12. Survivor Series=Instead of facing Zach Ryder, Dolph Ziggler faced off against John Morrison in the opening match of the evening. A fun solid opening match which deserved more time, the crowd however screamed for Zach and were not interested in the match at all. 2 and a half stars. Another Divas rematch was up next between Beth and Eve which was worse then their previous match apart from the ending where Beth grand slammed Eve off the top rope, 1 and a half stars. The traditional 5 on 5 match between Barrett and Orton followed gaining 3 and a half stars for a very good match which flowed perfectly until Sin Cara's injury (DEJA VU), after that things slowed down a bit but Barrett and his team managed to hold on for the win. For the third ppv of 2011, Henry and Show battled rather painfully to a Mark Henry disqualification. The worse match of the 3 so far resulting in a 1 star rating due to the slowness of both men and the lack of ideas once you break a ring, the only saving grace was Big shows diving elbow. In a good 3 and a half star match, CM Punk defeated Del Rio in a solid title bout. The main event of the evening was The Rock and Cena VS Awesome Truth which basically was Cena getting beaten up for most of the match till The Rock comes in and wins. A good match but nothing that will stand out, 3 stars.
Good=WWE champ match, survivor series tag match, Rocks return.
Average= Ziggler and Morrison
Bad=Henry, Show and divas.
Overall Rating=7.25

13. TLC=We opened with a rematch from Vengeance between Dolph and Zack. The crowd was red hot for this one and both men responded by upping their game, it was a fun fast paced match and both men have good chemistry and in the end ZACH FINALLY BECAME US CHAMP :D. so 5 stars, jokes a solid 3. An unannounced match between Air Boom and Primo and Epico then came and it was a fairly standard average tag match compared to Air Booms previous showings. The two survivor series captains then faced off in a good tables match in which Orton won, however not enough time was given to the bout and as a result only 2 and a half stars. For the 39999999 millionth time and for some unknown reason in an unannounced match, Kelly Kelly faced Beth Phoenix, half a star. In a better then expected match (much like the Miz VS Lawler at Elimination Chamber) Kevin Nash lost to Triple H in a slow match but one with good spots, such as the Kliq and Dx signs. Sheamus faced Swagger in another Unannounced squash match, 1 star. At the 4th time of asking Big Show finally defeated Mark Henry in a 5 minute match of them swinging chairs at each other, 1 star, however Daniel Bryan's Mitb cash in added the match/segment to 2 stars. Booker T then faced Cody Rhodes in a match that deserved more time and will possibly lead to a rematch, it was fast paced and Booker hadnt lost a step. 2 and a half stars. The final match was a triple threat TLC match for the WWE championship. This match was very good with lots of good heavy spots such as Ricardo falling off the ladder into a table, overall 4 stars for this one with CM Punk prevailing.
Good=Ryder, Main event.
Average= Nash/HHH, Tag match. Cody/Booker
Bad=UNANNOUNCED MATCHES? KELLY KELLY VS BETH AGAIN, AGHHHH.
Overall Rating=7

CONCLUSIONS
Here is the list of the ppvs ranked on their overall rating.
9. Money in the Bank.
8.5 Summerslam.
8. Elimination Chamber.
7.5. Extreme Rules
7.25. Survivor Series
7. Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Vengeance, TLC.
6.5 Hell in a Cell.
6. Capitol Punishment, Night of Champions.
5. Over the Limit.

Reasons:
Money in the bank has 4 solid amazing matches and a unique build which captivated the entire wrestling community.
Summerslam had 2 solid title matches.
Elimination Chamber had 2 good chamber matches
Extreme Rules had 3 good matches.
Survivor Series had the return of the great one and Punk winning
Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Vengeance, TLC all had high points but had cracks of weakness in them, all average ppvs.
Hell in a Cell was saved by the ending of the main event but had 2 boring opening matches.
Capitol Punishment and Night of Champions had okay cards but the matches were slow and should have been on Raw or Smackdown rather then a ppv.
Over the limit had COLE AND LAWLER, AND BRIE VS KELLY KELLY, NEED I SAY MORE?.

