Hard choice this one, between Rhodes and Rage for me.. Both did/doing a really good job with there characters.
I'm going to go with Rage though as I considered HWA the best fed at the time and it was down to people like Rob.
Another hard choice here, You have Tommy who is possibly the best on here with promo's full stop, then you have K2Jelly who makes every character he controls unique and like they are controlled by different people and then you have Van who became one of the best in a matter of months due to hard work and effort he puts in..
I'm going to with my buddy Van, it's to hard to call though as all three deserve it.
