Imo Tna needs to bring in a couple of main eventers Jericho, Goldberg, Brock Lesnar and CM Punk. If they were able to acquire these stars then I could see Tna ratings improving. I know all are WWEs but Tna doesn't have many established stars but they can build up their stars while these guys main event for about a 1.5 years. The only problem is that this would cost money and some original Tna stars would be fired or get lost in the shuffle.

Great blog bro I hope you write a next one

I read part 2 of your blog but was unable to comment and after a short period it was removed from the main news board so I guess I will leave it on your wall.

Firstly I like reading your blogs they are interesting, original and makes sense. Secondly Brock Lesnar imo can't be that savior for Tna. Yes when he came on the WWE scene he was a hot commodity but I can't see him raising TNA ratings. Ratings would probably spike to about 1.35 and then return to the norm. He is also all about the money and what is good for himself, he doesn't care and wouldn't care about Tna if he was signed. Same goes for Goldberg.

I also want to point out that if Brock was added to Tna's roster that would be 3 stars : RVD, Brock and Kurt so Tna would still need to set out on the plan of establishing stars as you mentioned in blog 1.

How to Produce and Direct an episode of RAW

by Wombat Attack on 09-03-2012 at 10:26 PM
I have zero experience producing, directing or promoting a product that consists of a professional wrestling TV program. That said - I have to seriously question whether or not anyone working for the WWE who does produce & direct these RAW shows has anymore experience than I do.

I will admit that I only watched the first 10 mins. of RAW and the last 15 mins... So I can't speak

Why a Tag Team Division is Needed

by Wombat Attack on 08-04-2012 at 07:01 PM
In my previous entry I discussed why a successfully promoted tag team division is no longer found in pro-wrestling today - the WWE in particular. I posited that tag teams, and having a tag team division can, does and will act as cornerstones to power blocks in locker room politics when it comes to booking. Consequently, the McMahon family has no use for them any longer as they have taken a "why-ferment-a-faction-that-may-question-your-absolute-authority

Why the Tag Team Division is Gone

by Wombat Attack on 08-02-2012 at 06:26 AM
Growing up a fan of pro-wrestling as a kid in the mid-to-late-80s & early-90s one of the added attractions of any arena show, TV program or ppv were tag-team matches. I don't mean the kinds of teams where you take two of a promotions top talents - who otherwise have no chemistry or bond between them other than the fact that they're top attractions, and then in a year forget they were ever

Why John Cena is Hated

by Wombat Attack on 01-14-2012 at 10:53 PM
So after 8 years the WWE is finally acknowledging the fact that John Cena isn't exactly the most popular guy around. According to the news thread related to this topic on this website the reasons why articles on WWE.com point to Cena being disliked are

- Tired of his gimmick
- Think he's Hulk Hogan all over again
- Think he hogs the spotlight
- Feel he can't wrestle

The WWE HOF, wrestlers #s 21-40 who should be inducted.

by Wombat Attack on 01-13-2012 at 11:01 AM
A follow up to my original Top 20 wrestlers who should be in the Hall of Fame I posted a few days ago, I present here the second top 20 (#s 40-21). Special considerations were made to The Rock N' Roll Express, Killer Khan, Psycho Sid, Sean Waltman, John Tolos & John Barend. There is a long storied history in pro-wrestling and the WWE with many more names to consider. If I made a list including