Problems with the product.
In all of the ppvs this year, the WWE has managed to have at least 1 good match. However in 5 of the ppvs, the main event finished with a weak or confusing ending, that is far too many for a company like the WWE. Also many of the ppvs were let down by 2 and a half star matches better suited to TV rather then ppv. Aside from Orton and Christian and Punk and Cena, TOO MANY PPVS had the same matches, examples include Brie/Kelly, Kelly/Beth, Miz/Cena, Show/Henry. Why would a customer pay so much to see the same match if they saw the same match at the last ppv?.

How to improve
get rid of the GIMMICK ppvs, of the lowest scoring ppvs, 5 were gimmicks, get rid of these to spread out the current ppvs in order to build better storylines. This also allows gimmicks such as hell in a cell to end a feud at say Summerslam.

Try and make sure every match is above 3 stars, two many matches on ppvs this year were TV quality.

Keep having good 4 star plus matches of which there were a lot this year.

Cut out the squash matches, why would someone pay all that money to watch the corre squashed at wrestlemania? cut these matches out and allow proper storytelling between the other matches because far too many needed a bit more time to increase its rating.

There is my review to all ppvs by wwe this year, please feel free to comment :)

7. Money in the Bank (Mitb)= Things kicked off with the Smackdown Mitb match featuring Sheamus, Cody, Kane, Wade, Slater, Bryan and Gabriel as well...

7. Money in the Bank (Mitb)= Things kicked off with the Smackdown Mitb match featuring Sheamus, Cody, Kane, Wade, Slater, Bryan and Gabriel as well as Sin Cara. Halfway through the match, Sheamus power bombed Sin Cara through a table, resulting in Sin Cara being stretchered out of the arena. However that did not stop the momentum of this match as it was fast paced and enthralling with numerous high spots. Daniel Bryan in the end ultimately won the best match to start a ppv so far in 2011. 4 and a half stars. We got a divas rematch from capitol punishment here featuring Kelly Kelly and Brie Bella and the less said about this the better, 1 star. We also got the first of the Mark Henry and Big Show encounters which wasn't too bad and resulted in Henry putting the Big show out of action, this earns 2 stars. The Raw Mitb match was next and although not as fast flowing as the Smackdown match, still delivered exciting moments, such as Evan Bourne's flip off the ladder, in the end though Royal Rumble winner Del Rio won after ripping off Rey's mask on the top of the ladders, so 4 stars for this match. Christian and Randy Orton faced off for the third consecutive ppv and of all the matches between the pair thus far, this was the worst, after about 15 minutes or so, Christian deliberately provoked Orton resulting in a disqualification and the WHC went back to Christian. 3 and a half stars. Finally the main event between CM Punk and Cena, and unlike the 4 previous main events, this one delivered, 35 minutes of pure wrestling showcasing both men's talents, in the end CM Punk prevailed with a fatal gts on cena. 5 star match and one of the best matches of 2011.
Good=Both Mitb matches, Main event.
Average=Christian/Orton (unable to live up to the hype of the previous 2 encounters)
Bad= Henry/show and the divas.
Overall Rating=9.

8. Summerslam= The ppv opened with an unannounced tag team match between the faces (Rey, Kofi, Morrison) VS the heels (Miz, R truth, Del Rio) which basically got the crowd into the match by allowing the good guys to win. 2 and a half stars. Mark Henry was up next against Sheamus and after improving slightly from his match against the Big Show at Mitb managed to defeat Sheamus through a count out, earning the match 2 and a half stars. Kelly Kelly faced Beth Phoenix next and won by rolling up, 1 star. Wade Barrett faced off against Mitb winner Daniel Bryan in what was a solid and rather good match in which the Englishman won. 3 stars. For the 4th ppv in a row, Christian battled against Randy Orton for the WHC. After their rather lacklustre match at Mitb, both men delivered big time, in another amazing match between the pair, Orton managed to win after an RKO onto the steel steps. 4 and a half stars for these two in what was a fitting end to the feud of the year. The main event was the Mitb rematch between Punk and Cena, another great match full of wrestling and counters, however it couldn't match the atmosphere of Mitb and therefore earns 4 and a half stars. The ending saw Kevin Nash come out of nowhere to attack Punk resulting in Del Rio cashing in his Mitb contract.
Good= Both title fights, Barrett/Bryan
Average=Opening match, Sheamus/Henry
Bad=Divas (AGAIN)
Overall Rating=8.5

