I actually think that you should evolve him slightly. Keep him in a different way to the HWA Ramon. That's what I'm trying to do with Kyojin in other feds, and what I'm doing to Juarez in JBW.

I didn't know CAR in HWA, but I do like this character now. One of my favs.
