Chavo Jr (son of Chavo Classic) and Shaul Guerrero (daughter of Eddie and Vickie). Chavo has enjoyed relative success in wrestling having held 6 cruiserweight, 3 tag team titles, and the ECW Heavyweight Title throughout his tenure with both WCW and WWE. Shaul Guerrero has just gotten her foot in the door, as she signed a developemental deal with the WWE and has been been active in FCW since February of this year.

Vickie. Though Vickie isn't "one of Gory's boys" she should still be mentioned in this blog. She was Eddie Guerrero's wife at the time of his passing and has since gotten into the wrestling business. She garners impressive heat as a heel manager and has enjoyed lucritive success in the WWE.

Welp ladies and gentlemen that puts an end to this one. I didn't just want to do another blog on Eddie, though I'm sure he would deserve much more than I could ever tell in a blog. I wanted people to know a bit of back history on the Guerrero family. So the next time you hear someone talk about "The Guerrero wrestling family" you can at least have a clue as to what they are talking about. I hope that maybe I have done some justice by this blog. Feel free to comment, bash, whatever below and until the next time PEACE!!

Hey guys it's the Poot-Hair here again with another sphincter tightening adventure on your computer. I realize it's been awhile since I've laid a little golden nugget of pure bliss on ya so I figured it's time for some more doodoo slinging assgasmy goodness....wow I just read what I put and yeah...that was pretty bad but oh well I'm not erasing it

Okay now with that being said onto today's subject matter which is older talent. I have said in the past that I feel like older talent should be canned to make room for younger talent but I'm going to attempt to back track just a couple steps here if I can. I do feel that there is and always will be a place in professional wrestling for aging/older talent, but the question is what is that place? And more importantly can the older talent accept a new role if one is given to them? Also at what age should a wrestler finally hang up the boots and no longer compete? These questions I feel are extremely important to ask, and it may give me a chance to rant just abit. Let me preach on it.

Christopher Daniels, Kid Kash, RVD, William Regal, Fit Finlay, Triple Haitch, and Sting are all examples of guys that are starting to get up there in age but can still get in the ring and rock it. These guys are some of the very few that even as they get in their forties (or fifties in the Stinger's case) are still very much timeless when they get in the ring. Some like Kash and RVD are just as good now in their forties as they were in their thirties. Okay okay I'll quit with my fantasies about moonlit beach walks with Sting and Kid Kash but you basically get my point here that not ALL of the talent that is up there in age should lay it down just yet, but let's take a look at some other job's they can still do.

Put over younger talent. I've been watching this Kid Kash/Jesse Sorensen feud on TNA as of late and I keep thinking that this is the PERFECT way to utilize an older talent. I'm sure that when Kash signed with TNA he knew that he wasn't going to be "the face of the X-Division" but he signed anyways and was immediately put into a pretty good feud to help get a budding wrestler over.

Another example of this (and I'm sure I'm going to catch some flak for this) is the current Triple Haitch/CM Punk/Kevin Nash storyline going on in WWE land. I've read the comments recently that "Triple H is just hogging the spotlight" or "He's just jealous of Punk and is trying to get his two cent's in". I have to disagree on this, and let me throw another scenario in there for you. What if this is Haitch's way of ultimately lighting a rocket under Punk's ass to superstardom? What if Triple H is seeing something in Punk and is passing the torch to him? I'm sure that Trip's ego won't let him put CM Punk over without a pinfall over him at least once, but I think that ultimately this program between the two is Haitch's way of putting Punk over. The same can be said for Kevin Nash when him and Punk finally face. Punk is going to go over Nash to further help him get over.

Agent/Trainer. I think another good way to utilize older talent is for them to become a road agent for their respective companies or a trainer to the new up and comers. A good example of this is Goldust being the trainer for he Diva's division. Now I don't necessarily agree with Goldie retiring or semi-retiring just yet as i still see him as a viable competitor, but the point is there nontheless. Also with Al Snow/D-Lo Brown becoming talent scouts/road agents for TNA Wrestling. Both of these guys were in the business for alot of years and are very much knowledgable as far as knowing good talent when they see it.

At What Age Should A Wrestler Hang Up His Boots? This is the question every wrestler asks himself, and every wrestling fan asks. I'm sure the answer I get from the most of you is going to be "it depends on who it is." I somewhat agree and disagree. I feel as long as a wrestler can still "go" in the ring that he/she should be allowed to do so. What I disagree with is putting the main focus of a company on ONLY older talent and squashing all the young guys (see TNA up until about a month or so ago). If William Regal wants to wrestle until he's 60 and can still safely compete, he should be allowed to do so on a part-time basis. Just a little example there for you.