9. Night Of Champions (Noc)= This ppv opened up with the tag team match featuring Air Boom and Awesome Truth. In what was one of the best Tag team matches for quite a while (MUCH BETTER THEN THE ONES IN THE EARLY PART OF THE YEAR). The match flowed together rather quickly and both teams had good chemistry together, however the ending in which Air Boom won after receiving an illegal tag was somewhat confusing. Overall though 3 stars for a good match. Cody Rhodes battled against Ted DiBiase in a rather slow methodical match which should have been better considering the relationship between the pair, nonetheless an average match earning 2 stars in which Rhodes picked up the win. A fatal four way was up next and again this suffered from slow timing and the lack of chemistry between 4 competitors with different styles, add into the mix Vickie Guerrero and you know what i mean. Dolph retained in a 2 and a half star match. In what was possibly one of the best shocks of 2011, Mark Henry became WHC after pinning Randy Orton CLEANLY!!!, the match itself was easily the best match of the night and told a great story in itself, a 4 star rating from me purely because of the shock factor. Another divas rematch between Kelly Kelly and Beth which Kelly won, 1 star, LAME. Cena then defeated Del Rio for the WWE championship which was a stupid decision. The match itself was boring and did nothing for Del Rio's credentials. 2 stars. The main event was CM Punk VS Triple H who both had put on 4 star plus matches during 2011. The match itself was fairly average and the ending (Awesome Truth attacking both members) left us with more questions then answers, the decision of allowing Triple H to not let the next face of the WWE win was also confusing. 3 stars.
Good=WHC match, Tag Team match.
Average= Rhodes, fatal four way, Main event
Bad= Cena, Divas.
Overall Rating=6

10. Hell in a Cell (HIAC)= Just two weeks after Noc, HIAC opened with Sheamus defeating Christian in a rather unspectacular opening considering the two men involved. Sheamus won after a Brogue kick. 2 and a half stars. The Two Sin Cara's then faced off and although they used high flying moves, the crowd was never into it, and a boring chant even started, 1 and a half stars. Following on from their win against the Awesome Truth, Air Boom faced ZigSwag in a tag team match which was a fast paced match and further added the increasing attention being made to the tag team division. The crowd after the two opening matches were also fully involved. Air Boom eventually prevailed in a 3 star match. Orton and Henry faced off in a disappointing rematch from Noc, the use of the cell in the match was insignificant, but Henry won again so 2 and a half stars. Cody Rhodes then defeated Morrison who was still in his street clothes in a exciting well paced bout that deserved a little more time, but nonetheless 2 and a half stars. Kelly VS Beth again at this ppv but this time with the right result, so 1 and a half stars this time. The main event for the WWE championship was a triple threat match between Cena, Del Rio and Punk and this was the match of the night. It used the objects such as the cage and pipes effectively and created excitement for the fans. Del Rio won after Cena was locked out of the cage unable to save Punk. Awesome Truth then attacked at the end, beating up everyone and resulting in the entire locker room and police trying to stop them, an exciting ending resulting in a 4 star match.
Good= Main event, ending to main event, tag team match.
Average=The rest of the card
Bad=Sin Cara, Divas
Overall Rating=6.5

11. Vengeance=This was the 3rd ppv in 5 weeks and as a result garnered the 2nd lowest WWE ppv buys ever. However the match opened with a rematch from HIAC between Air Boom and ZigSwag which was even better then their previous encounter, the match never had a chance to catch its breath with fast flowing spots. Overall Air Boom regained in a 3 and a half star match. Dolph Ziggler then did double duty and defeated Zack Ryder, to say Ziggler had just been in a fast flowing tag team match, he performed well in this one defeating Zack with a superkick?. Overall this match got 2 and a half stars but it needed more time and a different result. Beth Phoenix then defeated Eve in the best Divas match since Layla and McCool at extreme rules thus gaining 2 stars. In another rematch from HIAC, Sheamus defeated Christian in a slightly better match which was still dogged down by the slowness and lack of chemistry between the two. 3 stars. Awesome Truth then defeated CM Punk and Triple H after interference from Kevin Nash, the match itself was average with the high points being Punk and H cheating when the ref was not looking, overall 3 stars. Cody Rhodes after dispatching his former Legacy member Ted at NOC took on Orton which was a good performance considering the match had been on Smackdown twice prior to the event, 3 stars with Orton winning but Cody being strong in defeat. A rematch from Mitb took place next with Big Show and Mark Henry, their previous match got 2 stars, but this was far more fast paced with big blows by both wrestlers. The superplex had been done before and sent the crowd crazy resulting in a double count out, so for that 3 stars. Cena and Del Rio then came in for the main event in a broken ring which was your fairly average match with the exception being the backstage brawl which I rather enjoyed. Del Rio managed to win after interference from the Awesome Truth. 3 stars.
Good=Tag match, WHC match
Average=Rest of the card
Bad=Still the divas but an improvement
Overall Rating=7

