To me Axel still looks green and a bit uncomfortable in the ring but time will fix that, what bothered me the most is the skull crushing finale that followed the match. To quote The Miz: Really? This guy's beaten HHH twice, albeit in dubious fashion, in his first two matches and the last thing we see before his PPV debut is The Miz laying him out.

So what's going on? Has the bubble burst already or am I reading too much into the face standing tall on the go home show?
