As seen at Sunday’s WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event in Fort Worth, Texas at Dickies Arena on Peacock, Bobby Lashley retained the WWE Title over Kofi Kingston. After the match, Lashley took to Twitter to comment on the win and used Goldberg’s catchphrase.
Fast forward to Monday’s Raw, Goldberg came out to tell Lashley he was next and implied the reported SummerSlam match.
Lashley responded to the challenge by writing the following:
“You don’t belong in the same world as me, let alone the same ring. Get that close again, @The305MVP won’t be able to hold me back. No thanks, old man.”
