Sandow is better on the mic, Rhodes is better in ring (just).
I voted for Sandow, as for some reason unbeknownst to me, I cannot envisage Mr. Rhodes holding a major accolade in the WWE such as the World's Heavyweight Championship or the coveted, yet frightfully garish, WWE Championship. Whereas I can see Mr. Sandow climbing aloft the peak of the WWE mountain, soaring high in the stratosphere as the embodiment of all that is great and victorious ...you're welcome

I'm a big advocate of Cody Rhodes (had many a discussion with our resident Cody fan Polly in the Cody Rhodes thread), however right now, Sandow is eclipsing him in their team.
Rhodes has lost a lot of the momentum he's gathered over the last 2 years, and since dropping the IC title, he's gone backwards if anything. He's definitely got the potential to be a top star, but as things are now, Sandow's going to get there ahead of him for sure.
Damien Sandow all the way. I'm more of a fan of his than Cody Rhodes.
Currently? Sandow, Rhodes has lost his character(Which I always viewed as a psychotic character. Which fits with his evolution. Personally, his masked gimmick was great, i thought; plus his little mannerisms, like going from smiling to scowling in the blink was an eye was great). Sandow retained his in the team, and Cody was the one forced to adapt.
Back in masked Cody days, and when they were actually focused on how unhinged he was, it would be Cody by far.

Sandow is definitely the more dominant in the team. After all, it was Cody who had to adapt his gimmick into a "Smartass" one just so that it would seem believable that Sandow would get along well with him.
