UPDATE: We reported on Friday night here on eWrestlingNews.com that it appeared as though WWE NXT Superstar Elias Samson suffered an injury at Friday night’s live event in Nashville, Tennessee. Now, a video of the injury spot has surfaced online via social media. According to reports, the referee put up the “X” sign and the match was immediately stopped. Samson was then helped to the back.

ORIGINAL: WWE NXT Superstar Elias Samson appeared to suffer an injury at Friday night’s WWE NXT live event in Nashville, Tennessee. Samson was involved in a match with Andrade Almas and hit a “stun gun”.
According to a fan who attended the show, “The next thing we saw was the referee throw up the X sign. Elias hit the mat in frustration and was then helped to the back to a standing ovation. He couldn’t put weight on his left leg.”
