Every year, Royal Rumble always starts out with big names or good matchups to start out the Royal Rumble. Example, HBK/Taker in 2008, Daniel Bryan/Punk 2011, 2005 Benoit/Eddie, and I could go on. What 2 should start out the Royal Rumble this year? I'd like to see Dolph start it off with Billy Gunn. What about you?

Maybe Cena and Orton? I think it should be Cena at #1 at least
I have a feeling it might be two mid carders starting this year or Cena as number 1 or 2.