In the year 2011, WWE gave us a total of 13 ppvs, some amazing, some good, some average, some awful. Below is my review of all the ppvs of 2011. In this review, I shall only be commenting on the matches, not any backstage segments.

1. Royal Rumble= The 3 matches on the card before the rumble itself was Edge VS Ziggler in a good opening 3 and a half star bout in which Edge prevailed. The second was Randy Orton VS Miz in a solid if unspectacular 3 star bout in which the Miz won after help from CM Punk. The next match was a fatal four way for the Diva's championship in which Eve won (stupid decision considering the 3 other women in the match, Layla, Mc cool and Natalya can all wrestle better then her).
Onto the rumble itself, the first 30 minutes of this match was pure gold. We had the New Nexus dominate and we had John Morrison's insane spot, but after that things quickly went downhill when Cena and Hornswoggle formed a PG tag team. However appearances of Booker T and Kevin Nash added to the drama as well as Santino at the end, however Del Rio coming in at number 38 prevailed.
Good= First match, first 30 minutes of rumble, appearances of Kevin Nash and Booker T.
Bad=Divas match, Last 30 Minutes of Rumble.
Overall rating 7

2. Elimination Chamber=The first match of the evening was Del Rio VS Kofi Kingston in a good 3 star match. The Smackdown Chamber was up next in which Edge retained after defeating Rey Mysterio, however this was an amazing chamber match in which Edge and Rey battled for 15 minutes, overall a solid 4 stars. The corre then won the Tag team belts in a boring match against Santino and Kozlov, 2 stars. The next match was the WWE champion the Miz against Jerry Lawler which proved to be better then most expected and earned 3 and a half stars. The last match was the Raw chamber match in which Cena won but again this was a very good match and was only just lower then the Smackdown match, 4 stars again.
Good=Both chamber matches, Opening match
Bad= Jerry Lawler being in the main event, Tag match.
Overall Rating=8.

3. Wrestlemania=For some reason, the WHC match between Del Rio started us off in a good back and forth match in which Edge won but a solid opening, 3 stars. Cody Rhodes VS Rey Mysterio was next in which Cody won after using his face mask, but again a good 3 star match. The Corre were then squashed against the team of Santino, Kane, Big show and Kofi which was over in about 90 seconds, 1 star. CM Punk VS Orton was up next and was a proper ppv match with good spots and offence from both men, however one RKO later and it was over but 3 and a half stars. Lawler VS Cole got half a star but it was awful and should have no place on the grandest stage of them all. After that embarrassment the Undertaker streak match against Triple H was up next and was a match full of excitement because at times it looked like Undertaker had been defeated, however a hells gate and it was still intact. Great Wrestlemania match earning 4 and a half stars. Another stupid match up next featuring Snookie, need I say more? 1 and a half stars. The main event of the Miz VS Cena was slow resulting in a double count out until the Rock interfered and helped the Miz win.
Good= WHC match, Cody VS Rey, CM Punk VS Orton, Undertaker Matches.
Bad= 2 Tag team matches, Ending of the main event, Snookie.
Overall Rating=7

