I do admit that the vid shows a hero killing another hero, which both don't kill, but I think the breakdown seems fair in a fight between the two.

I forget about spidey sense's major advantages. I do agree under those circumstances it would hard to think spiderman would lose, though if batman could prep against spiderman I'd assume the result would be much different.
If Batsy had prep, so would Spiderman. Spidey isn't a slouch either, even if he is young.Quote:

Spidey, because, ultimately, Spidey is stronger, faster, and smarter. Bats may be the better detective, but SpideMan designed and built his own web shooters. Batman had others build that kinda stuff while he honed himself to be as fast and as strong as he could be--problem is, he's not fast enough, or strong enough to be able to compare to even half of the speed and strength Spidey has. Once the gimmicks have been brought out and countered it would come down to a fist fight, and Spidey would only have to catch Bats in the face once to put his lights out--it wouldn't be easy, cause Bats fighting skills are greatly superior to Spideys, but, Spideys fist would be the Marvel vs DC version of the golden gun from N64's GoldenEye.

If batman knew he was heading into battle with Spider-man he may come up with something. But come on Spider-Man has spidey senses. Nothing Batman has can touch him really. Spiderman wins this one.

Ok, here's the deal. Everyone says that Batman can beat Superman with Kryptonite and all that jazz. Ok, that's cool.
So let's see what really happened when Batman and Superman fought against each other.
I'm going to list all the instances where they fought in the comics. Here it is:
1. Batman #428 - Batman breaks his hand trying to punch Superman in the face. And that was that. Batman backs away immediately.
2. Dark Knight Returns - Batman fights Superman in a epic battle. Batman gets his ribs torn, his armor shredded, bones broken, dies at the end. Superman did get roughed up too. But in the end it was Superman holding Batman's dead body. It's a draw.
3. Batman/Superman #2 - Superman from Earth-2 shows up, bombards the Batcave, beats Batman to a bloody pulp. There was nothing Batman could do here. He just loses.
4. Batman/Superman #23 - Batman uses Kryptonite here, and that didn't even work, STILL loses to Superman.
5. Superman/Batman #33 - Batman gets infected by an alien, loses to Superman AGAIN.
6. Tower of Babel - The closest Batman has come to stopping Superman. But even then his plan didn't really work, just made Superman even more powerful.
7. Superman: Sacrifice - Superman beats Batman to a bloody pulp, comes very close to killing him before Wonder Woman stepped in.
8. Lex Luthor: Man of Steel - This is a good one. Superman mops the floor with Batman easily, even though Batman prepared, he still lost.
9. Dark Knight Strikes - The ONLY time Batman has beaten Superman. This is legit, he beat him.
10. Justice League #2 - Another good one. Batman throws EVERYTHING he has at Superman, all the Kryptonite under the kitchen sink. Didn't do squat. Batman STILL lost.
11. The Dark Knight #5 - Superman knocks out Batman with one punch.
12. Batman Hush - Batman "survives" long enough so that Superman can come to his senses.
Of the 12 times they went against each other, Batman has won only 1 time, came close 2 other times. While Superman easily defeated Batman, or has beaten him to a bloody pulp.

Yeah Spiderman wins one this one, he is stronger and faster and he's used to fight guys with technology, Batman can prepare but I think superpowers will make the diferrence eventually,, he even lost to Prometheus once LOL
