Yeah Wes is one of the Aces & Eights guys and i think he is one of the main guys in the group i see them running an angle where he gets revealed in front of Angle and he gets smiles at him. Kind of like Devon.
They are trying to build him through Gut Check.And this will make his possible future feud with Angle more interesting(Off course this will happen after the reveal him as a member of Aces and 8's)
Too me I thought the Brisco gut check was a set up storyline. To me it's obvious that Wes is the long hair member of A&8s. I mean Joesph Parks to Abyss obvious.
Now as far as his match went, I thought it looked really amateurish, slow, lazy and something I would see two rookies do in the indys. I wasn't impressed. But that could also be that they put him in with Garrett who's in all actuality not very good, but Garrett is in A&8s too IMO and this will further the storyline.
Wes is a thoroughbred though with a great wrestling body and a legendary family background. You'd have to be a fool not to sign him, but in all honestly guys and gals, he's in A&8s and has already been signed for a little while IMO.

D'Lo juding Wes Brisco's Gut Check. D'Lo will be Wes' winning vote and the reason an Aces and Eights member gets a contract.
The Aces and Eights took out Al Snow because he is the one that would have said no to Wes Brisco say they decided between taz and al snow who to take out and it landed on Snow. Maybe D'lo is apart of Aces and Eights which is why he said yes. But I'm 100% Wes Brisco will be revealed as a member.
Sidenote that whole spin kick that RVD just missed and that neckbreaker on the steel guardrail was sick.
I was sure D Lo would say "No" to Wes.
I was sure, this would have been the begining of Wes joining Aces & Eights
But I stay confident to what I think. Wes Brisco will reveal himself as a member of Aces & Eights, and betray Kurt Angle.
