Fans/Cena-Rock: The Real Problem with WWE

This is my first blog. So Im very new at this. What I wanted to point out is the main problem with the WWE. The fans. And i know Im gonna get a lot of heat for this but its something I'd like to give my opinion on. Fans today always complain about the "Attitude Era" being over and that its just the not the same now that its more PG friendly. But think about it this way. THe PG era and the attitude era are being compared like Michael Jordan and LeBron James. You cant compare two things that you know are both great in their own way. Michael Jordan (Attitiude Era) had so many championships in his run and LeBron James (PG Era) doesnt. I know Im off the subject of the WWE but i wanted to give a simple example of how the fans shouldnt compare what the Attitude Era "had" to what the PG Era now has. Like VKM says, he thinks long-term and I think thats how the company has always been. And its always gonna be like that. I also think the new regime under HHH is good move. Now things are gonna be more unexpected and unanticipated. And thats what everybody wants. To be left with more questions than answers.Whatever the Attitude Era was before is over now.
Another thing I also wanted to point out is John Cena. Its ridiculous how most people(adult males 19 -30) at WWE events are always hating on him. Now I believe he is doing great by the company, but what people have to understand is that he is limited to what he can do. Im pretty sure if WWE officials werent in the way, he'd do whatever he wanted to please the fans, but thats not the case. Hes in a business where he can do what he loves and get paid for it. What more do you want from him? Through all the hate, he still entertain the fans. And people always hate on him because he doesnt know how to wrestle?? Cmon the man can wrestle its just his technique is kinda off. Okay that was an understatement. He's a brawler not a grappler. I want to point out he was wrestling pretty damn good the Monday Night Raw before MITB. Just saying. And for the Rock? Get off your high horse. I know its all for the story-line but hes really just hating. Dont get me wrong, I love the Rock and what he "did" for the company but all that is done. He says that hes done it all but he did it all before he turned 30 and then he upped and left. Why? Because he was making movies and I respect that. Now I really want to see Cena as a heel and I know most people do to but ever since hes done the Superman gimmick, I dont think he can ever go back.
Sure there are some things I hate about the WWE (i.e. acting, botching, recorded events), but Ive been a fan of wrestling and WWE since 99 and I can say that I'll never stop till they stop performing. Because no matter what, if you were a true WWE fan you wouldnt let all this BS keep you away from. Thats it for now so leave all your comments below. Good, bad, condescending, whatever its all good.
PS If youre just gonna go to events to hate, whats the point of going??