4. Extreme Rules=Punk and Orton kicked us off with a rematch from Wrestlemania and using Kendo sticks as their weapon of choice managed to place some hard hits on each other, a solid opening and about the same as their last match so 3 and a half stars. Sheamus VS Kofi was not advertised before this ppv but it did deliver with Kofi narrowing being put through a table on many occasions, and regaining but 3 stars for the focus of tables being the main part of the match. Another Lawler/Cole match, 1 star moving on....we had another rematch from Mania featuring Cody and Rey which actually was an improvement from Mania with some crazy spots such as the dive off the stage by Rey. In the end Rey won but 3 and a half stars for the match. Michelle Mc Cool then faced Layla in (GASP) a good Divas match in which Layla won resulting in Mc Cool leaving WWE, 2 stars. Christian VS Del Rio was for the WHC and this was match of the night earning 4 stars with well executed spots and big bumps. Christian finally won a big title and was congratulated by Edge afterwards. Another squash match for Kane and Big show against the corre soon followed, 1 star. The last match was a triple threat steel cage match between Morrison, Miz and Cena which was a fun match with Morrison highlighting his crazy skills in some memorable spots. Overall 3 and a half stars.
Good= Punk/Orton, Cody/Rey, Sheamus/Kofi, Christian/Del Rio, Divas. WWE champ match.
Bad=Lawler/Cole (WHY?), not advertising Kofi/Sheamus, Tag match, Cena winning.
Overall Rating=7.5

5. Over the Limit=This opened with R Truth VS Rey in a solid opening match which flowed nicely and got the crowd into things so 2 and a half stars in which Truth won. Next was Barrett VS Jackson which was basically used to continue the feud, Barrett retained after Slater and Gabriel interfered. 2 stars. Sin Cara VS Chavo was up next and was basically a squash match to try and get Cara over with Chavo getting very little offence in, Sin Cara won so another 2 stars. Another squash tag match for Kane and Big show against Punk and Ryan, 1 and a half stars. The divas match between Brie Bella and Kelly Kelly was shocking with numerous botches, half a star added to the fact Kelly is the new champ. . Orton and Christian then had one of the best matches of the year, 4 and a half stars in which the crowd was fully into and numerous uses of counters allowed both men to delve deep into their closet of wrestling manoeuvres, Orton won in a fantastic match. COLE VS LAWLER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars, I mean it. The main event was The Miz and his lackey Riley against Cena beating him up for 20 minutes before Cena turned into superman, 2 stars.
Good=Orton/Christian match.
Average=The rest of the card.
Bad=Main event, COLE LAWLER!!!!!!, Divas
Overall Rating=5 (Orton and Christian saved this ppv)

6. Capitol Punishment=Kofi faced Dolph in the opening match for the US title, both feuded last year over the IC title, so both have great knowledge and chemistry with one another and this was clearly evident in a good 3 star solid match in which Dolph won. The Miz then faced Alex Riley in a very average match, 3 ppvs ago, Miz was in the main event of Mania and now he is jobbing to his sidekick, 2 stars here with nothing of note to speak off. Del Rio faced Big show who basically laid on the mat for a fifth of the match and couldn't continue meaning Del Rio won, 1 star. Jackson then faced Barrett in a rematch from over the limit in which Jackson won through the use of submission, however this was Barrett dominating for the entire match till Jackson used his torture rack, 1 and a half stars. Punk VS Rey were up next in a nice 15 minute encounter which allowed them enough time to tell a good story and as a result the match earned 3 and a half stars with Punk prevailing. Orton and Christian were up next and matched their performance from over the limit in another fantastic near fall match with Orton winning after the ref failed to realise Christian had his foot on the rope. 4 stars. The next (why is this match on ppv and not raw?) was between Swagger and Bourne in which Bourne won through a roll up. 1 and a half stars. Cena VS Truth was the main event and in probably the worst main event of the year thus far, Truth was splashed by a fan after dominating the entire match and allowed Cena to pin him. 2 stars.
Good= Punk/Rey, Orton/Christian, Dolph/Kofi
Bad= Barrett/Jackson, Del Rio/Big Show, Miz/Riley, WWE main event (pattern developing here)
Overall Rating=6 (Punk/Rey, Orton/Christian saved PPV)

Recently WWE Diva Maryse was asked to be released from her contract. She had been the host of Nxt but had been off the TV since summer with an injury...

Recently WWE Diva Maryse was asked to be released from her contract. She had been the host of Nxt but had been off the TV since summer with an injury and the horrible business of the stalker case. With Maryse and also Gail Kim gone, (arguably two of the most popular Divas) I will now examine each Diva on the roster and what state the Divas division is now in.

AJ Lee
She finished third on the third season of Nxt. Now I like the look of AJ, she isn't the normal looking model Diva, she has a bit of a nerdy girl next door sort of look which I like and I think many of the male fans do too. Her best friend is Nxt winner Kaitlyn and they formed a group known as the Chickbusters. Now although it is early in her career, from the few appearances she has had on TV so far, it looks as though she can actually wrestle and I can see her being built up as the perennial underdog should a title chance come her way.
Should she stay?= yes definitely, however needs to appear and wrestle more on TV in order for us to learn more about her.