This blog is getting entirely too lengthy so I won't drag it out much longer but I feel as though I've made my point. A wrestler's age doesn't necessarily take away from his worthwhileness (if that is a word) to an organization. It took some studying on my part before I came to this conclusion and I hope maybe you can too.

Welp that puts and end to this one. Am I right, wrong, full of shit? Feel free to comment, bash, whatever below. I hope maybe I've posted another one to get you guys thinking. Until next time....PEACE!!!

Hey guys the Pooted Hairs here again with another sphincter tightening adventure on your computer. I know what you're thinking "Poot why aren't you wearing pants?" The answer is quite simple....It's in my EWN blogging contract that I can be naked from the waist down when I sit in the bloggers chair. So let's all feel sorry for Rated_R(ob)KO when he sits in the chair after me. :p

In my last blog I asked the question "will January be too late?" in regards to Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff and TNA wrestling and I was fairly critical of the overall product. Now I'm actually a fan of TNA/Impact wrestling and I want them to succeed. I just call it as I see it. I figured since I was critical of the product last blog I may as well write one on how it could possibly be fixed so here goes...

1.) Go Live. TNA tapes their episodes of IMPACT Wrestling two weeks in advance, and the spoilers of which are absolutely killing their product. It's causing fans to lose interest due to the fact that we can all log into any gossip site such as EWN and read everything that is going to happen. My solution to this is for IMPACT to start slow and go live every other week, with a taped show the next then move to airing live every week. This would solve the spoiler problem and help keep interest built up for the next weeks show.

2.) Push Homegrown Talents To The Max. This to me is one of the more important things that TNA can do at the moment. Granted they are starting to do this with having Bobby Roode and James Storm in the top 4 of the BFG Series and the Somoa Joe storyline, but I say go one step further. Have Eric Young snap back to his senses and start to really shine as a competitor. The guy can absolutely go in the ring and really showed his true colors with the World Elite heel gimmick he was given. Also have Styles and Daniels in the main event scene constantly as they are two of your best competitors.

Now I could go on and on with this but you get the picture, TNA needs to push their originals to the max because they are usually the ones that are the most over with the fans.

3.) Put The New Guys In Feuds With Established Talent To Help Get Them Over. I realize I just said to push the homegrown talent to the max, but you also have all these new guys like Gunner and Crimson that are really good young guys. TNA are trying to get these guys over with Crimson's undefeated streak and Gunner's never back down attitude, but take it one step further. In addition to giving the TNA originals the much needed camera time you could put them one on one with these newbies. Have Christopher Daniels feud with Austin Aries, could you imagine the matches?? Styles and Gunner, Crimson and Angle...you get the picture again. These guys are the future of your company so they need to be established. It seems to me that TNA are just throwing them out there and it's "sink or swim".

4.) Fire Russo. For the love of the dear sweet baby Jesus fire this douche nugget already. How can somebody with a fifteen year history of ruining wrestling promotions still have a job? The guy's creative spark began and ended with the N.W.O. Let him go and bring in a team of guys that can actually book talent and create worthwhile storylines. I've read the same stories as you have, that Dixie Carter feels loyal to Russo and won't let him go. Carter's loyalty is going to cost her everything she has worked for with this clown. Russo still thinks that "Large heel stables vs. Large face stables=Large Profits." That was the case 15 years ago, which is about how old EVERY idea Russo has nowadays.

5.)X-DIVISION. I'm so freakin' happy to see that TNA actually listened to their fans for once and have started to push the X-division again. Though the matches have been abit lackluster, it's still a start to rebuilding the bread and butter of TNA Wrestling. I would suggest instead of opening EVERY iMPACT! with either a 10 minute Hogan and Bischoff Promo or something likewise as boring, open with an X-division match. Do this EVERY SINGLE WEEK, and you'll keeps fan's attention. Then instead of cutting directly to commercial finish up with a knockout's match before getting a "word from our sponsor."

Go one step further and REALLY push the X-Division. Bring back Low-Ki full time, Petey Williams, Jay Lethal, Amazing Red, Jack Evans, etc and let these guys run wild!

6.) Can All The "No Draw" Talent. Scott Steiner, Ric Flair, Robbie E, (though with a new gimmick he may be ok) etc etc. Lame duck talent are killing TNA as well. If they can't put on a decent match, or the fans absolutely hate you, (and I'm not talking about heel heat) fire them. I know I've read that Dixie Carter worries about the wrestlers feeding their families but that mentality is great for charities, not for wrestling. These guys need to be let go and soon.

Okay guys I could go all day long on stuff like this to help improve TNA but I'll let it go for now due to this blog getting lengthy. Am I right, wrong, full of shit? Any comments are welcome below!! Hope you all enjoy it and until next time...PEACE!!

