Can I nominate the writers?! :)
I don't think Clay is doing all that bad, I'm sure it's tough to go from being Snoop Dogg's bodygaurd to being Barney the Dinosaur's human cousin. I wouldn't mind seeing him re packaged though, just so long as Cameron and Naomi keep dancing in skin tight outfits!
I can't think of anyone I'd send back to NXT at the moment all my suggestions could be fixed with a new gimmick or future endeavours. I suppose the Divas could all do with more work but what's the point if they're never in matches anyway?
Awesome input there dude, also your sig is a little dated, Just saying.

I bet it broke your heart when he kissed AJ last night.

He can take Hornswoggle with him. And really, never come back.
Khali needs: Development, English Class, Dancing lessons, Dentist
David really needs to go back.
Ok, in my defence here, I understand that it must be hard to go from snoop's bodyguard to being the flump-a-saurus. And I actually like the gimmick (mainly due to the entrance of Naomi and Campbell). I just wish that if he was going to stick with it, to take some time away and work on his ability to sell the gimmick, even if its just to nail the dance moves, and work on some other/more ring play that wobbling himself.
If you watch NXT, there's usually people on there who are also on the main roster (and i don't mean guests like CM Punk).

Personally, i wouldn't waste time on people over 40 being put in developmental, it's not a good investment of time. So people like Khali i'd forget it. I would have said Tensai with a revamped character (even if it's still Tensai gimmick) but i think he's a bit too old for a solid investment.
I'd say those who need character development/need to get used to their new character before being called up;
JTG (i have no idea what his gimmick is; he wears a black jacket, that's about it)
I'd say have Johnny curtis do a similar gimmick to guage a reaction before debuting as fandango
Usos (who currently have been relegated to NXT lately due to their feud with Ascension, mainly because we actually have a bit of depth to the tag division currently so NXT gives them something to do whilst not on the main shows)
Primo and Epico (They are hispanic and have a hot valet. That's about it. They are basically tag team division's version of heath slater - before 3mb)
However, i think anyon ei can think of that needs help are probably going to be released soon anyway. Plus, it takes time out of investing in other talents.
Khali is done. Everytime I see him "walk" to the ring I'm afraid for him. His legs just seem SO fragile.

I know this won't happen but I have a ton of respect for zach ryder... if you were to drop him down the the nxt level for a little bit let him do some more wrestling and become an even more polished wrestler (he isn't bad now) than I think he could be an upper mid carder with a better gimmick.I have similar thoughts about curt hawkins.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^so much win