Aksana
Another Diva from Nxt season 3. In Fcw she won both the Divas championships, however since she came to Smackdown we have yet to see her actually wrestle. Instead she has been used in often corny segments with Teddy Long which are not funny and in my view waste TV time.
Should she stay?=Until she wrestles then no, she should go.

Alicia Fox
She is a former Divas Champion and the first of the model wrestlers (Aksana doesn't count seeing as though she doesn't wrestle) Although she looks attractive, she is liable to botches as seen with her recent match against Natalya, she looks to be the next Diva to be given a push against Beth which should be a 5 minute squash match.
Should she stay?=Maybe, if given a bit more training, she could put on a good match, but she needs to work on her botches. However she is one of the better Model wrestlers.

Bella Twins
Both are models, and both are absolutely terrible. In my eyes they have no charisma and no place on the roster. When Brie was champion, she lost more times then she won and it was arguably a low point for the belt. Their use of twin magic to win matches just shows how they have to cheat in order to stay relevant.
Should they stay?=No, the roster would be better without them and would open 2 spots up to more deserving wrestlers

Eve
Another model who is very attractive, but unlike the Bella twins, she can actually put on good matches as seen with her recent match with Beth Phoenix which was probably the best Divas match since the glory days of the division. A two time champion too, she has the charisma to be one of the upper stalwarts of the Divas. I would like to see her turn heel though and join Natalya and Beth as that could serve to be an unstoppable Divas faction till the return of Kharma.
Should she stay?=Of course, an extremly talented good looking Diva who can actually Wrestle

Kaitlyn
The winner of Nxt season 3 and another model. As mentioned above, formed a group with AJ. However she did win the worst match of 2010 for her match against Maxine which doesn't rank well if that was only Nxt.
Should she stay?=In my view, as mentioned with AJ, needs more TV exposure and wrestling in order to broaden her Character, so yes she should stay.

Kelly Kelly
A very attractive women and the highest profile model in the WWE now Maryse has been released. Being built up as the next biggest Diva of the company, she can work good matches if she is carried. However a couple of more years and she will be fine although a heel turn to deepen her character would be nice.
Should she stay?= Definitely, the most popular Diva with male fans and top merchandise seller who can wrestle okay for a model.

Kharma PREGNANT
One of the few real women wrestlers on the roster, this woman is a beast and her path of destruction before she got pregnant was amazing and a sign of things to come. Should be back in time for Wrestlemania to fight one of the Divas of Doom and carry the division for the foreseeable future. However I would rather her side with the Divas of Doom. Can you imagine how powerful that faction would be?
Should she stay?=100 PERCENT YES.

Layla INJURED
2006 Diva search contestant. Very attractive woman who has a load of experience with the company. A one time champion, she can put on a good match and could be the leader of the model wrestlers fighting the divas of doom.
Should she stay?=Yes a valuable asset to the Divas division

Divas of DOOM
The hope of the division, they are the best women wrestlers the WWE have and they are right to fight against the models who have dragged the division a long way down since the likes of Trish. A match between these two has the potential (if given 15 minutes) to be one of the best Diva matches ever.
Should they stay?=100 PERCENT YES, BEEN CARRYING THE COMPANY SINCE KHARMA LEFT.

Rosa Mendes and Tamina
If i am to be honest, i have no idea who these are and I cannot remember the last time i saw these on TV.
Should they stay?=wish them well in their future endeavors and bring in better wrestlers

Things I want to see happen.

Introduce a tag team belt= This can be defended on Nxt or on Superstars and would allow Women wrestlers chance to work together and wrestle more, thus improving the quality of matches. It also gives us a chance for liable teams to form, so the Chickbusters can fight Divas of Doom and if they do stay, the Bella Twins.

Sign more female Wrestlers= This is a must, if WWE is serious in restoring the credibility of the division, then women who can actually wrestle must be brought in.

lose the models= Let go of Tamina, Rosa Mendes, Bella twins. Build up Alicia Fox, KK, AJ, Kaitylin, Layla and for the love of god bring back Michelle.

Hit me with any of your thoughts and ideas :)

Should Wrestlemania have a Money In The Bank Match?

