His "BM Punk" stuff might be pretty terrible, but I think it's fairly benign; certainly nothing that necessitates any kind of disciplinary action. But if his overall behavior turns into an extension of the very kinds of things he was banned for under his previous accounts, then I'd say you have good cause to reintroduce him to the exit.
