The problem with this as much as id love for it to happen is I think the WWE is set on Barrett being the first english born world champion so this is how I would play it and I will state that Im a huge regal mark

Have barrett turn face for a while and beat a few top stars as WHC then have Regal shock the world by challenging Barrett and winning... even if it was for a week ala christian v orton I have been long petitioning for a regal world championship run