Hey guys it's the Poot-Hair again and after the relative success of my first blog I decided to give it a second go. If this works out pretty well I plan on writing a weekly/bi-monthly blogs on anything I deem blog worthy

First and foremost let me say that I am not a WWE, TNA, or RoH mark. I am a Pro Wrestling mark. I mark out for all the drama, suspense, and in-ring action that we've all come to love in the Wrestling business over the years. With that being said onto my subject matter which is TNA, Will January Be Too Late...

Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff joined TNA Wrestling on a 2 year contract in January of 2010. The end of that contract is January 2012...about 4-5 months from now. I personally hope that TNA doesn't re-sign them as HH and EB are absolutely trashing the overall product. Now let me say that I do agree that having a HUGE name like Hulk Hogan has given TNA some name value and publicity, I just think that he has harmed the product in the process.

The reason I say this is because in January of 2010 TNA was averaging a 1.0-1.3 in ratings on Spike. What are they averaging now? The EXACT same thing or even less when you think about the last time TNA got anything over a 1.2. PPV buyrates have absolutely tanked, and the whole product is starting to smell like a hot sick ass....Hogan's hot, sweaty, sick ass to be exact. Do I think it's all Hogan's fault? No, Vince Russo has a huge part in it too but I'll save that for a different rant. :D

The question I bring to the table today is how long before Panda Energy along with Mama and Daddy Carter grow tired of the constant financial drain that TNA has put on them and cut their losses? Take ol' yeller out to pasture if you will. Unless some drastic changes come to fruition I don't see TNA being around much longer and I hate to say that because I truly hope they succeed to be competition to the WWE. Granted they will never be much competition, but they very well could keep the 'E on their toes.

The other question is has the advancements TNA has made recently going to be enough? They have gotten rid of alot of older talents through firing them or them asking for release (The entire EV 2.0 group for example) although they still have several that could go (Steiner and Flair for example). They are starting to revamp the X-Division due to the success of the Destination-X PPV.

In closing, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff's contracts are expiring in January of this next year, and some speculate that they will not be re-signed. But with the downfall of the product and the sloooowwww advancements the product has made recently, will January be too late?

Well guys that does it for this blog, I hope that maybe I have posted some questions to get you thinking abit. Feel free to leave comments below. Am I right? Am I wrong? Full of shit? I'll always try to post blogs that ask questions and get you thinking so until the next time. PEACE OUT!!

Okay guys this is my first blog here on ewrestlingnews, so have patience with me as I get used to posting here. My name is James and I'm from Alabama (insert dueling banjo's them here) but for entertainment purposes I go by Poot-Hair. Why Poot-Hair you ask? It's a long story full of crying and snot wiping. Let's just say it took alot of soap to wash the dirt.....and poo off my soul. With that being said, onto my first topic which is making wrestling believable again.

In this modern day and time, how does a wrestling or "entertainment" company make their product real and believable again? We all remember in the 90's and early 2000's we were all hanging on every word our favorite wrestler said, eagerly anticipating the next week's show so we could see more. But with the IWC running rampant nowadays with all the latest spoilers, updates, and gossips, this feat may prove to be easier said and done but it IS possible.

1.) Wrestling Characters should stay in character. This is easy enough right? You can't be "Joe Blow Wrestling Menace" on TV, then post a vlog of you holding a puppy while crying as you watch the latest chick flick. With the internet fans and such on different social media sites, it really makes a fan's favorite wrestler seem fake. Return to a more eighties-esque time where characters stayed in character.

2.) Use Social Media sites to your benefit. This sort of ties into what I was just saying about characters staying in character. If you have two wrestlers currently in a fued, those two wrestlers should be contantly at each other thru twitter or any other site. Bash the crap out of the other guy, lay into him at every chance. A good example of this is what The Rock (when he has the "time" to talk about wrestling stuff) and John Cena are doing now. These two are having a twitter war and some of this stuff is classic. Use twitter to sell your fued, and it'll appear to be more real.

3.) Sell, Sell, Sell. To me it seems that very few wrestlers know how to actually sell an injury throughout a match. You'll have one wrestler attack another's knee the entire match, over and over again, unmercifully then have the other wrestler bouncing off the ropes like nothing ever happened (super Cena anyone?) and putting him on his shoulders, walking around like nothing happened. I cannot stress enough the importance of selling an injury thoughout a match to help with the "storytelling" of a match. Hell even having the knee heavily bandaged the next week after a grueling match the former wouldn't be too much in my opinion. I mean if I spent 20 minutes kicking and stomping you over and over in the knee, wouldn't your knee be sore for awhile?

Well hopefully there was 3 pretty good ways that wrestling can be made more realistic and believable again. I appologize if it was too long as this is my very first blog ever. Feel free to comment, bash, whatever below. Hope you all enjoy, and until next time!! Peace out
