They really need a solid team in place there. I believe they have guys like Malenko and X Pac and Steamboat that help out but I wonder how regular and solid their positions are. Of course Dusty is there.
You know what would really help NXT a lot? Do the Tough Enough reality show about that. Take the cameras backstage, behind the scenes and into their lives - partial actual fact and partial selling the characters, building them up, making people more familiar with them and even identifying with some of them. Demonstrate how these veterans are helping these guys learn. I don't know, it could work.
