It says it all about Liverpool when they are having too chase the Wigan manager! That said he could do well.. there football will certainly improve!

I still think Brendan Rodgers would've been perfect for Liverpool.

He's used to working with NO budget, so I think he'd spend wisely, and on top of that, He has the 'pass and move' notion - something Liverpool used to be built on. A true rhythm.

I think Martin O'neill would have been perfect! Should of got him a couple of years ago!

Brendon has done class with Swansea.. but the fact Liverpool were chasing him says it all.

But his day comes once a year, he wants a wage rise and Fergie don't play that way. I don't think he's that good.

Also, all managers start somewhere, 10th in Fergie's first season after coming from Aberdeen and he was almost sacked.

The notion that managers who work with low budgets is flawed, he goes to Liverpool with money to spend and he buys the wrong players, seen it happen time and time again.

Again I like the guy, just rather him do more before he gets the Liverpool job.

I don't think that matters.Kenny wasn't the owners choice which is why it didn't work out, the fans wanted Kenny and they got it, I doubt the owners ever had him in their long term plans which is why they're going through such a long process.

I know he didn't do great, but then I think given more time, he would've been a good choice.

Not to mention, he's one of the greatest players in Liverpool's history.
