It would be interesting to find out how much of their own personality or character goes into what they're saying. My best guess is since they don't have Vince screaming in their ears (probably) they can get down to the business of actually calling the match.
As I am hispanic I can tell you this:
Carlos Cabrera: He is the face announcer, always panders to the faces and bashes the heel, he has been in the company for years and is a very well respected Colombian reporter
Marcelo Rodriguez: The heel announcer from Venezuela, the main reason to watch WWE in spanish, he is what would Cole be if he was actually funny
The Best one was Hugo, former wrestler from Ecuador but he left last year, he is kinda "The hispanic Jim Ross"
