I was looking at making meat pie since that was the only thing I found that resembled "traditional" australian cooking. Trust me, If I could get my hands on a 'roo, I would at least try my best to grill it up right. I have always like trying new things (Scorpion and Millworms in Thailand were AWESOME and Rattlesnake is pretty good stuff) and think it'd be cool to say I at least had once. The idea was being kicked around for the theme (we have several friend couples with kids and once a month we send them all to the grandparents or baby sitters for a complete night. It usually runs until 1-2 in the morning depending on when we run out of alcohol) and me and my buddy came up with the idea of a "Tribute to Down Under" for the winner. I am debating dressing up as Crocodile Dundee for this one, but I might stick with Steve Irwin, which was my first thought.