The first money in the bank match occurred at Wrestlemania 21. Since then a further 5 more matches were held at Wrestlemania, the last being at Wrestlemania 26.

The success of this stipulation led to MITB having its own ppv in July 2010. The most recent edition of this ppv was arguably the best ppv of 2011. However this years Wrestlemania 27 was the first Wrestlemania not to have a MITB match.

People will say that with MITB having its own successful ppv, there is no need for a match at Wrestlemania and if such a match was to occur, then there would be no need for its own ppv.

However please do hear me out;

1. The match at Wrestlemania would be for the lower/mid card talent and the title shot would be for the Intercontinental or United States Championships. For example the match could be filled with Alex Riley, Evan Bourne, Ted Dibiase, Drew McIntyre, Zack Ryder, Mason Ryan etc.....

2. This would give these lower wrestlers a chance to shine on the grandest stage of them all in an exciting match.

3. It could push wrestlers who have fallen down by the wayside (looking at you Drew) to start appearing more regularly on TV and ppvs and challenging for Championships.

Now here is the catch, the winner of this MITB match does not get the same rights as the winner of the Main Smackdown and Raw matches. They cannot cash in their contract whenever they like. Instead they choose the Championship they want to go after. For example Evan Bourne on Raw the night after Wrestlemania chooses that he will go after the Intercontinental belt. This match is therefore scheduled at the MITB ppv itself against the title holder whenever the ppv rolls around.

Now I believe this would be beneficial because as I said, this is for the lower wrestlers. By having 3/4 months the time after Wrestlemania till MITB, the wrestler is able to appear on TV more often, work on his mic skills and in ring ability and further broaden his character to the extent where if they lose at MITB, the WWE now has a solid wrestler who is built up and over with the fans and therefore able to engage in a series of other feuds, which is what the WWE wants with its wrestlers, for them to get over and be built up.

Short Analysis of World Wrestling Entertainment Pay Per Views
This is my first blog and whilst watching Vengeance last night, it hit me how poor the PPVS have been in the WWE this year. Bar the exception of maybe money in the bank and the royal rumble, I have found the others to be average to poor. As a result I thought I would write how I think WWE should do their ppvs :)

WWE in the space of 12 calendar months has 13 ppvs. From September we had NOC to Hell In A Cell to Vengeance. That is 3 ppvs in 5 weeks (what idiot thought that would be good? :p) and at a cost of 40 bucks a show, that is almost 520 dollars spent a year way too much. So below is my ppv structure;

January- Royal Rumble. One of the "big four" and perhaps one of the best shows WWE does. The Rumble itself is always full of excitement, well executed wrestling spots and tension and numerous feuds and memorable moments have come from this show.

February- Elimination Chamber. One of the better Gimmick ppvs the WWE does and helps build up the story lines towards Wrestlemania. However 2011 was poor and there should be 2 Chambers instead of "The Miz" fighting a 62 year old commentator.

March- Wrestlemania. Grandest stage of them all which has produced classic moments over the years. However a Money In The Bank match should take place here.

April- Vengeance. Place Vengeance here as the name matches what the losers of Wrestlemania want and allow it to wrap up the story lines from the grandest stage of them all.

Late May/Early June- Money In the Bank. The best show this year and probably the best match stipulation the WWE has come up with in a long time.

July- Summerslam. Another one of the "Big Four" and the summer classic which deserves the place due to tradition.

August- Night Of Champions. I like the idea of every belt being defended and although this show was poor this year, it at least gives some belts that haven't featured predominately on other shows to shine.

September-Stipulation ppv. Instead of having poor "Gimmick" ppvs such as Hell In the Cell or Extreme Rules, why not have a ppv full of different stipulations which would add the excitement and could be used to end feuds after Summerslam and Night of champions. For Example a Hell IN A Cell Match, whereas other matches are Lumberjack, Last Man Standing, TLC etc...

October-Bragging Rights. I actually liked the idea of Raw vs Smackdown and this helps build up potential feuds and teams for Survivor Series.

November-Survivor Series. "Big Four" and full of tradition with a great 5v5 tag team match. Also the beginning of the buildup to Wrestlemania.

December-NONE. I would not have a ppv in December as it lets the wrestlers have time off. Instead have a 3 hour long Tribute to the Troops or Christmas special.
