Why do some ppl unnaturally hate Bo Dallas...Its kind of like the Brad Maddox love,lol.'

It's the WWE giving a 2nd generation star a rub by putting him over the IC Champ in a random RAW match (and the PPV the night before). Nothing more, nothing less. Its not like they would actually let "Dallas" take the IC Title off him. Just a quick way to get him over. They did something similar when the 1,2,3 Kid burst onto the scene and defeated Razor Ramon out of no where.

I'm not a Bo Dallas fan because I'm shallow and he looks really odd in the face to me.

I can't see Bo Dallas becoming a champion straight away but it is a good start for him.
