Nah I just see this company as ours and we run it pretty much as a team.. me and G do Raw and Des and Eddie handle Nitro, we all give opinions and idea's on both shows and when we do PPv's everyone puts there idea's in to it so it works well.
Like I said though, Des is doing an awesome job and we are lucky to have him as I am to have G and Eddie here.
