Its the WWE Fed minus the fed. Basic principles are that they'll book their own respective shows, stars in their shows chosen by them except no one really controls them or hands in promos for the characters.

It's simply a written version of how (in this case Bison and Niall) would run the WWE if they were the bookers. Hence the section is called Be the Booker :p
